The water tank of the chambered water heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein sealing rings are arranged at the joint of the two transmission rods (3) and the water storage tank (1) and the joint of the water dividing ring (6) and the transmission rods (3); and a heat preservation layer is fixedly arranged inside the water storage tank (1).

5. A chamber-divided water heater tank as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the peripheral side of the inlet pipe (18) is also communicated with a drain pipe (22); the drain pipe (22) is of an L-shaped structure.

Background

The solar water heater is a heating device which converts solar energy into heat energy and heats water from low temperature to high temperature so as to meet the requirement of hot water in life and production of people; the solar water heater is divided into a vacuum tube type solar water heater and a flat plate type solar water heater according to the structural form, mainly uses the vacuum tube type solar water heater as a main part and occupies 95 percent of the market share in China, the vacuum tube type household solar water heater is composed of heat collecting tubes, a water storage tank, a support and other related spare and accessory parts, solar energy is converted into heat energy, and the heat energy mainly depends on the vacuum heat collecting tubes which utilize the principle that hot water floats upwards and cold water sinks, so that water generates microcirculation to obtain the required hot water.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cavity-divided water tank of a water heater, which solves the problem of slow heating rate of the existing water tank of the water heater through the design of a quick heating cavity, a cold water cavity, an adjusting cavity, a water dividing ring and a water pushing plate.

Furthermore, a plurality of installation pipes are fixedly connected to one surface of the heating box; the installation pipes are distributed on the surface of the heating box in a linear array; and the inner walls of the plurality of mounting pipes are fixedly provided with solar transistors.

Furthermore, sealing rings are arranged at the joints of the two transmission rods and the water storage tank and the joints of the water distribution ring and the transmission rods; and a heat insulation layer is fixedly arranged inside the water storage tank.

Furthermore, the peripheral side surface of the water inlet pipe is also communicated with a water outlet pipe; the drain pipe is of an L-shaped structure.

Furthermore, the circumferential sides of the transmission rod and the water pushing plate are coated with epoxy glass flake anticorrosive paint.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. compared with the traditional water tank, the water tank designed by the invention has the structural characteristics that a plurality of cavities are arranged in the water tank, a cold water cavity is used for storing cold water, a quick heating cavity is used for quickly heating water, an adjusting cavity is used for adjusting the volume of the quick heating cavity, and the water tank has a plurality of use modes, namely a designated volume mode, a quick heating mode and a common mode, when in use, the device can freely change the volume of the water tank under the designated volume mode, so that the individualized water demand of an adapter when using the water tank is met through the change of the volume.

2. When the water pushing plate moves, impurities adhered to the water storage tank can be scraped by the scraping ring, so that the device has a certain self-cleaning function.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

As shown in fig. 1, corrugated sheaths 20 are fixedly connected between the water pushing plate 8 and the opposite surface of the water storage tank 1, between the water dividing ring 6 and the opposite surface of the water pushing plate 8, and between the water dividing ring 6 and the opposite surface of the water storage tank 1; the corrugated sheath 20 is used for protecting the two transmission rods 3 so as to reduce the corrosion and attenuation speed of the transmission rods 3; the corrugated sheath 20 is sleeved outside the transmission rod 3; the corrugated sheath 20 and the corrugated water pipe 7 are made of silicon rubber; the silicon rubber material has the structural characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stretching resistance, no toxicity and no harm; seven mounting pipes 21 are fixedly connected to one surface of the heating box 14; seven mounting tubes 21 are distributed on one surface of the heating box 14 in a linear array; the inner walls of the seven mounting pipes 21 are fixedly provided with solar transistors which are used for directly heating a water source, the water outlet of the water storage tank 1 is arranged on the mounting position below the solar transistors, the arrangement mode of the water outlet is the existing mode, and details are not repeated here.

Wherein, the joints of the two transmission rods 3 and the water storage tank 1 and the joints of the water diversion ring 6 and the transmission rods 3 are provided with sealing rings; the sealing ring is used for ensuring the sealing performance of the connection part of the transmission rod 3 and other structures, and the inside of the water storage tank 1 is fixedly provided with a heat insulation layer which is an HFC-245F water heater tank foaming agent.

Wherein, the peripheral side surface of the water inlet pipe 18 is also communicated with a drain pipe 22; the drain pipe 22 is used for discharging redundant water in the water injection process, and the drain pipe 22 is of an L-shaped structure; the circumferential sides of the transmission rod 3 and the water pushing plate 8 are coated with epoxy glass flake anticorrosive paint.

Wherein, the overflow pipe 17 is internally provided with a third water valve 23, and the third water valve 23 has the same structure with the first water valve 15 and the second water valve 16.

One specific application of this embodiment is: compared with the traditional water tank of the water heater, the water tank of the solar water heater is characterized in that a plurality of cavities, namely a cold water cavity 12, a quick heating cavity 10 and an adjusting cavity 11, are arranged in the water tank, the cold water cavity 12 is used for storing cold water, the quick heating cavity 10 is used for quickly heating water, the adjusting cavity 11 is used for adjusting the volume of the quick heating cavity 10, when the water tank is used, the device has a plurality of using modes, such as a designated volume mode, and in the designated volume mode, before the water tank is used, a second water valve 16 and a third water valve 23 are in a closed state under the control of a controller, at the moment, the cold water cavity 12 is in an empty state, and meanwhile, the water pushing plate 8 is changed by the control of the controller over the driving motor 4, the moving distance of the water pushing plate 8 can be controlled through the number of rotation turns of the driving motor 4, the total volume of the adjusting cavity 11 and the quick heating cavity 10 is changed, after the volume is set, the first water valve 15 is opened, water enters through the water inlet pipe 18, so that water can be heated in a designated volume conversion state, the rapid heating of the water is facilitated, and meanwhile, the device also has a rapid heating mode;

in a normal use mode, the first water valve 15, the second water valve 16 and the third water valve 23 are all in an open state, and the transmission motor 4 does not work;
