Background

During the operation of industrial circulating water treatment, various heat exchangers, pumps, pipelines and other metal equipment exist, and oxidation substances such as colloids, suspended matters, dissolved salts, dissolved gases and the like contained in water can corrode and scale the equipment. The energy-saving and emission-reducing task is heavy, and meanwhile, the safety production is threatened, so that the energy-saving and emission-reducing task is generally concerned in recent years.

The corrosion inhibitor can obtain good corrosion and scaling prevention effects without changing the corrosion environment, and is a preferred effective method for corrosion control. When a single medicament is used, the corrosion inhibition effect is not ideal enough, and at present, two main corrosion inhibitors, namely zinc salt and polyphosphate, are not stable enough in cooling water. Zinc salt is easy to precipitate at high pH value, so that the corrosion inhibition capability is lost; and the polyphosphate is easy to hydrolyze to generate calcium phosphate scale and is ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a composite corrosion inhibitor. The organic polyphosphate and the organic polycarboxylate have strong synergistic effect, so that the organic polyphosphate and the organic polycarboxylate have good compounding effect during industrial water treatment. However, these agents are expensive and have not been widely used.

Sodium humate is a complex mixture of polymeric carboxylates, has no fixed molecular structure and molecular weight, and is soluble in water. It is rich in carboxyl, hydroxyl and other organic groups, has ion exchange, adsorption, complexation and other properties and good dispersivity, and can effectively disperse metal oxide, thus showing good corrosion inhibition performance, and the functions are similar to the functions of organic polycarboxylate, and the price is low. So sodium humate is selected to replace organic polycarboxylate to be compounded with other water treatment agents.

The invention discloses a multifunctional circulating water sustained-release agent, which is a Chinese invention patent with the application publication number of CN104775124A, and the multifunctional circulating water sustained-release agent mainly comprises sodium humate, HEDP and T-225, and can also comprise zinc sulfate, BTA or TTA. The invention patents are the research results of 2014 in this subject group, and although the effects of scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition and energy saving are achieved, the effects still need to be further improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the circulating water corrosion inhibitor which has the functions of corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition and energy conservation and is low in cost and free of phosphorus. The phosphorus-free circulating water corrosion inhibitor is particularly suitable for corrosion of industrial circulating cooling water on pipeline equipment.

the N, N-dimethyl-3-fatty amido propylamine is used as a dispersant, so that the dispersing effect of the sustained release agent is obviously improved;

benzotriazole, and scale inhibition;

water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt for inhibiting scale;

inorganic zinc salt, scale inhibition.

The scale inhibition effect of a single scale inhibitor is poor due to instability, and the scale inhibition effect is obviously improved by compounding the slow release agent.

Preferably, the water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt is carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt.

Preferably, the inorganic zinc salt is one or more of zinc nitrate, zinc sulfate and zinc chloride.

The preparation method of the circulating water corrosion inhibitor without phosphorus comprises the steps of adding water into a container, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 9 ~ 11 by using an alkali liquor, respectively adding sodium humate, an acrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methylpropyl sulfonic acid copolymer, N-dimethyl-3-fatty amido propylamine, benzotriazole, a water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt and an inorganic zinc salt, and stirring and dissolving to obtain the circulating water slow release agent without phosphorus.

Preferably, water is added to the container and the pH of the solution is adjusted to 9 ~ 10 with an alkaline solution.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the invention does not contain a phosphorus circulating water corrosion inhibitor, and the stability, resistance reduction, corrosion inhibition, environmental protection and safety of the components of the formula are verified, so the invention is easy to popularize.
