The atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a first oil-sealing silica gel is disposed at an end of the glass fiber tube close to the solid powder, a protruding end of the first oil-sealing silica gel extends into the glass fiber tube and is tightly attached to an inner wall of the glass fiber tube, and a portion of the first oil-sealing silica gel outside the glass fiber tube is tightly attached to the inner wall of the housing for preventing the smoke oil in the oil storage chamber from flowing out toward the solid powder; the first oil sealing silica gel is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the air passage.

The atomizer according to claim 6, wherein a second oil sealing silica gel is further disposed at an end of the glass fiber tube away from the first oil sealing silica gel, a protruding end of the second oil sealing silica gel extends into the glass fiber tube and is tightly attached to an inner wall of the glass fiber tube, and a portion of the second oil sealing silica gel located outside the glass fiber tube is tightly attached to the inner wall of the housing for preventing the smoke oil in the oil storage cavity from leaking from the oil storage cavity; the second oil sealing silica gel is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the air passage.

The atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating element is a heating wire, the atomizer further comprises an oil guide cotton wound by the heating wire, the oil guide cotton is communicated with the oil storage chamber, and is used for guiding the smoke oil in the oil storage chamber onto the oil guide cotton and atomizing the smoke oil by the heating wire.

9. An atomiser according to claim 8, wherein two leads are connected to the heating element for electrical connection to a power supply of a battery pack assembly.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electronic cigarettes, in particular to a flavor atomizer.

Background

Since tobacco produces a large amount of harmful gas when it is burned, it has a great hazard to human bodies and the surrounding environment. Therefore, novel tobacco substitute in recent years takes place to come, and in order to reduce the harm that the smoking produced the human body, prior art discloses an atomizer device, the atomizer includes atomization component and battery pole subassembly, is provided with heating member and tobacco tar in the atomization component, thereby the heating member generates heat through the battery pole subassembly and atomizes the tobacco tar to supply the user to inhale and eat, produce the effect of smoking. The tobacco tar has no harmful substances of tobacco, so that the cigarette is less harmful compared with the traditional cigarette, and in addition, the cigarette can adapt to and meet the requirements of consumers.

However, it is difficult to get a good taste, and when a user needs to smoke with other tastes, the user can only pinch the mint beads in the taste stick by inserting one taste stick, such as a common mint taste stick, in the nozzle portion of the atomizer, so that the user can take the mint taste when smoking the smoke. The structure makes the operation of the user more complicated, the user needs to find out a new taste bar and insert the taste bar into the suction nozzle before using each time, and the taste bar is a disposable product, which causes waste of materials such as filter cotton.

The invention solves the technical problem of providing a flavor atomizer with an atomization function and a flavor function which are integrally formed.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention discloses a flavor atomizer, comprising: the device comprises filter cotton, solid powder, a shell, a glass fiber tube and a heating element;

the filter cotton is accommodated in the shell and positioned at the port of the first end of the shell, and the solid powder is accommodated in the shell and attached to the filter cotton; the glass fiber tube is accommodated in the shell, and an oil storage cavity is formed between the outer wall of the glass fiber tube and the inner wall of the shell and used for storing tobacco tar; the heating element is arranged in the glass fiber tube, the glass fiber tube is of a hollow structure, a hollow channel of the glass fiber tube and a hollow channel of the shell form an air passage, and smoke generated by heating and atomizing the tobacco tar by the heating element flows to the solid powder and the filter cotton through the air passage;

the solid powder is an edible tasty substance.

Optionally, the solid powder is surrounded by a fine-meshed filter fiber.

Optionally, the solid powder is formed by stacking a plurality of solid particles, and each solid particle is irregular in shape.

Optionally, the solid powder is formed by a plurality of solid particles, each solid particle is wrapped by a fine-pore filter fiber, and a gap is formed between any two solid particles.

Optionally, the solid powder is champignon powder, or fruit powder, or mixed powder of multiple edible flavor substances.

Optionally, a first oil sealing silica gel is arranged at one end, close to the solid powder, of the glass fiber tube, a protruding end of the first oil sealing silica gel extends into the glass fiber tube and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the glass fiber tube, and a part, located outside the glass fiber tube, of the first oil sealing silica gel is tightly attached to the inner wall of the housing and used for preventing the smoke oil in the oil storage cavity from flowing out towards the solid powder; the first oil sealing silica gel is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the air passage.

Optionally, a second oil sealing silica gel is further arranged at one end, away from the first oil sealing silica gel, of the glass fiber tube, a protruding end of the second oil sealing silica gel extends into the glass fiber tube and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the glass fiber tube, and a part, located outside the glass fiber tube, of the second oil sealing silica gel is tightly attached to the inner wall of the housing and used for preventing the smoke oil in the oil storage cavity from leaking from the oil storage cavity; the second oil sealing silica gel is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the air passage.

To sum up, the heating member that has the atomizing function all holds in the shell with the filter pulp and the solid-state powder that have the function of inhaling to eat and the taste for atomizing function and taste function integrated into one piece. In the present invention, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "center", "vertical", "horizontal", "lateral", "longitudinal", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are used only for explaining relative positional relationships between the respective members or components, and do not particularly limit specific mounting orientations of the respective members or components.

If the condensate is directly sucked by the user, the condensate can generate bad sucking mouth feel to the user, so that the filter cotton can adsorb the condensate formed by the smoke, and the condensate cannot reach the mouth of the user. In addition, because the flavor atomizer shown by the invention is additionally provided with the solid powder, the solid powder is small particles, and when the gas flows, a little fine particles in the solid powder are driven by the gas to flow into the mouth of a user, so that bad smoking experience is generated for the user, and the filter cotton can also filter the fine solid powder possibly carried in the sucked gas, so that the fine particles of the solid powder can not enter the mouth of the user.

Optionally, the solid powder 2 is surrounded by fine-meshed filter fibers.

Optionally, the solid powder is champignon powder, or fruit powder, or mixed powder of multiple edible flavor substances.

The above description is merely illustrative of the material of the solid powder, and the material of the solid powder of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned illustrative material, and any material that can generate an odor and is edible may be used as the material of the solid powder of the present application.

In some embodiments, the solid particles in the solid powder of the present application adsorb a substance having a taste, which is solid at normal temperature and is liquefied or even atomized when being carried by the smoke having a certain temperature, so that the substance having a taste flows into the filter cotton together with the smoke and finally reaches the mouth of the user.

Optionally, one end of the glass fiber tube 4, which is close to the solid powder 2, is provided with a first oil sealing silica gel 9, a protruding end of the first oil sealing silica gel 9 extends into the glass fiber tube 4 and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the glass fiber tube 4, and a part of the first oil sealing silica gel 9, which is located outside the glass fiber tube 4, is tightly attached to the inner wall of the housing 3, so as to prevent the smoke oil in the oil storage cavity 7 from flowing out toward the solid powder 2; the first oil sealing silica gel 9 is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the air duct 8.

Optionally, a second oil sealing silica gel 10 is further arranged at one end, away from the first oil sealing silica gel 9, of the glass fiber tube 4, a protruding end of the second oil sealing silica gel 10 extends into the glass fiber tube 4 and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the glass fiber tube 4, and a part, located outside the glass fiber tube 4, of the second oil sealing silica gel 10 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the housing 3, so as to prevent the smoke oil in the oil storage cavity 7 from leaking from the oil storage cavity; the second oil sealing silica gel 10 is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the air duct 8.

Optionally, the heating member 5 is a heating wire 51, the atomizer further comprises an oil guide cotton 52 wound by the heating wire 51, the oil guide cotton 52 is communicated with the oil storage cavity 7, and is used for guiding the tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity 7 to the oil guide cotton 52 where the heating wire atomizes.

It should be noted that the heating element described in the application may also be in other forms, such as a heating rod, a heating sheet, a heating ring, and the like, which are not exhaustive herein.

Optionally, two lead wires 11 are connected to the heating member 5, and the two lead wires 11 are used for electrically connecting with a power supply of the battery rod assembly.
