In the gas storage equipment, generally use fixed volume gas storage device, but fixed volume gas storage device has following two problems, and first, in the exhaust process, just can not continue to exhaust after the pressure is low to a definite value and make the gas storage device reserve the problem that gas is more, this problem is especially outstanding among low pressure large capacity gas storage device. And secondly, the problem that the pressure of the gas storage device with fixed volume can continuously decrease in the exhaust process.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an automatic variable-volume constant-voltage output gas storage device.

The upper air charging and discharging hole of the air storage device is connected with working air, and the air can be charged or discharged. When the gas storage device stores gas, the working medium enters from the lower gas charging and discharging hole, and the piston continuously moves upwards along with the increase of the pressure until the piston abuts against the end cover at the upper end. When the air storage device exhausts air, when the pressure of the working medium is reduced and the generated thrust is not enough to jack the piston, the piston can slowly descend from the top end of the air storage device until the piston stops at the end cover at the lower end. Therefore, the volume change of the gas storage device is realized through the up-and-down movement of the piston, and the purpose of reducing the retained gas as much as possible is also achieved.

The piston mass in the automatic variable volume constant pressure output air storage device cannot be too large, so the pressure generated only by the weight of the piston is necessarily smaller, namely the exhaust pressure of the air storage device is very low, and if higher exhaust pressure is needed, high-pressure air can be filled in the upper air charging and discharging hole, so that the exhaust pressure of the air storage device can be increased. When the pressure of the charged high-pressure air is constant and the piston is not in contact with the upper end cover and the lower end cover of the air storage device, the exhaust pressure of the air storage device is constant.

The automatic variable-volume constant-pressure output gas storage device can be suitable for storing working media with different pressure grades; the volume of the gas storage device is variable, the working medium can be basically exhausted, the gas storage device is particularly suitable for low-pressure large-volume gas storage devices, and the problem that the gas reserved in the gas storage device is too much can be effectively avoided; the air storage device can ensure constant exhaust pressure when exhausting, and is beneficial to stable work of subsequent equipment.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the automatic variable-volume constant-pressure output gas storage device of the invention comprises a vertically arranged cylinder 4 and an end cover 1 fixed at the upper and lower ends of the cylinder 4 through connecting bolts 2, wherein a piston 5 is also arranged in the cylinder 4, a guide wear-resisting ring 7 and a piston O-ring 6 are arranged on the piston 5, an end cover O-ring 8 is arranged on the end cover 1, an upper inflation and deflation hole 9 is arranged on the end cover 1 at the upper end, and a lower inflation and deflation hole 3 is arranged on the end cover 1 at the lower end;

end cap 1: the gas storage tank is formed together with the cylinder body 4, and the upper end and the lower end of the end cover 1 are respectively provided with one gas storage tank;

the connecting bolt 2: is used for connecting the end cover 1 and the cylinder body 4;
