9. A yarn imaging method as claimed in claim 7, wherein said step 2 is specifically:

step 2.1, opening a switch door, pulling the yarn (15) of the bobbin sample (2) to sequentially pass through a yarn guide wheel a (3), a yarn guide wheel b (11), a yarn guide wheel c (12), a yarn hole a (16), a yarn guide wheel d (13), a winding roller (14) and a take-up pulley (9) and then fixing the yarn on a wire groove of the take-up pulley (9);

Background

The measurement of yarn hairiness H value, the measurement of yarn evenness diameter detection device and other yarn related indexes are established on the basis of obtaining accurate yarn images, and the existing yarn imaging equipment cannot accurately shoot the yarn evenness and the hairiness trend, so that the yarn related indexes cannot be effectively measured.

the yarn track formed between the guide wheel c and the guide wheel d of the yarn imaging device is parallel to the top plate, so that the uniformity of yarn evenness diameter is ensured;

the winding roller of the yarn imaging device can control the tension of the yarn, so that the yarn is stretched in the sealed box body at proper tension, and the yarn state is good during imaging;

fourthly, the color of the top plate of the yarn imaging device is black, the obtained yarn image boundary is clear, and the measurement of the related indexes of the subsequent yarns is facilitated.

In the process of obtaining the yarn image, the motor 8 can drive the take-up pulley 9 and the yarn 15 to move in sequence, at the moment, the yarn 15 is gradually tightened in the take-up pulley 9 according to the yarn track of the bobbin sample 2, the yarn guide pulley a3, the yarn guide pulley b11, the yarn guide pulley c12, the yarn hole a16, the yarn guide pulley d13 and the winding roller 14 to the take-up pulley 9, and during the movement of the yarn 15, the area array camera continuously takes pictures according to the shooting interval to obtain the yarn image and transmits the yarn image to the PC.
