Background

When detecting nucleic acid of respiratory viruses such as novel coronavirus, SARS, H1N1 influenza, and other infectious viruses, medical personnel usually extract secretion from nasopharynx by using a disposable sampling swab, insert the sampling swab with the secretion into a sampling tube to store liquid after the extraction, and store the sample at low temperature. Because the person being sampled is probably a virus carrier, in order to avoid the virus infection of medical personnel, the person sampling samples needs to wear the protective isolation suit for operation, the use cost of the protective isolation suit is higher, the comfort level is poorer, the movement of the user is also more limited, and particularly, the person is easy to have physical injuries such as heatstroke and the like when the temperature is higher. In addition, in the detection process, different sampled persons may contact the same article and the objects left in the sample collection environment, and the sampled persons may be infected indirectly.
