When the supporting frames 6 are pulled out, the moving plate 25 on the upper portion is pulled out from the inner portion of the upper transverse plate 21, so that the electrical accessories on the upper portion of each supporting frame 6 can be detached, replaced and installed independently, and convenience and working efficiency in use are improved.
