Background

The pot brushing operation is carried out by grabbing cleaning cloth or a brush by hands, and the pot brushing operation is low in pot brushing efficiency and inconvenient to carry a pot and brush sewage although the tools used in the pot brushing operation are simple.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of low pot brushing efficiency and the need of lifting a pot and pouring pot sewage in the existing pot brushing operation, the invention provides the pot brushing device which has high pot brushing efficiency and does not need to lift the pot and pour the pot sewage.

The pot brushing device has 4 working modes, namely a purified water outlet mode, a pot brushing mode, a pot sucking and brushing sewage mode and a brush head cleaning mode; the brush head is positioned above the pot, and the switch of the water purification valve is pressed, so that the purified water is injected into the pot through the water purification valve and the purified water outlet pipe; the brush head is extended into the pot, the brush hair is contacted with the pot, then a pot brushing mode circuit switch for controlling the brush seat power device is pressed, the brush seat power device can drive the brush head to rotate, and then the pot brushing work is carried out, and the pot brushing mode circuit switch is released, the brush seat power device and the brush head stop rotating to stop the pot brushing work; after the brushing of the pot is stopped, a water suction mode circuit switch for controlling a water pump and an electric ejector is pressed, the water pump and the electric ejector start to work, the electric ejector ejects out an iron core and drives a water suction pipe to extend out of a section, so that the water suction pipe exceeds a brush seat and is beneficial to being close to the inner bottom of the pot, and meanwhile, the water pump can suck the brushing sewage out through the water suction pipe and discharge the brushing sewage through a sewage interface; when the brush head is inserted into the cleaning chamber from the brush head hole and is connected with a cleaning circuit switch, the brush head cleaning mode is started, the electric detergent feeder is electrified to work and sends a water-cut signal to the cleaning chamber, a preset amount of detergent is sprayed, meanwhile, the electronic valve on the water purification tee joint is started, purified water is injected into the cleaning chamber, when a preset water level is reached, the water level sensor sends a water-cut signal, the electronic valve is closed, the water sprayer is electrified to work, water mixed with the detergent in the cleaning chamber is washed out, the power-cut is stopped after the brush head is washed out repeatedly for a period of time, then, the sewage electronic valve is electrified to be opened, sewage in the cleaning chamber is discharged into a sewer at home through the sewage electronic valve. The brush head cleaning mode is controlled by a preset control circuit of a circuit board, and the circuit board is a simple control circuit and can use the existing circuit technology. The electric pot brushing efficiency is higher than that of manual pot brushing, and the pot brushing sewage sucking mode and the brush head cleaning mode are automatically completed after one key is pressed.

The invention has the advantages of high pot brushing efficiency and no need of lifting the pot and pouring the pot brushing sewage.

When the pot brushing device is used, the pot brushing work of the pot brushing device is set as 4 modes, namely a water purification and water outlet mode, a pot brushing mode, a pot sucking and brushing sewage mode and a brush head cleaning mode; the brush head (2) is positioned above the pot, and the water purifying valve switch (25) is pressed, so that the purified water is injected into the pot through the water purifying valve (23) and the purified water outlet pipe; the brush head (2) is extended into the pot, the brush bristles (19) are contacted with the pot, then a motor circuit switch (26) for controlling the motor (17) is pressed, the motor (17) drives the brush holder to rotate, so that the pot brushing work is carried out, the motor circuit switch (26) is disconnected, and the motor (17) and the brush holder stop rotating to stop the pot brushing work; after the pot brushing work is stopped, a water absorption mode circuit switch (27) for controlling a water pump (16) and an electric ejector (22) is pressed, the water pump (16) and the electric ejector (22) start to work, the electric ejector (22) ejects out an iron core and drives a water absorption pipe (21) to extend out for a section, so that the water absorption pipe (21) exceeds a brush seat (18) to be beneficial to approaching to the inner bottom of the pot, and meanwhile, the water pump (16) sucks pot brushing sewage through the water absorption pipe (21) and discharges the pot brushing sewage through a sewage interface (5); when the brush head (2) is inserted into the cleaning chamber (11) from the brush head hole (12) and is connected with the cleaning circuit switch (28), the brush head cleaning mode is started, the electric detergent supplier (7) is electrified to work and sprays a preset amount of detergent into the cleaning chamber (11), the electronic valve (4) on the water purifying tee joint (6) is started, purified water is injected into the cleaning chamber (11), when a preset water level is reached, the water level sensor (8) gives a water cut-off signal, the electronic valve (4) is closed, the motor (17) is electrified to work at the same time, the water sprayer (9) is electrified to work at the same time, water mixed with the detergent in the cleaning chamber (11) is further washed out, after the brush head (2) is repeatedly washed for a period of time, the power of the motor (17) and the water sprayer (9) is cut off and stopped, then the sewage electronic valve (3) is electrified to be opened, and sewage in the cleaning chamber (11) is discharged into a sewer in a home through the sewage electronic valve (3) and, at the moment, the brush head (2) is cleaned. The brush head cleaning mode is controlled by a preset control circuit in the circuit board (29), and the circuit board (29) is a simple control circuit and can use the existing circuit technology. In the one-time brush head cleaning mode, a detergent-free mode may be provided. The brush head (2) can be made into an arc shape or a gun shape for holding conveniently. The water pump (16) may also be provided in the main unit (1).

The electric pot brushing efficiency is higher than that of manual pot brushing, and the pot brushing sewage sucking mode and the brush head cleaning mode are automatically completed after one key is pressed.
