A method of data transmission, comprising:

receiving a first downlink data packet sent by a network device, wherein the first downlink data packet comprises a first reflection quality of service identifier (RQI), and the first RQI is a first preset value;

according to the first preset value, keeping the mapping rules of a first mapping relation and a second mapping relation unchanged, and receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message sent by the network equipment, wherein the first mapping relation is the mapping relation from a network protocol (IP) flow to a quality of service (QoS) flow, the second mapping relation is the mapping relation from the QoS flow to a Data Radio Bearer (DRB), and the RRC message comprises a target mapping rule;

and determining the mapping rule of the second mapping relation as the target mapping rule according to the RRC message.

The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving a first RQI sent by the network device, the method further comprises:

receiving a second downlink data packet sent by the network device, where the second downlink data packet includes a second RQI, and the second RQI is a second preset value;

according to the second preset value, activating a first reflection QoS to update the first mapping relation, and activating a second reflection QoS to update the second mapping relation, wherein the updating of the first mapping relation comprises determining the first mapping relation of the second downlink data packet as the first mapping relation of a second uplink data packet, and the updating of the second mapping relation comprises determining the second mapping relation of the second downlink data packet as the second mapping relation of the second uplink data packet;

sending the second uplink data packet to the network device;

the keeping the mapping rule of the first mapping relation and the mapping rule of the second mapping relation unchanged according to the first preset value includes:

maintaining the active state of the first reflection QoS and maintaining the active state of the second reflection QoS.

sending a second downlink data packet to the terminal device, the second downlink data packet comprising a second reflection quality of service identifier RQI, the second RQI is a second preset value used for indicating the terminal device to activate the first reflection QoS to update the first mapping relation and activate the second reflection QoS to update the second mapping relation, the first mapping relation is a mapping relation of a network protocol IP flow to a QoS flow, the second mapping relation is a mapping relation of the QoS flow to a Data Radio Bearer (DRB), said updating a first mapping relationship comprises determining said first mapping relationship for said second downlink data packet as said first mapping relationship for a second uplink data packet, the updating the second mapping relationship includes determining the second mapping relationship of the second downlink data packet as the second mapping relationship of the second uplink data packet;

receiving a second uplink data packet sent by the terminal equipment;

and after determining that the first mapping relationship of the second uplink data packet is correct, sending a first downlink data packet and a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message to the terminal device, wherein the first downlink data packet comprises a first RQI, the first RQI is a first preset value, the first preset value is used for indicating the terminal device to keep the activated state of the first reflection quality of service (QoS), the RRC message comprises a target mapping rule, and the RRC message is used for indicating the terminal device to determine the mapping rule of the second mapping relationship as the target mapping rule.

The method of claim 5, wherein after sending the first downlink data packet and the Radio Resource Control (RRC) message to the terminal device, the method further comprises:

receiving a first uplink data packet sent by the terminal device, where the first mapping relationship of the first uplink data packet is determined by the terminal device according to the first reflection QoS, and the second mapping relationship of the first uplink data packet is determined by the terminal device according to the target rule.

The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the target mapping rule is consistent with the updated mapping rule of the second mapping relationship.

A terminal device, comprising:

the receiving unit is used for receiving a first downlink data packet sent by a network device, wherein the first downlink data packet comprises a first reflection quality of service identifier (RQI), and the first RQI is a first preset value;
