s1, adding the water-based styrene-acrylic non-film-forming emulsion into a reactor, keeping the rotating speed of a stirring paddle at 800r/m, then sequentially pouring the water-based silicone-acrylic film-forming emulsion, the water-based modified resin and the polyethylene wax emulsion into the reactor, and stirring for 15-30 minutes;

s2, adding deionized water and an organic solvent into the high-order reactor, increasing the rotating speed of the stirrer to 800-1500r/m, sequentially adding an organic silicon defoaming agent and a viscosity remover into the high-order reactor, stirring for 15 minutes, and introducing into the reactor in the step S1;

and S3, after all the materials are fed, continuously stirring for 15-30 minutes to obtain the water-based gloss oil.

But in the beer transportation because the collision of beer bottle jolt in the beer case makes partial beverage bottle appear exploding the bottle problem, leads to beer to ooze in a large number, because beer uses grain to make, contains a large amount of sugar in the wine, causes the adhesion between the beer case, so need a gloss oil still to resist beer adhesion when having wear-resisting water-resistant viscosity simultaneously. The box-sticking accident almost all can appear in the present gloss oil under the bottle condition of exploding appearing summer, causes the waste of a large amount of beer and carton.

The principle of the invention is as follows: the key point of the invention is that the gloss oil film layer has excellent comprehensive performance and special beer adhesion prevention performance by using the water-based styrene-acrylic non-film-forming emulsion and the water-based silicone-acrylic film-forming emulsion and introducing the modified resin and the viscosity remover. The water-based silicone-acrylic film-forming emulsion is the key point, and an organic silicon monomer is introduced during the synthesis of the emulsion, so that the anti-adhesion performance of the emulsion is improved on the premise of ensuring the anti-skid performance of the emulsion, the anti-skid, temperature-resistant and wear-resistant performances of gloss oil can also be ensured when the emulsion is used for preprinting gloss oil, and the adhesion remover is fixed in a gloss oil film layer so that the gloss oil and sugar in beer are not adhered. The water-based styrene-acrylic non-film-forming emulsion mainly has the effect of improving the hardness and gloss of the gloss oil. The introduction of the modified resin improves the softening point of the gloss oil and improves the temperature resistance and the anti-adhesion performance of the gloss oil. The introduction of the viscosity reducer directly reduces the viscosity of the optical oil film layer per se under various conditions.

The water-based gloss oil with the beer adhesion prevention performance comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of water-based styrene-acrylic non-film forming emulsion, 30-65 parts of water-based silicone-acrylic film forming emulsion, 5-20 parts of water-based modified resin, 2-10 parts of viscosity reducer, 0.1-1 part of organic silicon defoamer, 5-20 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 2-10 parts of deionized water and 2-10 parts of organic solvent.

The water-based styrene-acrylic non-film-forming emulsion is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of BASF solid resin, 35-55 parts of styrene, 10-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 0.5-2 parts of crosslinking assistant and 5-25 parts of water.

The obtained water-based styrene-acrylic non-film-forming emulsion is a crosslinking modified hard non-film-forming emulsion with high temperature resistance and high wear resistance, the TG value is 85-105 ℃, and the solid content is 45-50%.

The water-based silicone-acrylate film-forming emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of basf acrylic solid resin, 10-35 parts of styrene, 10-30 parts of butyl acrylate, 1-5 parts of organic silicon single machine and 5-25 parts of water.

The obtained water-based silicone-acrylic emulsion is soft film-forming emulsion, has the characteristics of softness and non-stickiness, and simultaneously has high temperature resistance and high wear resistance, and the water resistance and oil resistance after film forming are better than those of common emulsion, wherein the TG value is-20-0 ℃, and the solid content is 45-50%.

The water-based modified resin is a solution of macromolecular alkali-soluble resin which is subjected to crosslinking modification, the solid content of the water-based modified resin is 30%, and the crosslinking degree of the water-based modified resin is 2-5%.

The viscosity reducing agent is one or a mixture of more of polytetrafluoroethylene wax powder, super-grafted nano modified calcium carbonate and modified paraffin.

The defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent, namely Dow Corning DC-65 and an organic silicon high-efficiency defoaming agent similar to the Dow Corning DC-65.

The solid content of the polyethylene wax emulsion is 45-50%.

The solvent is one or more of alcohol, diethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether and other common solvents.

A preparation method of water-based gloss oil with beer blocking prevention performance comprises the following steps:

s1, adding the synthesized waterborne styrene-acrylic non-film-forming emulsion into a reactor, keeping the rotating speed of a stirring paddle at 800r/m, pouring the waterborne silicone-acrylic film-forming emulsion, the waterborne modified resin and the polyethylene wax emulsion in sequence, and keeping stirring at a low speed and a uniform speed to avoid foaming;

s2, adding deionized water and an organic solvent into the high-order reactor, increasing the rotating speed of the stirrer to 800-1500r/m, sequentially adding an organic silicon defoaming agent and a viscosity remover into the high-order reactor, stirring for 15 minutes, introducing the mixture into the reactor in the step S1 from the high-order reactor, and flushing the small-sized reactor with the residual water;

s3, after all the materials are fed, the reactor in the step S1 is continuously stirred for 15-30 minutes to prepare the water-based gloss oil.

S4, performing viscosity detection on the prepared water-based gloss oil:

s401, glazing the water-based gloss oil on the unglazed standard color printing surface paper by using a color spreading wheel to prepare a sample sheet;

s402, soaking the sample in beer for 1 minute, and taking out for later use;

and S403, placing two sample sheets with the size of 10 × 10cm on the upper surface in a manner of facing the upper surface, then placing 2kg of pressing blocks (weights) on the two sample sheets into a 65 ℃ oven to be baked for 12 hours, and finally observing the adhesion areas of the two sample sheets.
