The traditional quenching mode of the ball screw is to adopt a special quenching wire ring to surround the excircle for medium frequency quenching, which is limited by a processing mode and a quenching power supply, the method can not meet the requirement of the depth of a quenching layer of the large-diameter steel ball (the diameter of the steel ball is larger than phi 12.7) screw, and domestic special quenching equipment suitable for large-diameter and large-ball screw raceways does not exist, thus the large-scale production of domestic large-scale and heavy-load ball screw pairs is severely restricted.

In order to solve the problem that the prior art can not meet the quenching requirement of a lead screw with a large steel ball diameter, the invention provides a ball screw raceway normal section profiling quenching inductor, which can perform profiling induction quenching on the ball screw raceway part with the large steel ball diameter along the normal section, increase the depth of a lead screw hardening layer and solve the quenching processing problem of large and heavy-load lead screws, and can also be used for quenching processing lead screws with other section shapes by replacing a profiling coil. Referring to fig. 1-4, the profiling quenching inductor for the ball screw spiral raceway of the present embodiment includes a base and a coil, the base is composed of a polar plate 1, a copper pipe 2 and a connecting seat 3, the copper pipe 2 is fixed on the polar plate 1, and the connecting seat 3 is fixedly connected with the copper pipe 2 and the polar plate 1. The polar plate 1 comprises a left polar plate and a right polar plate which are symmetrical left and right, the left polar plate and the right polar plate are separated by an insulating layer, and the left polar plate and the right polar plate are fixedly connected through a fastening screw 10. The left polar plate and the right polar plate of this embodiment are all through fastening screw fixed connection, and fixed durable is firm in upper portion and lower part.

The profiling coil 7 of the embodiment comprises an upper effective ring, a lower effective ring and a bent pipe, wherein one end of the upper effective ring is communicated with the left short pipe, the other end of the upper effective ring is communicated with one end of the bent pipe, the other end of the bent pipe is communicated with one end of the lower effective ring, and the other end of the lower effective ring is communicated with the right short pipe. The inside of going up effective circle is provided with magnetizer 8, and the outside of effective circle is provided with hole for water spraying 9 down. The magnetizer of this embodiment is embedded to be set up on last effective circle, and the magnetizer is towards the work piece direction.
