1. A broadcasting system for transmitting data by using sound waves, for broadcasting the data by using sound, the broadcasting system comprising:

a sending device for providing a message and encrypting the message into an encrypted data, the sending device being configured to send the encrypted data;

a plurality of intermediate devices respectively including a microphone and a speaker, each intermediate device being configured to receive the encrypted data by using the microphone and broadcast the encrypted data to other intermediate devices by using the speaker to emit sound, wherein a sound frequency range of the sound is ultrasonic or infrasonic; and

a plurality of receiving devices, including a microphone, for receiving the encrypted data, and the receiving devices are used for decrypting the encrypted data.

2. A broadcast system for communicating data by means of sound waves as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the sound-frequency section is an ultrasonic wave in the range of 15kHz to 20 kHz.

To achieve the above and other objects, the present invention provides a broadcasting system for transmitting data by using sound waves, for broadcasting the data by using sound, the broadcasting system including: a sending device for providing a message and possibly encrypting the message into an encrypted data, the sending device being configured to send the encrypted data; a plurality of intermediate devices respectively including a microphone and a speaker, each intermediate device being configured to receive the encrypted data by using the microphone and to broadcast the encrypted data to other intermediate devices by using the speaker, wherein a sound frequency range of the sound is ultrasonic or infrasonic; and a plurality of receiving devices, including a microphone, for receiving the encrypted data, and the receiving devices are used for decrypting the encrypted data.

In a preferred embodiment, the acoustic frequency segment is an ultrasonic wave in the range of 15kHz to 20 kHz.

In a preferred embodiment, the range of the audio band is infrasonic waves between 0Hz and 20 Hz.

In a preferred embodiment, the information is an internet address.

In a preferred embodiment, the message is a text message.
