As further shown in fig. 3 and 5, the housing 11 includes a front main housing 114 and a rear cover plate 115, two sides of the main housing 114 are bent backward to extend connection plates 116, the support columns 122 and the rotation portions 22 are disposed between the main housing 114 and the connection plates 116, the extension edges of the connection plates 116 are provided with sockets 117, two sides of the cover plate 115 are respectively provided with inserts 118 corresponding to the sockets 117, the inserts 118 are bent downward to form a structure capable of hooking the sockets 117, the main housing 114 and the cover plate 115 are connected by the sockets 117 and the inserts 118, by this design, the production and processing costs of the housing 11 can be reduced, in addition, the inserts 118 are bent downward to form a structure capable of hooking the sockets 117, the main housing 114 and the cover plate 115 are firstly in staggered fit during assembly, then the sockets 117 and the inserts 118 are connected, then the cover plate 115 is pushed to connect the cover plate 115 and the housing 11 by the hooking fit of the sockets 117 and the inserts 118, and after the upper cover 13 is assembled with the housing 11, the upper cover 13 can block the cover plate 115 from being separated, so that the connection between the main shell 114 and the cover plate 115 is firmer.

As further shown in fig. 5, a first positioning edge 142 is formed upward on the edge of the lower cover 14, the fastening member 141 is disposed on the first positioning edge 142, a fastening strip is formed on the fastening member 141 toward the inner side of the lower cover 14 by stamping, a second positioning edge 119 is formed by folding the lower end edge of the housing 11 inward, the fastening position 112 is disposed on the second positioning edge 119, an elastic clip is formed by stamping the fastening position 112, the elastic clip is in clamping fit with the fastening strip, so that the matching position between the lower cover 14 and the housing 11 has a certain thickness, and the fastening degree between the housing 11 and the lower cover 14 can be enhanced.

As further shown in fig. 5, the first positioning edge 142 is provided with a plurality of first blocking pieces 143 bent inward, the second positioning edge 119 is provided with a plurality of second blocking pieces 1191 bent inward and matched with the first blocking pieces 143, and the lower cover 14 is sunk into the housing 11, so that the position of the lower cover 14 can be limited by the blocking fit of the first blocking pieces 143 and the second blocking pieces 1191, and the bottom of the lower cover 14 and the bottom of the housing 11 are prevented from being uneven, and by such arrangement, compared with the conventional structure in which the blocking edge is provided at the edge of the lower cover 14 to block and match with the lower edge of the housing 11, the gap on the surface of the housing 11 can be reduced, and the visual aesthetic effect can be improved.

Further as shown in fig. 5, the upper end of the second positioning edge 119 is folded to form a triangular portion 1192, two sides of the triangular structure are respectively abutted to the two support pillars 122, and the second positioning edge 119 is fully utilized to improve the stability of the lower end of the support pillars 122, so that the structural design is more reasonable.

As further shown in fig. 6, the supporting column 122 near the rotating shaft support 20 and the extending portion 125 extending from the supporting column 122 are both hollow structures, and the rotating shaft support 20 and the rotating shaft sleeve 23 are both hollow structures, the rotating shaft sleeve 23 is provided with the key operation member 26, the rotating shaft sleeve 23, the rotating shaft support 20 and the supporting column 122 near the rotating shaft support 20 are all provided with the wire passing hole 27, and the key operation member 26 is electrically connected to the heat generating device 12 through the wire passing hole 27.

In order to be able to further explain the assembling relationship of the heat generating body 10, a description will be given of a specific embodiment of an assembling method of the heat generating body 10 as follows:

referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, an assembling method of a skirting line type heater convenient to assemble includes the following steps:

step 1, fixedly connecting a heating grid 121 and a supporting column 122 at the outside, and fixing two ends of the heating grid 121 on an insulating plate by arranging the insulating plate on the side part of the supporting column 122;

step 2, assembling the outer shell 11 and the upper cover 13, connecting the main shell 114 and the cover plate 115, performing dislocation fit on the main shell 114 and the cover plate 115 to enable the plug-ins 118 on two sides of the cover plate 115 to be inserted into the sockets 117, then pushing down the cover plate 115 to enable the plug-ins 118 to be hooked in the sockets 117, and completing the assembly of the main shell 114 and the cover plate 115; then, the upper cover 13 is covered on the upper end of the shell 11, the threaded connecting hole 131 is aligned with the connecting piece 111 with the hole, then, a screw enters the inner side of the shell 11 along the bottom of the shell 11, and the screw is locked by aligning the connecting piece 111 with the hole, so that the assembly of the shell 11 and the upper cover 13 is completed;

step 3, inserting the heating device 12 installed in the step 1 into the housing 11 from the bottom of the housing 11, aligning the screw connecting through hole 124 on the supporting column 122 with the threaded connecting hole 131 of the upper cover 13, taking a corresponding screw from the lower end along the screw installing groove 123 into the screw connecting through hole 124, and connecting the screw with the threaded connecting hole 131 in a threaded manner, thereby completing the assembly of the heating device 12;

and 4, covering the lower cover 14 on the lower end of the shell 11, so that the buckling piece 141 is in buckling fit with the buckling position 112, and the lower cover 14 is buckled on the lower end of the shell 11, thereby completing the assembly of the heating main body 10.

It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
