An automatic-flushing double-outlet water purification faucet based on a nanofiltration membrane element is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a secondary filter element, a one-way valve, a linkage type pressing valve, a three-way valve, a pressing valve, a drinking nanofiltration water outlet and a domestic water outlet;

the secondary filter element is a primary pre-pretreatment composite filter element and a secondary nanofiltration filter element which are connected by a pipeline in sequence;

a water production port of the secondary filter element is sequentially connected with the one-way valve, the linkage type pressing valve and a drinking nanofiltration water outlet pipeline through pipelines; the waste water port of the secondary filter element is connected with a three-way valve through a pipeline, one path of water outlet of the three-way valve is sequentially connected with a waste water valve and a linkage type pressing valve through pipelines, and the other path of water outlet is sequentially connected with the pressing valve and a domestic water outlet through pipelines.

4. The automatic-flushing double-outlet purified water faucet of claim 1, wherein the drinking nanofiltration water outlet and the domestic water outlet are of a single-faucet double-outlet structure.

The automatic-flushing double-outlet water purification faucet of claim 1, wherein the linkage type pressing valve adopts the same pressing valve switch to control the on-off of the wastewater waterway and the purified water waterway, so as to carry out linkage, and the two controlled waterways are parallel to each other and do not interfere with each other.

An automatic-flushing double-outlet water purification faucet based on a nanofiltration membrane element, comprising: the device comprises a secondary filter element, a one-way valve, a linkage type pressing valve, a three-way valve, a pressing valve, a drinking nanofiltration water outlet and a domestic water outlet;

the secondary filter element is a primary pre-pretreatment composite filter element and a secondary nanofiltration filter element which are connected by a pipeline in sequence;

a water production port of the secondary filter element is sequentially connected with the one-way valve, the linkage type pressing valve and a drinking nanofiltration water outlet pipeline through pipelines; the waste water port of the secondary filter element is connected with a three-way valve through a pipeline, one path of water outlet of the three-way valve is sequentially connected with a waste water valve and a linkage type pressing valve through pipelines, and the other path of water outlet is sequentially connected with the pressing valve and a domestic water outlet through pipelines.

Preferably, the first-stage pre-pretreatment composite filter element comprises a first-stage filter element water inlet and a first-stage filter element water outlet, the second-stage nanofiltration filter element comprises a second-stage filter element water inlet, a second-stage filter element water outlet and a second-stage filter element wastewater outlet, and the first-stage filter element water outlet is connected with the second-stage filter element water inlet through a pipeline.

Preferably, the first-stage pre-treatment composite filter element is a pre-carbon and calcium sulfite composite pre-treatment filter element, and the second-stage nanofiltration filter element is a PENF nanofiltration filter element.

Preferably, the drinking nanofiltration water outlet and the domestic water outlet are of a single-tap double-water-outlet structure.

Preferably, the linkage type pressing valve adopts the same pressing valve switch to control the on-off of the wastewater waterway and the purified water waterway so as to carry out linkage, and the two controlled waterways are parallel to each other and do not interfere with each other.

According to the technical scheme provided by the automatic-flushing double-outlet water purification faucet based on the nanofiltration membrane element, the automatic-flushing double-outlet water purification faucet has the following advantages:

(1) the function of automatically washing the membrane element is realized, and the trouble that the water purifying faucet is easy to scale and is easy to drink water is eliminated on the premise of ensuring the water purifying effect.

(3) The water outlet design is that two water outlets of domestic water and drinking water exist on one water purifying faucet, so that the space required by the faucet is saved, the water use efficiency is improved, and the proportion of waste water is reduced.

(4) The linkage type press valve device is adopted, so that the same press valve switch is used for controlling the on-off of the two water paths of the waste water path and the water purification path to be linked, but the two water paths are parallel to each other and do not interfere with each other, and the water leakage caused by the waste water valve when the tap domestic water outlet is opened is avoided.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a waterway structure of an automatic-flushing dual-outlet water purification faucet based on a PENF nanofiltration membrane element in this embodiment, and with reference to fig. 1, the automatic-flushing dual-outlet water purification faucet includes: the device comprises a secondary filter element, a one-way valve 5, a linkage type pressing valve 4, a three-way valve 6, a pressing valve 8, a drinking nanofiltration water outlet 10 and a domestic water outlet 9;

the secondary filter element is a primary pre-pretreatment composite filter element and a secondary nanofiltration filter element which are connected by a pipeline in sequence; the first-stage pre-pretreatment composite filter element comprises a first-stage filter element water inlet 11 and a first-stage filter element water outlet 12, the second-stage nanofiltration filter element comprises a second-stage filter element water inlet 13, a second-stage filter element water outlet 14 and a second-stage filter element wastewater outlet 15, and the first-stage filter element water outlet 12 is connected with the second-stage filter element water inlet 13 through a pipeline.

The first-stage pre-treatment composite filter element is a pre-carbon and calcium sulfite composite pre-treatment filter element 1, and the second-stage nanofiltration filter element is a PENF nanofiltration filter element 2.

The PENF nanofiltration filter element 2 is a PENF nanofiltration membrane element, the membrane element is formed by rolling a high-flux membrane made of PE, the flux of the membrane element can reach 2L/min under the conditions of 25 ℃ and 0.2Mpa of water inlet pressure, the desalination rate can reach 50-70%, and the hardness removal can reach more than 90%, so that the requirements of a water purification faucet on the flux and removal can be met.

A water production port of the secondary filter element is sequentially connected with the one-way valve, the linkage type pressing valve and a drinking nanofiltration water outlet pipeline through pipelines; the waste water outlet pipeline of the secondary filter element is connected with a three-way valve pipeline, one path of water outlet of the three-way valve is sequentially connected with a waste water valve and a linkage type pressing valve through pipelines, and the other path of water outlet is sequentially connected with the pressing valve and a domestic water outlet through pipelines.

The drinking nanofiltration water outlet 10 and the domestic water outlet 11 are of a single-tap double-outlet structure, that is, one tap comprises two outlets, namely a domestic water outlet and a drinking nanofiltration water outlet.

When the tap produces domestic water, tap water flows through the flow direction to complete the flushing of the second-stage filter element 2.

Fig. 3 is a water flow diagram of the purified water tap when the drinking water is opened, as shown in fig. 3, when the drinking water outlet 10 of the purified water tap is opened, the water flow direction is that the pipeline tap water passes through the three-way valve 3, the first-stage filter element water inlet 11 enters the pre-carbon and calcium sulfite composite pretreatment filter element 1, the water enters the PENF nanofiltration filter element 2 from the first-stage filter element water outlet 12 along the second-stage filter element water inlet 13, the membrane element produced water sequentially flows to the membrane element linkage type press valve 8 and the drinking water outlet 9 of the purified water tap from the second-stage filter element water outlet 14 through the one-way valve 5, and the concentrated water flows to the waste water valve 7 from the second-stage filter element water outlet 15 through the three-way valve 6 and the linkage type press valve 8 and is finally discharged through the waste water pipeline.

When the domestic water outlet 10 and the drinking water outlet 9 of the water purification faucet are closed, the wastewater waterway is also closed along with the linkage type pressing valve 8, so that the whole waterway is closed, the water purification faucet is effectively closed, and the water leakage phenomenon cannot occur.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the number of various components shown in FIG. 1 for simplicity only may be less than that in an actual device, but such omissions are clearly not to be considered as a requirement for a clear and complete disclosure of embodiments of the invention.
