5. The bottle cap structure with sealing function according to claim 1, wherein: the cap (3) has a projection (39), the projection (39) being arranged in a channel (33) of the mouth (32) of the body (30) and being able to be fitted with the valve body (40).

the body is provided with a mouth part, a channel is arranged in the body and communicated with the cavity of the bottle, beverage can flow out of the bottle, and the valve body is arranged in the channel of the mouth part of the body, when the bottle is placed vertically, the valve body can seal the mouth part and the channel of the body to prevent the beverage from flowing out of the bottle, and can prevent the valve body from sealing the channel of the body when the bottle is in an inverted state, and the beverage can still continuously flow out of the bottle through the channel of the body.

Detailed Description

The present invention relates to a bottle cap structure with sealing function, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, wherein the whole bottle cap structure with sealing function is mainly used for a bottle 10 which can be used for containing various beverages, and the bottle 10 generally comprises a cavity 11 which can be used for containing various beverages and has a mouth part 12 which can be used for filling beverages. The bottle cap 3 of the present invention is intended to be mounted or fixed on the mouth 12 of the bottle 10 so as to be used for screwing and sealing the mouth 12 of such a bottle 10.

With reference to fig. 2 to 6, this closure 3 comprises a body 30 of the cap, which is generally cylindrical or tubular and which is internally provided with a female thread 31 for screwing onto the mouth 12 of the bottle 10. The body 30 has a mouth 32, inside which a passage 33 is provided in communication with the cavity 11 of the bottle 10, allowing the beverage to flow out of the bottle 10 and also allowing the user to suck the beverage. The bottle 10 also has a sealing cap 50 that may be further mounted or secured to the top of the mouth 32 of the body 30 so that the mouth 32 of the body 30 may be sealed when drinking is not desired.

The body 30 also has a plug or pad 34 mounted or fixed to the bottom of the mouth 32 of the body 30, or disposed at the bottom of the channel 33 thereof, having an opening 35 in communication with the mouth 32 thereof and the cavity 11 of the bottle 10, such that beverage can still flow out of the bottle 10 through the opening 35 of the pad 34. The cushion 34 has a valve seat 36 for receiving a plug or valve body 40 to temporarily and effectively seal the mouth 12 of the bottle 10, as shown in fig. 2 and 5-6.

The body 30 is also provided with one or more ribs 37 at the top of the mouth 32 or at the top of the channel 33, and a channel or gap 38 between or adjacent to the ribs 37 to allow beverage to flow out of the bottle 10 through the gap 38 of the body 30. The rib 37 is provided with a top piece or protrusion 39 for abutting against the valve body 40, as shown in fig. 7, so as to prevent the valve body 40 from sealing the passage 33 of the body 30 when the bottle 10 is in an inverted state, and to allow the beverage to continuously flow out of the bottle 10 through the slit 38 of the body 30.

The mode of operation of the present invention, shown in fig. 7, allows a user to invert the bottle 10 to facilitate sucking the beverage. It should be noted that the protrusion 39 of the body 30 can abut against the valve body 40 to prevent the valve body 40 from sealing the passage 33 of the body 30, and the beverage can still continuously flow out of the bottle 10 through the slit 38 of the body 30. At this time, the valve body 40 is separated from the opening 35 of the pad body 34 and the valve seat 36.
