Technical Field

Background

The lithium iron phosphate battery has the advantages of high energy density, high output voltage, long cycle life, small environmental pollution and the like, and is widely used in various electronic equipment, electric automobiles and electrochemical energy storage. The accumulated loading capacity of the lithium iron phosphate energy storage power station is steadily increased, the loading capacity exceeds 2000MW by 2020, the annual growth rate is close to 70%, once a fire disaster occurs, the reliability and safety of power supply are seriously damaged, and the social influence and harm are great. At present, no fire extinguishing equipment capable of effectively extinguishing fire disasters of the battery prefabricated cabin of the lithium iron phosphate energy storage power station exists in the world, and a large number of internal and external fire disasters of the battery prefabricated cabin of the energy storage power station are proved well.

At present, although a plurality of water mist nozzles exist, the water mist nozzles are not suitable for fire hazards of prefabricated cabins of lithium iron phosphate batteries, and the following problems mainly exist:

1) the structure of the spray head is circular, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the spray head can not be installed in a narrow space in the lithium iron phosphate battery module;

2) the nozzles are circularly arranged on the nozzle body, the sprayed water mist beams are circular, as shown in figure 1, the water mist is sprayed into the battery module, most of the water mist can collide with a solid structure to form water flow, the fire extinguishing mechanism of the water mist is lost, and the fire extinguishing requirement cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a thin water smoke shower nozzle, it is adapted to the installation in the battery module and puts out a fire, is particularly useful for the prefabricated cabin of lithium iron phosphate battery and puts out a fire.

In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: the fine water mist spray head comprises a spray head main body, wherein the spray head main body is of a flat structure, at least two nozzles are arranged on one side face of the flat structure, and the arrangement positions of the at least two nozzles ensure that sprayed mist beams are distributed in a sector shape.

Advantageous effects

This application is improved the shower nozzle into flat structure by prior art's circular, makes things convenient for it to install in battery module more. The arrangement position of the nozzle is controlled, so that the sprayed water mist is distributed in a sector, the sprayed coverage is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the sprayed water mist is ensured to be a mist beam with a certain thickness because the nozzle adopts a circular nozzle in the prior art.

In conclusion, the water mist spray head solves the problem that the water mist spray head is circular in structural shape and cannot be installed in a narrow space in a lithium iron phosphate battery module; the problem of the thin water smoke fog bundle that the thin water smoke shower nozzle jetted for circular, spray the battery module in, because most of thin water smoke can touch the entity structure and become rivers, lost the mechanism of putting out a fire of thin water smoke, can not reach the requirement of putting out a fire is solved, realize the fire hazard of the prefabricated cabin of foam lithium iron phosphate battery fast and reliably.

In practical application, the sprayed mist beams can be ensured to be distributed in a sector by directly setting the relative height and the relative angle of the nozzles; the side surface of the nozzle can be petal-shaped, and the angle of the nozzle can be designed.

Most conveniently, the surface of the nozzle is a cambered surface, and preferably, the cambered surface corresponds to a central angle of 50-150 degrees so as to ensure that the spraying sector of the water mist spraying head has a specific coverage surface.

The at least two nozzles are linearly arranged on the side surface of the flat structure.

Meanwhile, the nozzle is circular for the convenience of use and maintenance and for the thickness of the sprayed mist of the fine water mist.
