1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention relates to a fat chamber three-dimensional lifting positioning device (11), which comprises a surface indicator card (12), a depth indicator rod (21) and a tissue probe (31), wherein:

the surface indicating card (12) consists of three layers of release paper (13), a high-viscosity single-sided adhesive film (14) and a low-viscosity single-sided adhesive sticker (15) from bottom to top, wherein the surface of the sticker (15) is provided with an anatomical positioning point (16), a cutting marking line (17), a horizontal needle inserting and withdrawing guide line (18) and a vertical needle inserting and withdrawing guide line (19);

the depth indicating rod (21) consists of a handle (22) and a graduated rod (23), the graduated rod (23) is provided with scale scales (24), and the handle (22) is fixedly connected with the graduated rod (23);

the tissue probe (31) consists of a needle point (32) and a needle rod (33), wherein the needle rod is provided with a graduated scale (34), and the needle rod (33) is provided with 1 or more than 1 needle buckle (35).

The same procedure is used between points C and D.

In the process of passing the tissue probe (31), absorbable wires and non-absorbable wires with different specifications and forms can be inserted into a needle tube (33) of the tissue probe (31) according to clinical requirements, the wires are brought to a required point through the tissue probe (31), and knots are formed between the wires, so that a local fat chamber is lifted.

Clinical examples

Referring to fig. 10, a woman, age 40, is scheduled to perform nasolabial sulcus fat compartment lifting operation on the patient when he arrives at the hospital for a visit because the nasolabial sulcus deepens. Four needle access points A, B, C, D are determined based on the width of the patient's face and the size of the cutting surface indicator card (12). Removing the release paper (13) below the surface indicating card (12), sticking the surface indicating card (12) between the nasolabial sulcus and the zygomatic process, puncturing the skin at points A, B, C and D by using an injection needle, and inserting three depth indicating rods (21) into the points B, C and D according to the preoperative designed depth; inserting a needle head (32) of a tissue probe (31) into the point A according to a set depth, and moving the tissue probe (31) to a set depth under the tissue towards the point B, wherein when the tissue probe reaches the point B, the needle head (32) of the tissue probe (31) is contacted with the lower end of a depth indicating rod (21) and then penetrates out of most of the point B, but the needle head (32) on the other side of the tissue probe (31) is kept in the tissue depth set before the operation; inserting a depth indicating rod (21) into the point A according to the designed depth before the operation; the tissue probe (31) performs a depth sneak under the tissue towards the point C, when the tissue probe reaches the point C, the needle head (32) of the tissue probe (31) is in contact with the lower end of the depth indication rod (21) and then mostly penetrates out of the point C, but the needle head (32) on the other side of the tissue probe (31) is remained in the tissue depth set before the operation, when the tissue probe (31) performs a depth sneak under the tissue towards the point A, and when the tissue probe reaches the point A, the needle head (32) of the tissue probe (31) is in contact with the lower end of the depth indication rod (21) and then completely penetrates out of the point A. The same procedure is used between points C and D.
