Most of the current researches are dedicated to the treatment and purification of automobile exhaust, but the purification of the motorcycle exhaust is neglected, the engine used by the motorcycle is an automobile engine, a large amount of exhaust is generated as the automobile is driven, sulfur and lead contained in the adsorbed exhaust can be eliminated in the prior art, but the actual raw material consumption is large, the exhaust is filled into a pipe fitting during the application, the pipe fitting is welded with a three-way catalytic converter or is connected with the three-way catalytic converter through a flange in a sealing way, but the raw material needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time, and the replacement frequency is large, so the exhaust is not effectively utilized.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a device for treating and reducing noise of motor vehicle tail gas, which comprises a lead removing chamber, a sulfur removing chamber, a catalytic chamber, a buffer chamber and a straight pipe type silencer, wherein the lead removing chamber and the sulfur removing chamber are arranged in front of the catalytic chamber, clinoptilolite is filled in the lead removing chamber for taking out lead in the tail gas and preventing the lead from permanently poisoning a catalyst of a three-way catalytic converter in the catalytic chamber so as to disable the three-way catalytic converter, an activated carbon sulfur removing pipe is filled in the sulfur removing chamber for taking out sulfur in the tail gas and preventing the sulfur from reducing the catalytic conversion efficiency of the three-way catalytic converter, the lead removing chamber, the sulfur removing chamber and the catalytic chamber are connected together through flanges, when tail gas treatment raw materials in the device need to be replaced, the device is convenient to disassemble and replace, the maintenance is convenient, the maintenance cost is reduced, and rare earth oxide CeO2 is used as the catalyst in the three-way catalytic converter, because CeO2 not only has good oxygen storage capacity, but also can be used as a catalyst for buffering the change of the air-fuel ratio, thereby reducing the economic cost; the treated tail gas is discharged through the straight pipe type silencer, so that the noise of the motor vehicle can be reduced.

The device for processing the noise-reducing tail gas of the motorcycle, provided by the invention, can conveniently replace raw materials in the sulfur removal chamber and the lead removal chamber, is convenient to maintain, and reduces the maintenance cost, so that the desulfurization and the lead removal in the tail gas of the engine become feasible in practical application, the purification efficiency of the three-way catalyst is indirectly improved, the service life is prolonged, and the noise of a motor vehicle can be reduced by discharging the processed tail gas from the straight pipe type silencer at the tail end of the device.
