Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric power compound grease, in particular to electric power compound grease suitable for a damp and hot environment and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The electric composite grease is also called as conductive paste, is a conductive paste body which is mixed and uniformly dispersed by base oil, thickening agent, conductive filler and other substances, is mainly used for connecting parts of electrical equipment, and plays a role in reducing contact resistance. Wherein the types of the base oil and the conductive filler have the greatest influence on the performance of the electric composite grease.

Electrical contact is a physical and chemical phenomenon in which current flows through two conductors in contact with each other, and is widely present between various electrical devices in an electrical power system. At present, the transmission voltage grade and the transmission current of China are continuously improved, and the abnormal heating phenomenon often occurs at the electric contact part of the power transmission and transformation equipment. In southern areas of China, salt fog in coastal areas is relatively serious due to annual high temperature and high humidity, and the selection of the electric power composite grease in the operating environment is lack of guidance at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electric power compound grease suitable for a damp-heat environment and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the conventional electric power compound grease often fails to reach the expected service life under the damp-heat environment in south China.

Considering that the damp and hot environment has an accelerating effect on the aging of the electric composite grease, the electric composite grease which is actually operated is invalid when the service life of the electric composite grease is not reached, and the electric composite grease which is more suitable for the damp and hot environment is prepared by selecting the base oil and improving the preparation process.

The reason is that different types of base oil play a crucial role in the aging condition of the electric composite grease through an artificial accelerated aging test, different electric composite grease samples are selected for thermal oxidation aging, salt spray aging, high-low temperature alternation and high humidity cyclic aging respectively through the test, and the main environmental influence factors of the electric composite grease aging in the damp-heat environment and the performance of the material selection of the electric composite grease are realized through a decoupling method. The test results show that the base oil has a large influence on the aging degree of the electric composite grease, which has not been paid much attention in the previous researches. The temperature of the electrical connection part in a damp and hot environment is generally higher, the main reason of the failure of the electric composite grease is caused by thermal oxygen, so the silicone electric composite grease has better effect, mainly because the silicone electric composite grease can keep good elasticity at an abnormally low temperature and has high heat resistance and thermal oxygen stability at a high temperature. These properties are characteristic of polysiloxanes, since they stem directly from the specific interactions of some of the most fundamental features inherent in the basic structural units that make up their repeating units, segments and overall macromolecules.

Based on this, referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing an electrical composite grease suitable for use in a damp-heat environment, including the steps of:

step 101, providing polydiphenylsiloxane and conductive filler.

Step 102, uniformly mixing polydiphenylsiloxane and conductive filler to form a mixture.

And 103, adding a thickening agent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the electric composite grease finished product.

In the embodiment of the invention, the base oil is poly diphenyl siloxane, and the poly diphenyl siloxane can keep good elasticity at low temperature and has high heat resistance and thermal oxygen stability at high temperature, so that the failure caused by thermal oxygen in a damp and hot environment can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the electric composite grease in the damp and hot environment is prolonged. In addition, because the viscosity of the finished product of the electric composite grease is relatively high, the design of adding the conductive filler in advance is adopted in the embodiment, and the effect of more uniform dispersion is achieved.

Further, in step 101, a method for uniformly mixing polydiphenylsiloxane and conductive filler to form a mixture specifically includes:

and (2) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion treatment on the mixed poly diphenyl siloxane and the conductive filler at a preset temperature, and simultaneously mechanically stirring the mixed poly diphenyl siloxane and the conductive filler.

In practical application, before the ultrasonic dispersion treatment and the mechanical stirring, a certain amount of polydiphenylsiloxane (100 parts by mass) is weighed and placed in a beaker, a certain amount of conductive filler is added into the beaker, and the carbon powder is mixed into the polydiphenylsiloxane by manual stirring.

Ultrasonic dispersion refers to a process of dispersing and deagglomerating particles in liquid by using liquid as a medium and through the cavitation action of ultrasonic waves in the liquid.

In the embodiment, ultrasonic dispersion treatment and mechanical stirring treatment are combined, so that polydiphenylsiloxane and conductive filler can be fully and uniformly mixed, and the quality of a subsequently prepared electric composite grease finished product is ensured.

Illustratively, the preset temperature is 60 ℃ to 90 ℃; the mechanical stirring time is 20-40 min. Preferably, the preset temperature is 65 ℃ and the mechanical stirring time is 30 min.

Further, in step 103, adding a thickener to the mixture and then mixing the mixture uniformly, specifically comprising:

firstly, under the preset temperature, the mixture added with the thickening agent is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion treatment and mechanical stirring treatment at the same time, and then grinding treatment is carried out for multiple times by using grinding equipment.

In this step, the duration and the preset temperature of the ultrasonic dispersion treatment and the mechanical stirring treatment may be set to be the same as those in step 101. The grinding equipment can be a three-roller grinding machine, and the grinding times can be 3 times, so that the mixing is more uniform, and the improvement of the conductivity of the electric composite grease is facilitated.

In a possible implementation manner, in this embodiment, the conductive filler may be conductive carbon powder, and the thickener may be hydrophobic modified fumed silica. Based on the above, the conductive carbon powder and the modified fumed silica can be mixed according to the following mass ratio, wherein the mass ratio of the conductive carbon powder is 5-15 parts, and the mass ratio of the modified fumed silica is 4-8 parts.

In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides the electric power composite grease which is prepared according to the preparation method. The electric composite grease is particularly suitable for damp and hot environments.

In summary, according to the preparation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the poly diphenyl siloxane is used as the base oil, the conductive carbon powder is used as the conductive seasoning, and the special preparation method of firstly mixing the conductive seasoning and then mixing the thickening agent is combined with the special mixing condition design, so that the poly diphenyl siloxane, the conductive carbon powder and the thickening agent are uniformly mixed, and the excellent performance of the electric composite grease finished product is effectively improved.
