Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of gasoline engine oil, and discloses an engine oil composition for reducing PM and PN values, engine oil and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The automobile exhaust emission refers to harmful substances such as CO (carbon monoxide), HC + NOx (hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide), particulate matters and the like discharged from exhaust, wherein the fine particulate matter index is characterized by PM (particulate matter mass) and PN (particulate matter quantity). They are all harmful substances produced by the engine in the process of combustion and work, and the reasons for producing the harmful substances are different. CO is an intermediate product of incomplete fuel oil oxidation, CO is generated when oxygen is insufficient, and CO in exhaust gas is increased due to high concentration and uneven mixture. HC is unburned fuel, and part of the fuel is discharged without being burned in time due to uneven mixture, cold combustion chamber wall, and the like. NOx is a substance produced by fuel (gasoline) during combustion, and particulate matter is also a substance produced by oxygen deficit during fuel combustion.

With the increasing severity of automobile exhaust pollution, corresponding regulation and regulation are established for automobile exhaust emission in six and seventies in countries of the world, the progress of automobile emission control technology is promoted by strict regulation, and with the continuous improvement of automobile emission control technology, the formulation of higher standards becomes possible. Table 1 lists the national five national six standards and the euro six d standard emissions limit requirements comparison. As can be seen from Table 1, the national emission standards were established with reference to European emission standards, and the national fifth and European sixth compares the national sixth to CO and N without limitation on PN2Two indexes of O are tightened, and the national Liu b further treats CO, THC, NMHC and NO on the basis of the national Liu axAnd PM.

TABLE 1 comparison of emissions limits for the national Standard of five and six and the European Standard of six

The current regulation requires PN23, and future European seven emission regulations will add to the requirements of PN10, so that the particulate matter will be increasingly restricted, and therefore, the research on the emission pollutants from the engine oil point of view is necessary.
