The slicing machine case 2 consists of a belt power roller 2-1, a belt 2-2, a potato fixed roller 2-3, a sprayer 2-4, a chain cutter 2-5 and an illuminating lamp 2-6, wherein the belt power roller 2-1 is arranged below a feed hopper 1, the belt 2-2 is wound on the surface of the belt power roller 2-1, the potato fixed roller 2-3 is arranged at the upper part of one end of the belt 2-2, the chain cutter 2-5 is arranged at one side of the belt 2-2 and one side of the potato fixed roller 2-3, the sprayer 2-4 is welded and connected above the chain cutter 2-5, the illuminating lamp 2-6 is fixedly connected on the inner surface of the slicing machine case 2, the belt power roller 2-1 is connected with a belt motor reducer 13 through a bearing, the chain cutter 2-5 is connected with a chain cutter motor reducer 5 through a bearing, and the sprayer 2-4 is connected, the auxiliary case 14 is connected with the illuminating lamps 2-6 through wires.

The chain knife 2-5 consists of a blade 2-5-1 and a chain 2-5-2, two ends of the blade 2-5-1 are welded with the chain 2-5-2, and the chain 2-5-2 is connected end to end.

The belt 2-2 is made of an aluminum alloy chain belt.

The material of the feeding hopper 1, the slicer case 2 and the material of the discharge hole 12 are all three-zero-four stainless steel.
