The invention relates to a cleaning device in the steel pipe industry, in particular to a cleaning device which is used for removing floating dust on the inner wall of a steel pipe and utilizes wind energy to drive flocculent work.

Background

When the steel pipe is processed in the back pass, the inner wall and the outer wall of the steel pipe need to be subjected to corrosion prevention operation. In order to deeply combine the anticorrosive material with the steel pipe and improve the adhesive force of the anticorrosive material to the surface of the steel pipe, the surface of the steel pipe needs to be cleaned. The outer surface of the steel pipe is exposed in the operating environment, the cleaning treatment of the surface of the steel pipe is convenient, but the cleaning treatment of the inner wall of the pipeline is very difficult. Because the length of the pipeline is about 12 meters (even longer), the impact of the air cannon cannot achieve the effect of completely and cleanly removing, and particularly, floating dust adhered to the inner wall surface of the steel pipe is difficult to remove. Therefore, the traditional cleaning method has high energy consumption and poor cleaning effect, cannot meet the requirement of the corrosion prevention process of the inner wall of the steel pipe, and possibly influences the quality of the steel pipe, which is a problem to be solved in the field of cleaning of the inner wall of the steel pipe at present.

In view of this, researchers in the field of steel pipe corrosion prevention are dedicated to developing new cleaning devices to improve the traditional method for cleaning the inner wall of the steel pipe.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cleaning device for driving flocculent work on the inner wall of a steel pipe by utilizing wind energy, which has the function of cleaning floating dust on the inner wall pipe with strong force by operating a cyclone power work doing device and a traveling guide device, and drives a power wheel to drive to travel by the traveling guide device, thereby effectively cleaning the floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe, ensuring the adhesive force of an anticorrosive material on the surface of the steel pipe, achieving the aim of improving the surface quality of the steel pipe and solving the problems in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a cleaning device for the inner wall of a steel pipe to drive flocculent work by wind energy, which mainly comprises a frame 5, a cyclone power work device and a travel guiding device, wherein the cyclone power work device and the travel guiding device are arranged in the frame 5.

The cyclone power working device is provided with a blade 1, a flocculent material 2, a batten hold-down device 3, a shaft 4 with a scroll rod and a bearing assembly. The blades 1 are wind blades with more than three blades, can be four-blade wind blades or five-blade wind blades, and can also be six-blade wind blades, and the specific number of the blades can be determined according to the pipe diameter of the inner wall of the steel pipe. The blades 1 are mounted on a band turbine shaft 4, and the blades 1 are provided with fluid passages. The flocculent material 2 is a flocculent flexible wear-resistant material, which can be selected from polyester fiber or wear-resistant fabric, has a length of about 50mm, and can be determined according to the requirement. The advancing guide device consists of a worm wheel, a conversion gear, a power wheel, a support wheel and a frame, wherein the worm wheel is driven by the worm wheel of the shaft belt, the worm wheel drives an advancing transmission gear, the transmission gear drives the power wheel to advance forwards, and the support wheel helps to guide stably and advance at a constant speed during advancing.

The operating principle is as follows: the kinetic energy of the rotation of the shaft is utilized to drive the worm wheel of the worm, the worm wheel is transmitted to the gear and the power wheel, the power wheel is responsible for driving the moving, and the support wheel helps to guide stably. The cyclone power working device is used for throwing the flocculent flexible wear-resistant material into an arc and scouring the inner wall of the steel pipe, so that the function of cleaning floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe strongly is achieved, meanwhile, the power wheel is driven to move by the moving guide device, the support wheel helps to guide stably, the technical means can effectively remove the floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe, the adhesive force of the anticorrosive material on the surface of the steel pipe is ensured, and the purpose of improving the surface quality of the steel pipe is achieved.
