1. A construction method of a purline assembly in a steel structure coal shed is characterized in that,

g, repeating the step D ~ F until all the longitudinal purlins are installed;

h: dismantling the hoisting device;

i: and installing a transverse purline and a shearing fork purline corresponding to the longitudinal purline at the tail end.

4. The method of constructing a purlin assembly in a steel-structured coal shed as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moving unit includes: and each roller assembly is fixed below the working platform and clamped on the longitudinal purline.

5. The construction method of the purline assembly in the steel-structure coal shed as in claim 4, wherein each roller assembly comprises a roller, the periphery of the roller is provided with an annular groove, and the roller is clamped on the longitudinal purline through the groove.

Background

A steel-structure coal shed, as shown in fig. 2, comprising: the roof assembly comprises a main body frame and a purline assembly which is arranged above the main body frame and is used for mounting a roof assembly; the main body frame includes: the roof comprises longitudinal beams 10, cross beams 11 and upright columns 9, wherein the longitudinal beams 10 and the cross beams 11 are connected to form a roof frame, and the upright columns 9 are supported between the roof frame and the ground; the purlin assembly includes: the longitudinal purlins 6, the transverse purlins 7 and the shearing fork purlins 8 are sequentially connected end to end and fixed above the longitudinal beam 10, and the transverse purlins 7 and the shearing fork purlins 8 are fixedly connected between every two adjacent longitudinal purlins 6 in the transverse direction.

In some cases, steel structural coal sheds are built directly above the coal pile, which limits the location of the crane. The number of the longitudinal purlins 6, the number of the transverse purlins 7 and the number of the shearing fork purlins 8 are large, the installation span is large, the longitudinal purlins, the transverse purlins and the shearing fork purlins are usually intensively hoisted to a roof frame through a crane during hoisting, and then the longitudinal purlins, the transverse purlins and the shearing fork purlins are manually transported to the. The hoisting mode has higher potential safety hazard and low operation efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a construction method of a purline assembly in a steel structure coal shed, which is free from the influence of coal piles when parts in the purline assembly are hoisted, so that the purline assembly does not need to be manually transported again at high altitude, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.

A construction method of a purline assembly in a steel structure coal shed comprises the following steps: the roof assembly comprises a main body frame and a purline assembly which is arranged above the main body frame and is used for mounting a roof assembly;

the main body frame includes: the roof comprises longitudinal beams, cross beams and upright columns, wherein the longitudinal beams and the cross beams are connected to form a roof framework, and the upright columns are supported between the roof framework and the ground;

the purlin assembly includes: the longitudinal purlins, the transverse purlins and the shear fork purlins are sequentially connected end to end in the longitudinal direction and are fixed above the longitudinal beam, and the transverse purlins and the shear fork purlins are fixedly connected between every two adjacent longitudinal purlins in the transverse direction;

the construction method of the purline assembly comprises the following steps:

a: providing a hoisting device, wherein the hoisting device is used for hoisting the longitudinal purline, the transverse purline and the shearing fork purline, and the hoisting device comprises: the movable unit is used for being clamped on two transversely adjacent longitudinal purlines and can reciprocate along the longitudinal purlines, and the fixed unit is detachably connected with the longitudinal purlines;

b: after the main body frame is installed, the longitudinal purlines are installed on the adjacent longitudinal beams;

c: installing the hoisting device on the longitudinal purline and fixing the hoisting device;

d: hoisting a next section of longitudinal purline by using the hoisting device and installing the next section of longitudinal purline;

e: releasing the fixed connection relation of the hoisting device, moving the hoisting device to the next section of longitudinal purline and fixing the hoisting device;

f: hoisting a section of transverse purline and a section of shear fork purline corresponding to the longitudinal purline by using the hoisting device, and installing the transverse purline and the shear fork purline;

g, repeating the step D ~ F until all the longitudinal purlins are installed;

h: dismantling the hoisting device;

i: and installing a transverse purline and a shearing fork purline corresponding to the longitudinal purline at the tail end.

Further, the step F further includes: and hoisting the longitudinal purlines, the transverse purlines and the shearing fork purlines positioned on the outer sides of the adjacent longitudinal beams by using the hoisting device and installing the longitudinal purlines, the transverse purlines and the shearing fork purlines.

Furthermore, each roller assembly comprises a roller, the periphery of the roller is provided with a groove formed in an annular mode, and the roller is clamped on the longitudinal purline through the groove.

Further, the connection unit includes: and one end of each connecting plate is hinged to the working platform, and the other end of each connecting plate is detachably connected with the longitudinal purline through a bolt.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

A construction method of a purline assembly in a steel structure coal shed comprises the following steps: the roof assembly comprises a main body frame and a purline assembly which is arranged above the main body frame and is used for mounting a roof assembly;

as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the main body frame includes: the roof structure comprises longitudinal beams 10, cross beams 11 and upright posts 9, wherein the longitudinal beams 10 and the cross beams 11 are connected to form a roof framework, the longitudinal beams 10 are placed along the longitudinal direction, the cross beams 11 are placed along the transverse direction, and the upright posts 9 are supported between the roof framework and the ground;

the purlin assembly includes: the longitudinal purlins 6, the transverse purlins 7 and the shear fork purlins 8 are sequentially connected end to end in the longitudinal direction and are fixed above the longitudinal beam 10, and a plurality of the transverse purlins 7 and the shear fork purlins 8 are fixedly connected between every two adjacent longitudinal purlins 6 in the transverse direction;

as shown in fig. 1, the construction method of the purlin assembly comprises the following steps:

a, providing a hoisting device, wherein the hoisting device is used for hoisting the longitudinal purlins 6, the transverse purlins 7 and the shearing fork purlins 8, and as shown in FIG. 4 ~ 8, the hoisting device comprises a working platform 1, a crane 3 arranged above the working platform 1, a moving unit and a connecting unit, the moving unit and the connecting unit are arranged on the working platform 1, the moving unit is clamped on two transversely adjacent longitudinal purlins 6 and can reciprocate along the longitudinal purlins 6, and the fixing unit is detachably connected with the longitudinal purlins 6;

b: after the main body frame is installed, the longitudinal purlines 6 are installed on the adjacent longitudinal beams 10;

c: mounting the hoisting device to the longitudinal purline 6 and fixing the hoisting device;

d: hoisting a next section of longitudinal purline 6 by using the hoisting device and installing the next section of longitudinal purline 6;

e: releasing the fixed connection relation of the hoisting device, moving the hoisting device to the next section of longitudinal purline 6 and fixing the hoisting device;

f: hoisting a horizontal purline 7 and a shearing fork purline 8 corresponding to the upper section of the longitudinal purline 6 by using the hoisting device, and installing the horizontal purline 7 and the shearing fork purline 8;

g, repeating the step D ~ F until all the longitudinal purlines 6 are installed;

h: dismantling the hoisting device;

i: and installing a transverse purlin 7 and a shearing fork purlin 8 corresponding to the longitudinal purlin 6 at the tail end.

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step F further includes: and hoisting and mounting the longitudinal purlins 6, the transverse purlins 7 and the shearing fork purlins 8 positioned on the outer sides of the adjacent longitudinal beams 10 by using the hoisting device. The installation range is enlarged, and the efficiency is improved.

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in step D, the next longitudinal purlin 6 is installed in a lifted state; and in the step F, the transverse purlines 7 and the shearing fork purlines 8 are installed in a hoisting state. And after the installation is finished, the hook is unhooked, so that the risk can be reduced.

In an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 ~ 8, the moving unit includes a plurality of roller assemblies 5, and each roller assembly 5 is fixed below the working platform 1 and clamped on the longitudinal purlin 6.

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 ~ 8, each of the roller assemblies 5 includes a roller, a circumferential groove is formed on an outer circumference of the roller, and the roller is clamped on the longitudinal purlin 6 through the groove.

In an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 ~ 8, the connecting unit includes a plurality of connecting plates 4, and each connecting plate 4 has one end hinged to the working platform 1 and the other end detachably connected to the longitudinal purlin 6 through a bolt.

In an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 ~ 8, a waist-shaped hole is formed on the connecting plate 4 for passing through the bolt.

In an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 ~ 8, the lifting device further includes a guardrail 2 installed around the working platform 1.

In an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 ~ 8, the crane 3 comprises a base fixed to the work platform 1 and a boom mounted on the base, the base being rotatable and the boom being retractable.
