A down jacket comprises a fabric, a lining and down, and is characterized in that: the fabric and lining of the down jacket are both coated fabric and nylon fabric; the large part of the down jacket adopts a seamless attaching process, the sleeve pieces, the pockets, the cap pieces, the neckline and the cuffs of the down jacket are all attached seamlessly, and the coating fabric is made of polyester fabric.

2. A method for manufacturing a down jacket is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) cutting out a coating fabric and a nylon fabric;

2) sewing the coated fabric and the nylon fabric obtained in the step 1) together to form a bagged combination of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric;

3) filling down feather into the bagged combination of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric in the step 2), completely sewing the bagged combination of the coated fabric, wherein the distance between the down feather and the thick threads is small, the stitches are full, and thus a down feather penetration prevention garment product is manufactured.

The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the coated fabric is a polyester fabric with dense warps and wefts, which is rolled to reduce the gaps between the warps and wefts, and then coated with polymer slurry to form a cross-linked transparent film coating with the fabric to close the gaps between the warps and wefts, and the coating slurry is added with fluorine-phosphorus resin or organosilicon water-proofing agent.

4. The method for making the down jacket according to claim 2, wherein the step of cutting out the coated fabric and the nylon fabric in the step 1) comprises the following steps:

the coating fabric and the nylon fabric which are same in shape are cut, and when the cut coating fabric and the nylon fabric are completely unfolded to be in a plane state, the nylon fabric can completely cover the coating fabric, and any edge of the nylon fabric which is completely unfolded to be in the plane state exceeds the corresponding edge of the coating fabric by 0.2 cm.

The method for making the down jacket according to claim 2 or 4, wherein when the coated fabric and the nylon fabric are sewn together, the centers of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric are overlapped, the centers of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric are serged to form a bagged combination of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric, and a pocket is sewn on the coated fabric of the bagged combination of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric.

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of garments, and more particularly to down jackets and methods for making down jackets.

Background

The down feather is in a duo shape, has light weight, large elasticity and smoothness, is the best natural soft material in the world, and is widely used for manufacturing down jackets, down quilts, mattresses and other articles. Because the down feather has the characteristic of softness and smoothness, if the down feather is directly placed in the cloth to be used as a heat-insulating material, down feather filaments overflow from the gaps of the cloth, and the overall appearance is influenced. It is necessary to wrap an anti-run down material on the outside of the down to prevent the down from running out of it.

The down products in the current market all adopt a three-layer structure, wherein the upper layer and the lower layer are down-proof paper, the middle core layer is down, and the down is completely wrapped by the down-proof paper. In such down products, a down-proof paper is used as a material for preventing penetration of down. Because the down-proof paper becomes hard gradually in the using process and folds which are not easy to recover can be generated after being folded, the down products are easy to extrude, and the down wrapped by the down-proof paper can be drilled out from the gaps or the fractures of the down-proof paper, so that the down drilling prevention function can not be effectively realized.

The down coat has the advantages of warm keeping and light weight, so the down coat is deeply loved by people. At present, when the down coat is manufactured, the down is difficult to be prevented from running according to the previous manufacturing method and the used materials. If a down jacket is easy to run down, not only the warmth retention property is gradually lost, but also the beauty of the jacket is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies or inadequacies in the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a down jacket and a method of making a down jacket.

A down jacket comprises a fabric, a lining and down, wherein the fabric and the lining of the down jacket are both a coating fabric and a nylon fabric; the large part of the down jacket adopts a seamless attaching process, the sleeve pieces, the pockets, the cap pieces, the neckline and the cuffs of the down jacket are all attached seamlessly, and the coating fabric is made of polyester fabric.

A method for manufacturing a down jacket comprises the following steps:

1) cutting out a coating fabric and a nylon fabric;

2) sewing the coated fabric and the nylon fabric obtained in the step 1) together to form a bagged combination of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric;

3) and filling down feather into the bagged combination of the coated fabric and the nylon fabric in the step 2).

And completely sewing the bagged combination of the coated fabric, wherein the distance between the down pressing double thick threads is small, the stitches are full, and the down penetration preventing down garment product is manufactured.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the coated fabric is made of polyester fabric with high density of warps and wefts, the gaps between the warps and wefts are reduced through rolling treatment, then high molecular size is coated to form a cross-linked transparent film covering layer with the fabric so as to seal the warp and weft gaps of the fabric, and fluorine-phosphorus resin or organosilicon waterproofing agent is added into the coating size.

The terylene fabric is a chemical fiber garment fabric which is used in daily life. The most important advantage is that it has good crease resistance and shape-preserving property, so that it is suitable for making outdoor articles such as coat and clothing, various bags and tents, etc. The terylene fabric has higher strength and elastic recovery capability, so the terylene fabric is firm and durable, and is crease-resistant and non-ironing. The terylene is the fabric with the best heat resistance in the synthetic fiber fabric, has thermoplasticity, can be made into a pleated skirt, and has lasting pleating. The light resistance of the polyester fabric is better, and the sun-proof capability of the polyester fabric is better than that of a natural fiber fabric except that the polyester fabric is poorer than that of acrylic fiber. The polyester fabric has good resistance to various chemicals. The damage degree of acid and alkali is not large, and the product is not afraid of mould and worm damage.

The nylon fabric is very good in wear resistance, moisture absorption and elasticity, and is blended or interwoven with other fibers to improve the strength and fastness of the fabric.
