In order to prevent the lamp post sleeve from being operated by mistake, the first lamp post 1 and the lamp post sleeve 6 are fixed through a bolt 7, a threaded hole 8 matched with the bolt 7 is arranged above the lamp post sleeve 6 on the first lamp post 1, and the bottom of the lamp post is higher than the connecting position of the first lamp post 1 and the second lamp post 2 when the lamp post is fixed on the threaded hole 8.
