1. An improved device of a sample containing disc of a wet wheel abrasion instrument is characterized by comprising a horizontal fixing device (2), a flat-bottom metal disc (1) and a vertical fixing device (4);

5. The improved wet wheel abrader sample tray device as recited in claim 1, wherein the wet wheel abrader is a SYD-0752 model wet wheel abrader.

6. A method of operating the improved apparatus for a wet wheel abrader sample tray of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

1) a flat-bottom metal disc (1) is placed on a lifting platform (6) of a wet wheel abrasion instrument,

2) placing a horizontal fixing device (2) on a flat-bottom metal disc (1), placing a round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed on the flat-bottom metal disc (1), and fixing the round micro-surfacing test piece through the horizontal fixing device (2);

3) rotating the vertical fixing device (4), tightly attaching the rubber wafer (5) to the surface of the to-be-processed round micro-surfacing test piece, fixing the to-be-processed round micro-surfacing test piece in the vertical direction, and performing a wet wheel abrasion test on the to-be-processed round micro-surfacing test piece through a wet wheel abrasion tester.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of road engineering, and relates to an improved device of a wet wheel abrasion instrument sample containing disc and a working method thereof.

Background

Water damage is a common early disease of asphalt pavements. At present, for a micro-surfacing or composite seal pre-curing structure thin layer, a method for evaluating the compatibility and the water damage resistance of a formed slurry mixture is to use a wet wheel abrasion instrument to perform a wet wheel abrasion test. However, when the wet wheel abrasion tester (SYD-0752) performs a wet wheel abrasion test, the position of the abraded test piece is changed due to unstable fixation of the test piece, so that errors are caused in the evaluation of the compatibility and the water damage resistance of the test piece.

At present, a test piece is locked manually, but the test piece cannot be completely fixed, so that certain errors are brought to test results. In order to overcome the error caused by the test instrument, the sample containing disc of the wet wheel abrasion tester (SYD-0752) is improved, which is beneficial to more accurately evaluating the compatibility and the water damage resistance of the formed slurry mixture, thereby more accurately judging and predicting the service performance of the road surface and having certain economic and practical values.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an improved device for a sample containing disc of a wet wheel abrasion instrument and a working method thereof, wherein the device and the working method thereof can realize accurate locking of a test piece.

In order to achieve the aim, the improved device of the sample containing disc of the wet wheel abrasion instrument comprises a horizontal fixing device, a flat-bottom metal disc and a vertical fixing device;

the horizontal fixing device is located on the flat-bottom metal disc, one end of the vertical fixing device is fixed on the wet wheel abrasion instrument, the other end of the vertical fixing device is fixed with a rubber disc, the round micro-meter-department test piece to be processed is located on the flat-bottom metal disc, the horizontal fixing device is located on the periphery of the round micro-meter-department test piece to be processed, and the round micro-meter-department test piece to be processed is fixed through the horizontal fixing device.

The fixing screw penetrates through the side wall of the flat-bottom metal disc to be in contact with the horizontal fixing device so as to extrude the horizontal fixing device, and the fixing of the to-be-treated round micro-surfacing test piece is realized through the horizontal fixing device.

The horizontal fixing device is composed of two arc-shaped fixing pieces, wherein the two arc-shaped fixing pieces are buckled on the outer peripheral surface of the to-be-processed round micro-meter test piece.

The inner diameter and the outer diameter of the flat-bottom metal disk are 330mm and 340mm respectively, and the depth of the flat-bottom metal disk is 47mm-53 mm.

The wet wheel abrasion instrument is a SYD-0752 type wet wheel abrasion instrument.

The working method of the improved device for the sample containing disc of the wet wheel abrasion instrument comprises the following steps:

1) placing a flat-bottom metal disc on a lifting platform of a wet wheel abrasion instrument;

2) placing a horizontal fixing device on a flat-bottom metal disc, placing a round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed on the flat-bottom metal disc, and fixing the round micro-surfacing test piece through the horizontal fixing device;

3) and rotating the vertical fixing device, wherein the rubber wafer is tightly attached to the surface of the round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed, so that the round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed is fixed in the vertical direction, and then performing a wet wheel abrasion test on the round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed by a wet wheel abrasion tester.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

when the improved device of the sample containing disc of the wet wheel abrasion instrument and the working method thereof are operated specifically, the round micro-surface test piece is tightly fixed in the horizontal direction through the horizontal fixing device, and the round micro-surface test piece is tightly fixed in the vertical direction through the vertical fixing device, so that the test piece is accurately locked, a wet wheel abrasion test is accurately carried out on the micro-surface or composite seal layer test piece, and the compatibility and the water damage resistance of a formed slurry mixture are effectively checked. The improvement of the water damage resistance of the micro-surfacing or composite seal pavement is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the pavement, thereby reducing the maintenance cost of the pavement and having good economic value.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

referring to fig. 1, the improved device of the sample holding plate of the wet wheel abrasion tester comprises a horizontal fixing device 2, a flat-bottom metal disc 1 and a vertical fixing device 4; the horizontal fixing device 2 is located on the flat-bottom metal disc 1, one end of the vertical fixing device 4 is fixed on the wet wheel abrasion instrument, the other end of the vertical fixing device 4 is fixed with a rubber disc 5, a to-be-processed round micro-meter test piece is located on the flat-bottom metal disc 1, the horizontal fixing device 2 is located on the periphery of the to-be-processed round micro-meter test piece, and the to-be-processed round micro-meter test piece is fixed through the horizontal fixing device 2.

The fixing screw 3 penetrates through the side wall of the flat-bottom metal disc 1 to be in contact with the horizontal fixing device 2 so as to extrude the horizontal fixing device 2, and the fixing of a round micro-surfacing test piece to be treated is realized through the horizontal fixing device 2; the horizontal fixing device 2 is composed of two arc-shaped fixing pieces, wherein the two arc-shaped fixing pieces are buckled on the outer peripheral surface of the to-be-processed round micro-meter test piece.

The inner diameter and the outer diameter of the flat-bottom metal disc 1 are respectively 330mm and 340mm, and the depth of the flat-bottom metal disc 1 is 47mm-53 mm; the wet wheel abrasion instrument is a SYD-0752 type wet wheel abrasion instrument. The horizontal fixing device 2 has an inner diameter of 300mm, an outer diameter of 330mm and a thickness of 40 mm. The fixing screw 3 is a flat head hexagon socket screw M6; the vertical fixing device 4 is connected with the rubber wafer 5 to increase the contact area and prevent the round micro-surface test piece to be processed from being damaged due to stress concentration.

The invention relates to a working method of an improved device of a sample containing disc of a wet wheel abrasion instrument, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) placing the flat-bottom metal disc 1 on a lifting platform 6 of a wet wheel abrasion instrument;

2) placing a horizontal fixing device 2 on a flat-bottom metal disc 1, placing a round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed on the flat-bottom metal disc 1, and fixing the round micro-surfacing test piece through the horizontal fixing device 2;

3) and rotating the vertical fixing device 4, and tightly attaching the rubber wafer 5 to the surface of the round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed, so that the round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed is fixed in the vertical direction, and then performing a wet wheel abrasion test on the round micro-surfacing test piece to be processed by a wet wheel abrasion tester.
