c) when the server identifies and judges that the service switching request type is a dynamic service switching request related to time progress, the running first service terminal sends secondary service information to the server again, the server analyzes and judges time difference according to the primary service information and the secondary service information, the server estimates the service information progress according to the time difference and adjusts the service information, and then the estimated and adjusted service information is sent to a second service terminal;

d) and when the server identifies and judges that the service switching request type is a static service switching request, directly sending the service information to the second service terminal by the server.

Compared with the traditional internet, the most remarkable characteristic of the mobile internet is the richness and diversity of the terminal, and the terminal of the mobile internet not only comprises the traditional PC, the notebook computer, the mobile phone from the mobile communication system, the netbook, the tablet personal computer and the netbox which appear in recent years, but also comprises a palm game machine, a television, an mp4 player and the like which appear in new aspects after new technology is fused.

When a mobile internet user uses a service, the selection range of the equipment is very wide, a scene with multiple terminals exists, and the user can use the same service on different terminals. In the process of using the service, a user can switch the service on different terminals on the basis of ensuring the continuity of the service, and the service is not interrupted, so as to ensure the continuity of the service, and meanwhile, different from the static service switching such as a text service, when the dynamic services such as a video and audio switching service related to time schedule and a data uploading and downloading service are switched, a certain time difference exists in the switching process, if the time difference is ignored, the service switching is repeated, and network resources are wasted, so that different types of switching services need to be identified in the switching process, and the repetition is avoided on the basis of ensuring the continuity of the service.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the method aims to provide a service switching and issuing method to solve the problem that services need to be freely switched at different terminals, the switched services can be identified by service types when the services are switched, and the services are switched according to different service types.

d) and when the server identifies and judges that the service switching request type is a static service switching request, directly sending the service information to the second service terminal by the server.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. different service classes can be identified and classified through the service class identification module, so that service switching requests of different classes can be intelligently adjusted;

2. the time progress of the primary service information and the time progress of the secondary service information can be analyzed and estimated through the service time progress analyzing and estimating module, so that the network resource waste caused by repetition of dynamic services such as video, audio and data uploading and downloading is avoided, meanwhile, the static service does not need to be analyzed and estimated in time progress, and can be directly sent to a second service terminal through the server, and the resource waste of the first service terminal and the server is avoided.

In order that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention, the following technical solutions are further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a service switching method includes the following steps:

a) the first service terminal in operation simultaneously sends service information to the server and the second service terminal once and independently sends a service switching request to the server;

b) the server receives the service switching request and the primary service information, and identifies and judges the category of the service switching request according to the primary service information;

c) when the server identifies and judges that the service switching request type is a dynamic service switching request related to time progress, the running first service terminal sends secondary service information to the server again, the server analyzes and judges time difference according to the primary service information and the secondary service information, the server estimates the service information progress according to the time difference and adjusts the service information, and then the estimated and adjusted service information is sent to a second service terminal;

d) and when the server identifies and judges that the service switching request type is a static service switching request, directly sending the service information to the second service terminal by the server.

Preferably, the first service terminal is able to query and identify available second service terminals in the network according to step a and generate a list. In this way, the first service terminal can be enabled to transmit the primary service information to the selected second service terminal.

Preferably, the service information according to step a includes a service category identifier, a service state identifier and a service time progress identifier. Thus, the primary service information includes the service type, the state and the time schedule information.

Preferably, according to step c, the secondary service information includes a service type identifier, a service state identifier and a service time progress identifier. Thus, the secondary service information includes the service type, state and time progress information.

Preferably, after the server sends the estimated and adjusted service information to the second service terminal according to the step c, the server stops sending the service information to the first service terminal. Therefore, the problem that network resources and server resources are wasted due to the fact that the server continues to send service information to the first service terminal after the dynamic service is successfully switched can be avoided.

Preferably, the service switching request module can receive a service switching request sent by the first service terminal, the service information receiving module can receive service information sent by the first service terminal, and the service information sending module can send the processed service information to the second service terminal. Preferably, the service type identification module can extract the service type identifier of the primary service information, and perform identification and judgment according to the service type identifier.
