Background

At present, the manufacture and application of artificial leather synthetic leather in China account for more than 80% of the world, most of the artificial leather is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) artificial leather which has the characteristics of cold brittleness and hot adhesion, and the PVC artificial leather is precipitated by a plasticizer, so that the surface of the artificial leather is not high temperature resistant and is easy to stick, the artificial leather is generally subjected to coating treatment, and the coating material is called as a surface treating agent in the industry. The artificial leather treating agent is prepared by dissolving polyvinyl chloride resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin, polyacrylate resin and the like in an organic solvent, and silicon dioxide matting powder is additionally added in a matting mode. The processing technology of the artificial leather surface treating agent comprises pretreatment and post-treatment, wherein generally, due to the temperature resistance problem, most of the pretreatment has poor treatment effect, so one or more post-treatment procedures are added; because the post-treatment temperature is low, the post-treated product has residual solvent and has large smell. Odor problems have also been the focus of customer complaints.

The pretreatment temperature is high, and because PVC artificial leather is not temperature-resistant, a low-temperature post-treatment process is generally adopted, and because the temperature is low and the solvent is not completely volatilized, most artificial leathers have bad smell. The odor can be reduced by adopting a pretreatment high-temperature process, but the haze, the processability and the hand feeling are not good, which is the same defect of the common surface treating agent, and the surface treating agent is soft, cannot resist high temperature and has sticky surface. This is a common problem in the industry.

In order to solve these problems, different methods are adopted, but most of them are matched with different TG (glass transition temperature) polymers, for example, CAB, PMMA and PVC/EVA blending copolymer are matched with each other, but the high TG polymer represents high hardness, conflicts with the soft characteristic of the artificial leather, and the common problems of cold brittleness and hot adhesion cannot be solved all the time.

The reason why the above problems cannot be solved is that the selected linear polymers all have a common disadvantage of being cold, brittle and hot. The problem can be solved to a certain extent by selecting the branched chain cross-linking substance, but the cross-linked polymer or the cross-linked polymer is not dissolved well, so that the branched chain cross-linking substance cannot be applied in practice; or two-component or multi-component curing is required, and the use is inconvenient due to the complex ingredients and the limited use time.

s4: adding the internal crosslinking polyacrylate resin and the dispersant, dispersing uniformly, filtering and packaging to obtain a finished product.
