Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dish-washing machines, in particular to a dish-washing machine and a horizontal compressor for the same.

Background

Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the dish washing machine is widely used in daily life, can automatically wash dishes, chopsticks, plates, dishes, knives, forks and other tableware, lightens the labor intensity of the dish washing and cleaning work, improves the working efficiency and obtains better cleaning effect.

At present, there are two types of dishwashers on the market, both domestic and commercial. The size of the commercial dishwasher is relatively large, the length is 800-2400 mm generally, and the width and the height are 800mm generally; the household dish washer is relatively small in size, and can be used for accommodating different sets of tableware at a time, such as less than 6 sets, 8-10 sets, 11-12 sets and the like. The smaller the dish capacity, the smaller the overall size of the dishwasher.

Dishwashers available on the market mostly clean dishes in an electrically heated manner and also use washing liquid in order to increase the dirt-removing power. Especially in a household dish washing machine, the washing liquid is heated by an electric heating pipe and then sprayed out through a nozzle to wash the dirt on the tableware. However, the electric heating mode consumes more electric energy, which is neither energy-saving nor environment-friendly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dish washing machine and a horizontal compressor for the dish washing machine, and aims to solve the problem that the existing dish washing machine is high in energy consumption.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a horizontal compressor for a dishwasher, the horizontal compressor including a body having a housing; wherein the outer diameter of the shell is 55 mm-94 mm; and the length of the body is 121 mm-222 mm, the width is 74 mm-134.8 mm, and the height is 59 mm-111.8 mm.

Optionally, the inner diameter of the shell is 50 mm-88 mm, and the thickness of the shell is 2.5 mm-3.0 mm.

Optionally, the horizontal compressor is a variable frequency compressor.

Optionally, the rotating speed of the horizontal compressor is 1800 rpm-5400 rpm.

Optionally, the refrigerant used by the horizontal compressor is R290.

Optionally, the installation angle of the horizontal compressor relative to the horizontal plane is 0 to 10 °.

Optionally, the mounting angle is 5 °.

Optionally, the length, width and height of the body are 222mm, 134.4mm and 111.8mm respectively.

Optionally, the horizontal compressor further comprises a fixing component connected with the housing, the fixing component is used for being connected with a dishwasher, the body and the fixing component form an assembly structure together, the assembly structure has a length of 145mm to 246mm, a width of 89mm to 150mm, and a height of 68mm to 121 mm.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention also provides a dishwasher which comprises the horizontal compressor.

Optionally, the length of the dishwasher is 420 mm-600 mm, the width is 435 mm-600 mm, and the height is 435 mm-845 mm.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the dish washing machine and the horizontal compressor used for the dish washing machine have the following beneficial effects:

firstly, the outer diameter of the shell of the horizontal compressor provided by the invention is 55 mm-94 mm, the length of the body of the compressor is 121 mm-222 mm, the width is 74 mm-134.8 mm, and the height is 59 mm-111.8 mm, so that the horizontal compressor with relatively small overall size is obtained, the horizontal compressor is further conveniently installed in a dish washing machine, particularly a household dish washing machine and a small commercial dish washing machine, the heat pump type compressor is utilized to realize heating and complete cleaning, the energy efficiency is high, and the energy and the electricity are saved;

secondly, the horizontal compressor is a variable frequency compressor, so that the energy consumption is further reduced;

thirdly, the horizontal compressor of the invention adopts environment-friendly refrigerants such as R290, thereby saving energy and protecting environment.

It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention. Further, the structures illustrated in the drawings are often part of actual structures. In particular, the drawings may have different emphasis points and may sometimes be scaled differently.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a front view of a horizontal compressor for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a bottom view of the horizontal compressor shown in fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present invention provides a horizontal compressor 1 for a dishwasher, the horizontal compressor 1 includes a body 10 having a housing 11, the body 10 is a functional component except a fixing assembly 12, and the functional component mainly includes a liquid reservoir, a pipeline, the housing 11, a motor and a cylinder arranged in the housing 11, an end cover, a front foot, a rear foot, and the like, which are capable of realizing a heating function of the compressor itself. The mounting assembly 12 is adapted to be coupled to a dishwasher.

In the invention, the outer diameter D of the shell 11 is 55 mm-94 mm, and meanwhile, the length L of the body 10 of the horizontal compressor 1 is 121 mm-222 mm, the width W is 74 mm-134.8 mm, and the height H is 59 mm-111.8 mm, so that the horizontal compressor with smaller size than the existing horizontal compressor is provided, and the horizontal compressor is further applied to a dish washing machine, especially a household dish washing machine or a small commercial dish washing machine, so that a detergent can be heated by utilizing the heating function of the horizontal compressor, the tableware is cleaned, energy and electricity are saved, the problem of high energy consumption of the existing electric heating type dish washing machine is well solved, and the horizontal compressor can be directly installed in the dish washing machine with the existing size, the size of the existing dish washing machine cannot be increased, the implementation is convenient, and the. In addition, experiments prove that the heating capacity of the horizontal compressor 1 can reach 450W-1300W, and the energy efficiency ratio of the compressor can exceed 4.2, so that the energy efficiency of the compressor is high.

Here, it is to be added that: the length L of the body 10 is the length in the direction parallel to the installation surface of the horizontal compressor 1; the width W refers to a length parallel to the mounting surface of the horizontal compressor 1 and in the radial direction of the horizontal compressor 1; the height H refers to a length perpendicular to the mounting surface of the horizontal compressor 1 and in a radial direction of the horizontal compressor 1. Generally, the mounting surface of the horizontal compressor 1 is a mounting plane of the foot and is used in parallel with the horizontal plane.

In the embodiment of the invention, the inner diameter of the shell 11 is 50 mm-88 mm, and the thickness of the shell 11 is 2.5 mm-3.0 mm.

Further, the horizontal compressor 1 is an inverter compressor, and the rotation speed is preferably 1800 rpm-5400 rpm. The variable frequency compressor can change the running rotating speed by changing the working frequency so as to deal with different working conditions, and save energy and electricity. Here, the horizontal compressor 1 is particularly suitable for use in a household dishwasher, which is generally installed in a kitchen, and which mostly belongs to a room without air conditioning, i.e., the temperature of the environment in which the household dishwasher is used may vary greatly depending on the season. For example, in summer, the temperature in the kitchen may reach above 35 ℃, at which time the compressor may not be operating at full capacity to meet the demand for heating the detergent. Therefore, the rotating speed of the compressor can be reduced through frequency conversion, so that the power consumption is reduced, and the energy efficiency is improved.

Further, the horizontal compressor 1 preferably uses an environment-friendly refrigerant, and more preferably R290. The inventor finds that the refrigerant R290 can improve the energy efficiency of the horizontal compressor by more than 15%, and the refrigerant does not contain hydrochlorofluorocarbon, has zero damage to an ozone layer and has good environmental protection effect.

Furthermore, the axis of the horizontal compressor 1 and the horizontal plane can have an installation angle α, and the installation angle α is preferably 0 to 10 °, so as to improve the oil supply capability of the compressor and ensure the oil supply reliability. Preferably, the installation angle α is 5 °, and the oil supply reliability is higher. It should be understood that the housing 11 of the horizontal compressor 1 extends along the axis thereof, and therefore, the installation angle α is the angle between the housing 11 of the horizontal compressor 1 and the horizontal plane.

As shown in fig. 3, the horizontal compressor 1 further includes a fixing assembly 12 connected to the housing 11, such that the body 10 and the fixing assembly 12 together form an assembly structure, and the assembly structure preferably has a length of 145mm to 246mm, a width of 89mm to 150mm, and a height of 68mm to 121 mm. The securing assembly 12 is for securing with a dishwasher. For example, the housing 11 of the horizontal compressor is cylindrical and the housing of the dishwasher is flat, in which case the body 10 needs to be fixed to the housing of the dishwasher by means of a fixing assembly 12 also having a flat surface.

In this embodiment, the fixing member 12 is preferably an integrally formed member, which has a small volume and high strength, so that, after the body 10 and the fixing member 12 are formed together into an assembly structure, the assembly structure has a volume suitable for use in a household or small commercial dishwasher without increasing the size of the dishwasher. In addition, the fixing assembly 12 of the assembly structure preferably has anti-vibration rubber, which can make the noise of the single horizontal compressor 1 less than 55dB, so as to better meet the requirement of indoor use and avoid the noise influence on each indoor room.

Further, based on the horizontal compressor provided by the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also provides a dishwasher which comprises the horizontal compressor 1, preferably the dishwasher is a household dishwasher, and more preferably the dishwasher has a single tableware capacity of 6 sets or less, or 11-12 sets, or 8-10 sets.

Further, the length of the dishwasher of the embodiment is 420 mm-600 mm, the width is 435 mm-600 mm, and the height is 435 mm-845 mm.

Further, in the first embodiment, the outer diameter D of the housing of the horizontal compressor 1 provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be 94mm, the inner diameter thereof may be 88mm, the thickness of the housing may be 3mm, and the length L, the width W and the height H of the body 10 may be 222mm, 134.4mm and 111.8mm, respectively, while it is preferable that the length, the width and the height of the assembly structure may be 246mm, 150mm and 121mm, respectively. When the outer diameter D of the shell of the horizontal compressor 1 is 94mm, the length of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention is 600mm, the width of the dishwasher is 600mm, the height of the dishwasher is 845mm, and the capacity of single tableware is 11-12 sets.

In the second embodiment, the horizontal compressor 1 provided by the embodiment of the present invention has an outer diameter D of a housing of 55mm, an inner diameter of 50mm, a thickness of the housing of 2.5mm, and a length L, a width W and a height H of the body 10 of 121mm, 74mm and 59mm, respectively, and accordingly, the length of the assembly structure is 145mm, the width thereof is 89mm and the height thereof is 68mm, and the capacity of single tableware is 6 sets or less. When the outer diameter D of the shell of the horizontal compressor 1 is 55mm, the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of 420mm in length, 435mm in width and 435mm in height.

In a third embodiment, the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention has a single tableware capacity of 8-10 sets, and the length, the width, the height and the width of the dishwasher are 550mm, 500mm and 435 mm.

It should be noted that the dish washer and the horizontal compressor 1 in the above embodiments are not limited to one-to-one correspondence, and they may be used alternatively, and the invention is not limited to this. In addition, since the size of the small commercial dishwasher is generally larger than that of the household dishwasher and has more sufficient installation space, the horizontal compressor 1 provided by the embodiment is also suitable for the small commercial dishwasher, and the small commercial dishwasher herein refers to a commercial dishwasher having a length not greater than 1000mm and a width and a height not greater than 800 mm.

In summary, the horizontal compressor provided by the embodiment of the invention has a relatively small size, can be conveniently used in a household dish washing machine or a small commercial dish washing machine, realizes heating by using a heat pump type compressor to complete cleaning, and has the advantages of high energy efficiency, energy saving and electricity saving. Furthermore, the horizontal compressor is preferably a variable frequency compressor, so that the energy-saving and power-saving effects are better. Furthermore, the horizontal compressor of the invention adopts an environment-friendly refrigerant, such as R290, thereby saving energy and realizing environment protection.
