1. A kind of lock line type terminal platform structure, used in at least a circuit line, characterized by that, this lock line type terminal platform structure includes:

the base body is internally provided with at least one opening and at least one through hole which are crossed and communicated with each other from the outside;

at least one locking terminal piece which is accommodated in the seat body and is configured corresponding to the at least one opening and the at least one through hole, wherein the locking terminal piece is provided with a terminal piece, the top end of the terminal piece extends along the axial direction of the opening to form a screwed part and extends along the axial direction of the through hole to form a conductive extension block, and the circuit wire penetrates through the through hole and is placed on the conductive extension block; and

at least one screw correspondingly penetrates through the at least one opening, the screw is screwed to the screwed part, and the screw and the conductive extension block clamp the circuit wire together.

2. The wire-locking terminal block structure of claim 1, wherein the screw-connecting portion is disposed in the opening, and the conductive extension block is formed to extend away from the through hole.

4. The structure of claim 3, wherein the screw-connecting portion is two screw-connecting rods extending from the top end of the terminal plate and passing through the opening, and the two screw-connecting rods are disposed on two sides of the extension block.

The structure of claim 4, wherein two protrusions are extended from an inner wall of the opening, the protrusions are disposed on two sides of the two screw rods, a first internal thread is formed on an inner side of the two protrusions, a second internal thread is formed on an inner side of the two screw rods, and the screw has an external thread screwed with the first internal thread and the second internal thread.

6. The structure of claim 5, wherein the inner wall of the opening has two grooves, and two tenons extending from the outer sides of the two screws engage with the two grooves.

7. The structure of claim 6, wherein two protrusions are extended from the inner sides of the two screw rods, and the screw is stopped by the two protrusions.

8. The wire-locking terminal block structure of claim 7, wherein the base has a top surface and a plurality of side surfaces, the at least one opening is formed from the top surface, and the at least one through hole is formed from one of the plurality of side surfaces.

9. The wire-locking terminal stand structure of claim 8, wherein the base further has a bottom surface, and the bottom end of the terminal plate has a protruding spike, and the protruding spike protrudes out of the bottom surface.

10. The lockwire type terminal stand structure according to claim 9, wherein the terminal piece is shaped in a T-shape, so that the terminal piece and the two screw bars are shaped in a Y-shape.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a terminal block structure, and more particularly, to a wire locking type terminal block structure.

Background

The traditional wire locking type terminal block structure mainly utilizes a screw and a terminal piece to clamp a circuit wire together, and then utilizes one end of the terminal piece to be electrically connected with the circuit wire and the other end to be electrically connected with other electronic parts so as to achieve the effect of electrically conducting the circuit wire and other electronic parts.

However, the above-mentioned wire-locking terminal block structure has the disadvantage that the poor rate of electrical connection between the circuit wire and the terminal plate is increased because the terminal plate is thin, which causes the contact area between the circuit wire and the terminal plate to be too small due to the thin thickness of the terminal plate during the process of clamping the circuit wire by the screw and the terminal plate, and the circuit wire is easily bent or broken due to the cutting of the terminal plate.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and studies to solve the above problems in combination with the application of the above prior art, and as a result, the present inventors have developed the present invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a wire locking type terminal block structure, which utilizes a conductive extension block extended from the top end of a terminal plate to further increase the contact area between a circuit wire and the terminal plate so as to improve the electrical connection excellent rate of the circuit wire and the terminal plate.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a wire-locking terminal block structure for at least one circuit wire, the wire-locking terminal block structure including: the base body is internally provided with at least one opening and at least one through hole which are crossed and communicated with each other from the outside; at least one locking terminal piece which is accommodated in the seat body and is configured corresponding to the at least one opening and the at least one through hole, wherein the locking terminal piece is provided with a terminal piece, the top end of the terminal piece extends along the axial direction of the opening to form a screwed part and extends along the axial direction of the through hole to form a conductive extension block, and the circuit wire penetrates through the through hole and is placed on the conductive extension block; and at least one screw correspondingly penetrating through the at least one opening, the screw is screwed to the screwed part, and the screw and the conductive extension block clamp the circuit wire together.

Based on the above, the top end of the terminal plate is extended with the conductive extension block, so as to increase the contact area between the circuit line and the terminal plate, and prevent the circuit line from being bent or broken by the cutting of the terminal plate due to the excessively thin thickness of the terminal plate, so as to improve the electrical connection excellent rate of the circuit line and the terminal plate, and enable the wire-locking type terminal table structure to have stable electrical connection capability.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a wire-locking terminal block structure for one or more circuit wires 100, the wire-locking terminal block structure 10 mainly includes a base 1, one or more locking terminal pieces 2, and one or more screws 3.

As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the base 1 is provided with one or more openings 11 and one or more through holes 12 crossing each other and communicating with each other from the outside to the inside. The number of the openings 11, the number of the through holes 12, the number of the locking terminals 2, and the number of the screws 3 are the same, and the number of the openings 11, the number of the through holes 12, the number of the locking terminals 2, and the number of the screws 3 are several, but not limited thereto.

As described in detail below, the base 1 has a top 13, a plurality of side surfaces 14 and a bottom 15, the opening 11 is formed from the top 13, and the through hole 12 is formed from one of the side surfaces 14.

In addition, two protrusions 111 extend from the inner wall of each opening 11, a first internal thread 112 is formed on the inner side of each protrusion 111, and two locking grooves 113 are formed on the inner wall of each opening 11.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, each locking terminal 2 is accommodated in the base 1 and disposed corresponding to the opening 11 and the through hole 12, each locking terminal 2 has a terminal piece 21, a top end 211 of each terminal piece 21 extends along an axial direction of the corresponding opening 11 to form a screw connection portion 22 and extends along an axial direction of the corresponding through hole 12 to form a conductive extension block 23, each conductive extension block 23 has a concave arc inner surface 231, each circuit line 100 is correspondingly inserted into each through hole 12 and correspondingly disposed on each conductive extension block 23, and each concave arc inner surface 231 is more stably attached to each circuit line 100 due to the shape matching with each circuit line 100.

As described below, each screw connection portion 22 is formed by two screw connection rods 221 extending from the top end 211 of the terminal plate 21 and penetrating through the opening 11, each of the two screw connection rods 221 is disposed on two sides of each of the guide extension blocks 23, each of the two protrusions 111 is disposed on two sides of each of the two screw connection rods 221, and a second internal thread 222 is disposed on an inner side of each of the two screw connection rods 221, so that each of the first internal threads 112 and each of the second internal threads 222 can jointly enclose a complete helical internal thread.

Each screw connection portion 22 is correspondingly inserted into each opening 11, each conductive extension block 23 is formed to extend in a direction away from each through hole 12, and each terminal piece 21 is shaped like a T, so that each terminal piece 21 and each two screw connection rods 221 extending from each terminal piece 21 are shaped like a Y, but not limited thereto.

Two locking tenons 223 engaged with the two locking grooves 113 extend from the outer sides of the two screw rods 221, so that the screw portions 22 can be stably inserted into the holes 11.

Furthermore, two protruding points 224 disposed below the corresponding second internal threads 222 extend from the inner sides of the two screw rods 221, and the bottom end of each terminal plate 21 has a protruding spike 212, each protruding spike 212 protrudes and is exposed on the bottom surface 15, and the protruding spike 212 is used for electrically connecting with other electronic components.

As shown in fig. 2 to 7, each screw 3 has an external thread 31 screwed with each first internal thread 112 and each second internal thread 222, so that each screw 3 is inserted into each opening 11 and screwed with each screwed portion 22, and each screw 3 and each conductive extension block 23 clamp each circuit line 100 together. Each screw 3 can be stopped and limited by the two corresponding bumps 224, so that the situation that the screw 3 is screwed on the screwed part 22 too deeply and excessively squashes the circuit line 100 is avoided.

As shown in fig. 3 to 7, in the usage state of the wire-locking terminal block structure 10 of the present invention, the top end 211 of the terminal plate 21 is extended with the conductive extension block 23, the circuit wire 100 is first inserted into the through hole 12 and placed on the conductive extension block 23, and then the screw 3 is rotated to insert the screw 3 into the opening 11 and screwed to the screw part 22 until the screw 3 and the conductive extension block 23 clamp the circuit wire 100 together, so that the circuit wire 100 and the terminal plate 21 are firmly attached to each other to achieve the effect of electrical connection.

In addition, the top end 211 of the terminal plate 21 extends with the conductive extension block 23, so as to increase the contact area between the circuit line 100 and the terminal plate 21, and prevent the circuit line 100 from being cut, bent or broken by the terminal plate 21 due to the excessively thin thickness of the terminal plate 21, so as to achieve the improvement of the electrical connection yield of the circuit line 100 and the terminal plate 21, and enable the wire-locking terminal block structure 10 to have stable electrical connection capability.

Furthermore, the circuit line 100 can be locked by a small number of parts such as the base 1, the locking terminal 2 and the screw 3, so as to achieve the purpose of saving material and reducing cost.

The screw 3 is screwed to the screwing portion 22, so that the circuit wire 100 can be screwed (tightened), and the contact area between the circuit wire 100 and the terminal plate 21 is large, so that the circuit wire 100 clamped by the screw 3 and the terminal plate 21 cannot be bent or broken, the circuit wire 100 cannot be damaged, and the effect of improving the excellent rate of the lock wire is achieved.
