1. A management system of temporary grounding wires for management of grounding wires of electric equipment in a power plant is characterized by comprising:

the electrical monitoring management system is used for monitoring the loop parameters of the electrical equipment in real time and sending a position division signal of the on-off state of the electrical equipment; and a process for the preparation of a coating,

the electronic operation ticket system is electrically connected with the electrical monitoring management system and can be used for manufacturing a switching operation ticket of a suspension grounding wire of electrical equipment and sending the switching operation ticket; and a process for the preparation of a coating,

the upper computer of earth connection management cabinet can receive divide the position signal with switching operation ticket to five prevent logical judgement, and satisfy: through five-prevention logic authentication, an unlocking instruction is sent to the grounding wire cabinet;

and a process for the preparation of a coating,

the ground wire management cabinet receives the unlocking instruction and unlocks the corresponding ground wire; and the unlocked state of the ground wire after being hung again is transmitted to the upper computer for display through the ground wire management cabinet.

2. The management system of claim 1, wherein the electrical monitoring management system is an ESC management system.

The management system according to claim 2, further comprising a microcomputer five-prevention management machine electrically connected with the upper computer, the microcomputer five-prevention management machine performing five-prevention logic judgment on the electrical equipment corresponding to the separation signal and the switching operation ticket,

satisfies the following conditions: through five-prevention logic authentication, authentication passing information is sent to the upper computer;

and the upper computer receives the authentication information and then sends an unlocking instruction to the ground wire management cabinet.

4. The management system according to claim 1, wherein the upper computer performs five-prevention logic authentication in an and logic manner.

5. The management system according to claim 4, wherein the upper computer receives the position dividing signal for signal storage, and performs five-prevention logic judgment of corresponding electrical equipment when receiving the switching operation ticket.

6. The management system according to claim 1, wherein the electrical device is a dry-type transformer.

Background

The temporary grounding wire is an important tool for ensuring the safety of workers when voltage accidentally appears on equipment and a power distribution section which have been powered off in a power plant, and the main part needing to be hung on the temporary grounding wire is the low-voltage side of a dry-type transformer and the power plant grade 380VMCC power distribution section.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1, a management system for temporary ground wires for management of ground wires of electrical plant equipment, comprising:

an electric monitoring and managing system is provided,

The working principle is as follows:

the ground wire grounding wire simulation system mainly improves a simulation link of manual operation, extracts the state of a power switch from the existing ECS system and extracts corresponding relevant information of a grounding wire from the operation information of the existing operation ticket to replace the manual simulation link, and unlocks and locks the corresponding grounding wire in the grounding wire management cabinet after operation authentication is finished. The state of the switch is extracted from the ECS system of the power plant, and the related information of the suspension grounding wire is extracted from the existing electronic operation ticket system. The ground wire management upper computer extracts the state of the switch and the position information of the suspended ground wire from the ground wire management upper computer to carry out five-prevention logic authentication, and corresponding ground wires are unlocked according to logic requirements.
