Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electronic control, in particular to a light control system and method based on POE power supply and a storage medium.

Background

Poe (power Over ethernet) refers to a technology that can provide dc power for some IP-based terminals (such as IP phones, wireless lan access points AP, network cameras, etc.) while transmitting data signals for such devices, without any modification to the existing ethernet cat.5 wiring infrastructure. The POE technology can ensure the safety of the existing structured wiring and ensure the normal operation of the existing network, thereby reducing the cost to the maximum extent.

In the field of daily lighting, an energy-saving, practical, low-cost and efficient technical scheme is needed at present. In the research and practice process of the prior art, the inventor of the invention finds that the existing light control system adopts a mode of respective wiring to separate high-voltage power supply and signal control in order to ensure safe and reliable electricity utilization, and complicated power supply wiring is required, so that the power supply construction cost and the maintenance cost of equipment are increased; meanwhile, the deployment position of the lamp is also easily limited, and the worker also needs to consider the problem that whether the power socket is long enough, so that the defect of low deployment flexibility is caused. Therefore, there is a need for a light control system that can ensure the safety of the existing structured cabling, while ensuring the normal operation of the existing network, and reduce the cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a POE power supply-based lighting control system, method and storage medium, so as to implement flexible deployment of LED lamps.

To solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a light control system based on POE power supply, including:

the POE power supply module is used for providing a working power supply for the light control system by utilizing POE equipment, receiving a network signal sent by the upper computer through the RJ45 network port and realizing longitudinal signal cascade through the RJ45 network port;

the signal conversion module is used for receiving network data signals and direct-current voltage signals sent by the PSE power supply port, performing protocol conversion on the network data signals and voltage conversion on the direct-current voltage signals according to the fact that the PD equipment is connected to ports with different functions, and achieving transverse cascade connection through the PD power receiving port and the PSE power supply port;

and the LED lamp module is used for realizing transverse cascade connection through a PD power receiving port and a PSE power supply port and accessing the LED lamp which is connected through an RJ45 network port and is compatible with DMX signals through the signal conversion module.

Further, the signal conversion module specifically includes:

receiving a network data signal and a direct current voltage signal sent by a PSE power supply port;

if the PD equipment accesses the RJ45 output port, the following operations are executed: and carrying out protocol conversion on the network data signal, carrying out voltage conversion on the direct-current voltage signal through a DC-DC direct-current converter, and transmitting the converted network data signal and the converted voltage signal to an RJ45 output port for output.

If the PD equipment is accessed to the PSE output port, the following operations are executed: and performing voltage conversion on the direct current voltage signal through a DC-DC direct current converter, and transmitting the network data signal and the converted voltage signal to an output port of the PSE.

the POE power supply module 100 is used for providing a working power supply for the light control system by using POE equipment, receiving a network signal sent by the upper computer through an RJ45 network port and realizing longitudinal signal cascade through an RJ45 network port;

specifically, to POE power module 100, the network signal of host computer output passes through RJ45 net twine and inputs the POE equipment for the LED power supply, and this control system adopts POE power supply technique, gives the various equipment power supplies in the system. The POE equipment used is compatible with the IEEE802.3bt standard, 4 pairs of line technology (namely all 8 lines supply power) is utilized, and the bilateral power supply reaches 60-90W.

The signal conversion module 200 is configured to receive a network data signal and a direct-current voltage signal sent by a PSE power supply port, perform protocol conversion of the network data signal and voltage conversion of the direct-current voltage signal according to different functional ports accessed by a PD device, and implement lateral cascade connection through a PD power receiving port and a PSE power supply port;

And the LED lamp module 300 is configured to implement transverse cascade connection through a PD power receiving port and a PSE power supplying port, and access, through the signal conversion module, an LED lamp compatible with DMX signals and connected through an RJ45 network port.

Specifically, for the LED lamp module 300, the LED lamps compatible with POE power supply can be accessed through the PSE power supply port, and the LED lamps can be horizontally cascaded; still can insert compatible POE's signal switching equipment through PSE power supply port, make things convenient for the access of the LED lamps and lanterns of the non-POE power supply of miniwatt, realize LED lamps and lanterns equipment inserts nimble effect in the system, can expand at will, reduce the extravagant phenomenon of port and power waste.

In a preferred embodiment, the signal conversion module 200 specifically includes:

receiving a network data signal and a direct current voltage signal sent by a PSE power supply port;

Second embodiment of the invention

s101, providing a working power supply for a light control system by using POE equipment, receiving a network signal sent by an upper computer through an RJ45 network port, and realizing longitudinal signal cascade through an RJ45 network port;

specifically, for step S101, a network signal output by the upper computer is input to POE equipment for supplying power to the LEDs through an RJ45 network cable, and the control system supplies power to various devices in the system by using a POE power supply technology.
