Background

The variable pitch system of the wind generating set is an important component of a complete machine control system, the structural schematic diagram of the variable pitch system is shown in fig. 1, the variable pitch system mainly comprises three variable pitch cabinets and three variable pitch motors, the variable pitch system receives a pitch angle instruction issued by a main control system through a variable pitch slip ring, and corresponding variable pitch is executed through a variable pitch executing mechanism.

The variable-pitch slip ring is a key component for connecting the master control system and the variable-pitch system, and directly influences the transmission of power and communication signals of the master control system and the variable-pitch system. According to statistics, the pitch fault of the variable pitch unit generally accounts for about 40% of the total fault of the unit, and the fault generated by the pitch slip ring accounts for about 50% of the total fault of the unit. Therefore, the reliability of the variable-pitch slip ring plays a vital role in the stability of the unit, and whether the type selection of the variable-pitch slip ring is reasonable or not determines whether the variable-pitch slip ring can work reliably or not. The model selection of the variable-pitch slip ring mainly considers the rated capacity and the peak capacity of the slip ring, while the model selection mode of the existing variable-pitch slip ring is generally selected according to experience without considering key factors influencing the rated capacity and the peak capacity, the calculation process is rough, the calculation result is not accurate enough, the phenomenon of inaccurate model selection exists, and the safe and reliable operation of a variable-pitch system is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a model selection method and a model selection device for a variable-pitch slip ring of a wind generating set, which are used for solving the problem that the safe and reliable operation of a variable-pitch system is influenced due to inaccurate model selection of the variable-pitch slip ring.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a type selection method of a variable-pitch slip ring of a wind generating set, which comprises the following steps:

establishing a fan simulation model, simulating according to a set operating condition of a fan, and acquiring a time sequence load of a fan variable pitch system, wherein the time sequence load of the fan variable pitch system comprises a blade root moment, an overturning moment, an axial force, a radial resultant force and an acceleration in a variable pitch process;

calculating rated driving torque and peak driving torque of a variable pitch motor according to time sequence load of a variable pitch system of the fan;

respectively calculating equivalent rated power and equivalent peak power consumed by all the variable pitch motors according to the rated driving torque and the peak driving torque of the variable pitch motors and the equivalent rotating speed of the variable pitch motors;

calculating equivalent rated current and peak current of the variable pitch slip ring side according to equivalent rated power and equivalent peak power consumed by all variable pitch motors; and selecting the variable-pitch slip ring according to the equivalent rated current and the peak current of the variable-pitch slip ring side.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention further provides a model selection device of the wind generating set variable pitch slip ring, which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the processor is used for processing the instructions stored in the memory so as to realize the model selection method of the wind generating set variable pitch slip ring.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by establishing a fan simulation model and simulating according to the set operation condition of the fan, the equivalent rated current and the peak current of the variable pitch slip ring side are accurately calculated according to the load of the variable pitch slip ring, namely the working condition of the whole variable pitch system, so that the accurate model selection of the variable pitch slip ring is realized, the system fault rate is favorably reduced, the service life of the variable pitch slip ring is prolonged, and the safe and reliable operation of the variable pitch system is ensured.
