In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 1, an inner container 2, a rack 3 for placing dishes, and a door 4, wherein the inner container 2 is located in the cabinet 1, and the door 4 and the cabinet 1 are hermetically fitted to prevent hot water from splashing to hurt people during washing. The shelf 3 is positioned in the inner container 2 in a way of moving forwards and backwards, the shelf 3 comprises a part 31 positioned in the inner container and an extension part 32 which is protruded out of the inner container and used for increasing the capacity of the shelf, and one side of the door body 4 corresponding to the inner container 2 is provided with a concave part 5 used for accommodating the extension part.

Further, the extension part protrudes to the outside of the inner container for a certain distance, and the volume and the height of the concave part are respectively matched with those of the extension part.

As shown in fig. 1, the extension portion 32 protrudes a certain distance outside the inner container 2, and the volume and height of the recess portion 5 are respectively matched with the volume and height of the extension portion 32, so that when the door body 4 is closed, the extension portion 32 can be completely accommodated in the recess portion 5, and the extension portion 32 is in full contact with the recess portion 5, thereby reducing the waste of space.

Furthermore, the periphery of the concave part is provided with a wall which forms the concave part and has a certain height, and in a closed state of the door body, at least part of the wall extends into the inner container.

As shown in fig. 2, the recess 5 has a wall 6 of a predetermined height around the recess 5, and the wall 6 partially extends into the inner container 2 when the door 4 is closed.

The wall 6 of the concave part extends into the inner container 2 to ensure that the door body 4 is in close fit with the box body 1 when the door body 4 is closed, and hot water is prevented from splashing to hurt people in the washing process.

Furthermore, certain gaps are formed between the upper, lower, left and right peripheral walls of the inner container and the adjacent shelves, and the size of the gaps is matched with the wall thickness of the walls, so that the walls can extend into the corresponding gaps.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the four walls of the recess 5, i.e., the upper wall, the lower wall, the left wall and the right wall, and the adjacent shelf 3 have a gap therebetween, and the gap is matched with the wall thickness of the wall 6, so that the wall 6 can extend into the corresponding gap.

As shown in fig. 1, the gap between the upper wall and the left and right walls of the concave portion 5 and the adjacent shelf 3 is smaller than the gap between the bottom wall of the concave portion 5 and the adjacent shelf 3, and the gap between the bottom wall of the concave portion 5 and the adjacent shelf 3 is slightly larger than the height of the bottom wall, so that the shelf 3 can be translated out of the inner container 2 without interference when the door body 2 is in a horizontally opened state.

Further, one side of the bottom wall of the concave part, which corresponds to the concave part, is provided with a water guide inclined plane.

As shown in fig. 2, a side of the bottom wall 61 of the recess 5 corresponding to the recess 5 has a water guide slope, so that water splashed into the recess 5 of the door 4 during the washing process can flow to the bottom of the inner container through the water guide slope.

As shown in fig. 2, the sides of the upper wall and left and right walls of the recess 5 are vertical, and the sides of the bottom wall of the recess 5 are inclined, so that water splashed into the recess 5 during washing can flow to the bottom of the inner tub through the water guide slopes.

Furthermore, the door body also comprises a part outside the wall corresponding to the left side and the right side of the concave part, and the width of the part outside the wall extending from the wall to the side part corresponding to the door body is not less than the thickness between the inner wall of the inner container corresponding to the part and the outer wall of the box body.

As shown in fig. 2, the door 4 further includes an outer wall portion 9 corresponding to the left and right outer sides of the concave portion, and the width of the outer wall portion 9 extending from the wall to the corresponding door side portion is not less than the thickness from the inner wall of the inner container 2 corresponding to the outer wall of the box 1 to the outer wall of the box.

Preferably, the width of the outer wall part 9 of the concave part 5 is equal to the thickness of the box body 1, so that when the door body 4 is closed, a sealed structure is formed with the box body 1, the appearance is attractive, and the inner container is sealed.

Further, the portion outside the wall is in sealing engagement with the tank.

As shown in fig. 2, a sealing member is provided on the inner container 2 so that a portion 9 outside the wall of the recess 5 is hermetically fitted to the cabinet 1, thereby preventing hot water from splashing to hurt a person during washing.

The sealing element can be a sealing strip which is arranged on the inner container 2 and can improve the sealing performance of the outer wall part 9 of the concave part 5 and the box body 1 and prevent hot water from splashing to hurt people in the washing process.

In addition, the sealing strip can effectively prevent the steam from rising to damage the electrical parts, because the water temperature of the washing water is approximately 80 degrees when the dishwasher is used for washing normally, the generated steam is easy to evaporate upwards along the outer side of the door liner and affects the electrical parts on the top of the dishwasher.

Furthermore, the box body further comprises a top cover, one side of the top cover, corresponding to the door body, exceeds the inner container by a certain distance, and the distance is at least the thickness of the door body.

As shown in fig. 1, the cabinet 1 further includes a top cover 7, one side of the top cover 7 corresponding to the door 4 exceeds the inner container 2 by a distance, the distance is at least the thickness of the door 4, and this is also to realize that when the door 4 is closed, the door 4 and the cabinet are in close fit, so as to prevent hot water from splashing to hurt people in the washing process.

Furthermore, the number of the shelves is at least one, and the concave part of the door body is provided with concave cavities corresponding to the shelves one by one.

In the embodiment of the invention, at least one shelf 3 is provided, and the concave part 5 of the door body 4 is provided with concave cavities 51 corresponding to the shelves 3 one by one.

In one embodiment, the dishwasher has a rack 3, in which case the recess 5 of the door 4 is provided with a cavity 51. When the door 4 is closed, the extension part of the shelf 3 is completely accommodated in the concave cavity 51 and fully contacts with the concave cavity 51, and the volume of the inner container is relatively enlarged.

Furthermore, the number of the shelves is two, the concave part of the door body is provided with two concave cavities, the concave cavities correspond to the shelves one to one, and the lining reinforcing part is arranged between the two concave cavities.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, there are two shelves 3, two cavities 51 are provided in the concave portion 5 of the door body 4, a lining reinforcing portion 8 is provided between the two cavities 51, the lining reinforcing portion 8 is used for reinforcing the structural strength of the lining and increasing the pressure resistance of the lining, and a detergent box may be further provided on the lining reinforcing portion 8 and holds dishwashing treatment agents such as dishwashing powder or detergent therein.

When the door body 4 is closed, the extending parts of the two shelves 3 are respectively accommodated in the two corresponding cavities 51 and are respectively in full contact with the two cavities 51, so that the volume of the inner container is relatively enlarged.

The dish washer of the invention can contain more tableware on the basis of not changing the overall dimension of the original machine, thereby reducing the waste of space.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
