Background

In the petrochemical polyester industry, the content of terminal carboxyl groups (-COOH) is an important index for representing the quality of slices, and the quality of products and the direct economic benefit of enterprises are directly influenced by the content of the terminal carboxyl groups (-COOH). During the polymerization, the control of the esterification rate is the most important and direct means for ensuring the content of terminal carboxyl groups (-COOH) in the chips. In the conventional scheme, the esterification rate can only be obtained by sampling and analyzing by an examiner periodically, the analysis frequency is 1 time/shift (8 hours), the analysis time is more than 2 hours, and errors of analysis equipment, artificial factors, operation and sampling methods and the like exist. When the esterification rate data is abnormal, real data or analysis errors cannot be judged in time, the control scheme is adjusted according to the result through sampling analysis and cannot be in place at one time, the control fluctuation of the actual esterification rate is large, a large number of defective products can occur, and great loss is caused to a factory. In addition, the process of analytical testing requires personnel to be scheduled for regular shifts, which consumes a significant amount of labor cost. Therefore, how to develop a novel online esterification rate analyzer, which can acquire the detection data in real time and adjust the control scheme accordingly according to the detection data, and effectively reduce the labor cost is the direction that the skilled person needs to research.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an online esterification rate analyzer which can reduce the labor cost and realize real-time adjustment of an esterification rate control scheme based on detection data.

The specific technical scheme adopted is as follows:

an on-line esterification rate analyzer, comprising: the detector is arranged on the polyester material pipeline and used for collecting and detecting material data in the polyester material pipeline in real time; the detector is provided with a 485 serial port, and the material data is sent to the control panel in an MODBUS protocol form through the 485 serial port; the control panel is internally provided with a control calculation unit and a storage unit; the control calculation unit is used for carrying out real-time calculation analysis on the detection data and obtaining a calculation result; the storage unit is used for storing the detection data and the operation result obtained by the control operation unit; the DCS control system is connected with the control panel through a shielding cable, and the control panel sends the operation result to the DCS control system through the shielding cable at a current of 4-20 mA.

By adopting the technical scheme: the material data collected by the detector is output to the control panel in real time, a module unit in the control panel carries out real-time operation analysis according to the material data and feeds back an analysis result to the DCS control system, and the DCS control system correspondingly adjusts the esterification rate control scheme according to the fed-back analysis result, so that the real-time adjustment of the esterification rate control scheme is realized, the problems in the prior art are solved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

Preferably, in the above on-line esterification ratio analyzer: the detector is connected with the control panel through a shielded cable; the detector sends material data to the control panel through a shielded cable at a current of 4-20 mA.

By adopting the technical scheme: the shielded cable is used for transmitting signals and is taken as a precaution measure for communication faults, and the real-time performance and the effectiveness of data analysis and calculation are guaranteed.

More preferably, in the above on-line esterification ratio analyzer: the control panel is also provided with an information interaction device which is used for accessing the storage unit and reading and displaying the detection data and the operation result stored in the storage unit. And sending the calibrated parameters such as the esterification rate value, the flow of the materials and the like into a Distributed Control System (DCS) for an operator to monitor in a form of 4-20 mA current signals through a cable.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure and easy realization; the labor cost can be reduced, and the esterification rate control scheme can be adjusted in real time based on the detection data.

The working process is as follows:

firstly, an industry expert sums up the standard value of the esterification rate of the current material according to the types of polyester materials and products according to industry experience for many years. After the analyzer control calculation unit receives signals of flow, temperature, density and the like of materials, a primary online esterification rate real-time value is obtained by combining standard values provided by experts in the polyester industry and calculating through a formula of a series of empirical models: (t, P, ρ, L, F) + standard value model calculation + empirical coefficient = real-time value of online esterification rate. After the real-time value of the on-line esterification rate is obtained through calculation, the final value of the esterification rate is obtained through processing such as filtering, fine tuning and calibration, and the like, and the final value is output to a touch screen of a module calculation unit and an item distributed control system for monitoring by an engineer. In practice, the working conditions of the polyester materials are different according to the difference of the field production process. Therefore, by adopting the scheme, according to the investigation condition of the production process, a standard value corresponding to the material and the working condition is provided by combining with the industry experience. The product integrates the standard value into a calculation formula of the esterification rate, so that the calculation error of the esterification rate is effectively reduced, and the calculation result is customized for the actual polyester material of a factory.
