1. An elevator sound insulation device, comprising:

diversion sheave sound insulation devices (11, 12) for blocking noise generated by a diversion sheave device (100) of an elevator to prevent the noise generated by the diversion sheave device (100) of the elevator from spreading to a hoistway and a car of the elevator,

the diversion sheave sound insulation means (11, 12) comprises a first layer of sound insulation material (11) wrapped around the diversion sheave means (100).

2. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the first sound insulation material layer (11) is a first sound absorption material band made of a sound absorption material, and the first sound absorption material band is wound and wrapped on the diversion sheave device (100).

3. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the diversion sheave sound insulation device (11, 12) further comprises a first sound insulation material housing (12), the first sound insulation material layer (11) being accommodated in the first sound insulation material housing (12).

4. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 3, characterized in that:

the first sound insulating material layer (11) is molded on the inner wall of the first sound insulating material casing (12) so as to be mountable to the diverting pulley device (100) together with the first sound insulating material casing (12).

5. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the diverting pulley device (100) comprises a diverting pulley (120), a diverting pulley bracket (110) and a diverting pulley shell (130), the diverting pulley (120) is rotatably installed on the diverting pulley bracket (110), and the diverting pulley (120) and the diverting pulley bracket (110) are accommodated in the diverting pulley shell (130);

the first sound insulation material layer (11) is wrapped on the outer wall of the diversion sheave shell (130).

6. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the diverting pulley sheave bracket (110) of the diverting pulley apparatus (100) is fixed to the upper beam (200) of the elevator car;

the sound insulation device for the elevator further comprises upper beam sound insulation devices (21 and 22), wherein the upper beam sound insulation devices (21 and 22) are used for separating noise generated by an upper beam (200) of the elevator car so as to prevent the noise generated by the upper beam (200) of the elevator car from spreading to a hoistway and the elevator car of the elevator.

7. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 6, characterized in that:

the upper beam sound insulation device (21, 22) comprises a second layer (21) of sound insulation material wrapped on an upper beam (200) of the elevator car.

8. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 7, characterized in that:

the second sound insulation material layer (21) is a second sound absorption material belt made of a sound absorption material, and the second sound absorption material belt is wound and wrapped on an upper beam (200) of the elevator car.

9. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 7, characterized in that:

the upper beam sound insulation device (21, 22) further comprises a second sound insulation material casing (22), and the second sound insulation material layer (21) is accommodated in the second sound insulation material casing (22).

10. The sound insulating device for an elevator according to claim 9, wherein:

the second sound insulation material layer (21) is molded on the inner wall of the second sound insulation material housing (22) so as to be mounted on an upper beam (200) of the elevator car together with the second sound insulation material housing (22).

11. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 1, characterized in that:

a diverting pulley bracket (110) of the diverting pulley apparatus (100) is connected and fixed to an upper beam (200) of an elevator car by a bolt assembly (30);

the sound insulation device of the elevator further comprises an elastic vibration damping device (31, 32), wherein the elastic vibration damping device (31, 32) is used for reducing or eliminating noise generated between the diversion sheave bracket (110) and an upper beam (200) of the elevator car due to vibration.

12. The sound insulating device for an elevator according to claim 11, wherein:

the elastic damping device (31, 32) comprises an elastic pad (31), the elastic pad (31) being arranged between the bottom surface of the diverting pulley bracket (110) and the upper beam (200) of the elevator car.

13. The sound-insulating device for an elevator according to claim 12, characterized in that:

the elastic vibration damping device (31, 32) further comprises an elastic sleeve (32), the elastic sleeve (32) is disposed in a coupling hole on the diverting pulley bracket (110) and an upper beam (200) of the elevator car, and a coupling bolt of the bolt assembly (30) passes through the elastic sleeve (32).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sound insulation device for an elevator.

Background

In the prior art, a diverting pulley is usually provided on top of the elevator car, to which the wire ropes are connected. In the running process of the elevator, the diversion sheave can vibrate and generate noise, and the noise can be directly diffused into a hoistway and a car of the elevator, so that the running comfort of the elevator is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the above problems and disadvantages in the prior art.

According to one aspect of the invention, an elevator sound insulation device is provided, which comprises a diversion sheave sound insulation device for blocking noise generated by a diversion sheave device of an elevator to prevent the noise generated by the diversion sheave device of the elevator from spreading to a hoistway of the elevator, the diversion sheave sound insulation device comprising a first sound insulation material layer wrapped around the diversion sheave device.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, said first layer of sound-insulating material is a first strip of sound-absorbing material made of sound-absorbing material wound and wrapped around said diverting pulley means.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the diversion sheave sound insulation device further comprises a first sound insulation material housing in which the first sound insulation material layer is housed.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the first layer of sound-insulating material is moulded onto the inner wall of the first casing of sound-insulating material, so as to be mountable with the first casing of sound-insulating material on the diverting pulley arrangement.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the diverting pulley apparatus comprises a diverting pulley, a diverting pulley bracket and a diverting pulley housing, the diverting pulley being rotatably mounted on the diverting pulley bracket, the diverting pulley and the diverting pulley bracket being accommodated in the diverting pulley housing; the first sound insulation material layer is wrapped on the outer wall of the diversion sheave shell.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the diverting pulley sheave bracket of the diverting pulley apparatus is fixed to the upper beam of the elevator car; the sound insulation device for the elevator further comprises an upper beam sound insulation device, and the upper beam sound insulation device is used for separating noise generated by an upper beam of the elevator car so as to prevent the noise generated by the upper beam of the elevator car from spreading to a well and the car of the elevator.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the upper beam sound insulator comprises a second layer of sound insulator material wrapped around the upper beam of the elevator car.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the second sound-insulating material layer is a second strip of sound-absorbing material made of a sound-absorbing material, which is wound and wrapped on the upper beam of the elevator car.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sound-insulating device for an upper beam further includes a second sound-insulating material casing in which the second sound-insulating material layer is housed.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the second layer of sound-insulating material is molded onto the inner wall of the second enclosure of sound-insulating material so as to be mountable with the second enclosure of sound-insulating material onto the upper beam of the elevator car.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the diverting pulley bracket of the diverting pulley apparatus is connected and fixed to the upper beam of the elevator car by means of a bolt assembly; the sound insulation device for the elevator further comprises an elastic vibration damping device, and the elastic vibration damping device is used for reducing or eliminating noise generated between the diversion sheave bracket and an upper beam of the elevator car due to vibration.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, the elastic damping device comprises an elastic pad, which is arranged between the bottom surface of the diverting pulley bracket and the upper beam of the elevator car.

According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the elastic damping device further includes an elastic sleeve disposed in the coupling hole on the diverting sheave bracket and the upper beam of the elevator car, and the coupling bolt of the bolt assembly passes through the elastic sleeve.

In the foregoing exemplary embodiments according to the present invention, the diverting pulley apparatus is wrapped in the sound insulation material layer, so that the noise generated by the diverting pulley apparatus can be blocked by the sound insulation material layer, thereby effectively preventing the noise generated by the diverting pulley apparatus from spreading to the hoistway and the car of the elevator, and improving the comfort level of the elevator in operation.

Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the invention which refers to the accompanying drawings, and may assist in a comprehensive understanding of the invention.

Detailed Description

The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.

Furthermore, in the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in schematic form in order to simplify the drawing.

According to one general technical concept of the present invention, there is provided an elevator sound insulation apparatus including a diverting sheave sound insulation device for blocking noise generated from a diverting sheave apparatus of an elevator to prevent the noise generated from the diverting sheave apparatus of the elevator from being spread to a hoistway and a car of the elevator, the diverting sheave sound insulation device including a first sound insulation material layer coated on the diverting sheave apparatus.

Fig. 1 presents a diagrammatic perspective view of the upper beam of an elevator car and a diverting pulley arrangement fixed to the upper beam of the elevator car according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, in which the elevator sound-insulating device is not shown; fig. 2 presents a cross-sectional view of the upper beam and the diverting pulley arrangement of the elevator car according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, in which the sound-insulating device of the elevator is presented; fig. 3 shows a partially enlarged schematic view of the sound-insulating device of the elevator shown in fig. 2.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the sound insulating device for an elevator includes a diversion sheave sound insulating device 11, 12. The diversion sheave noise insulating devices 11 and 12 are used for blocking noise generated by the diversion sheave device 100 of the elevator to prevent the noise generated by the diversion sheave device 100 of the elevator from spreading to the hoistway and the car of the elevator.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment the aforementioned diversion sheave sound insulation means 11, 12 comprises a first layer of sound insulation material 11 wrapped around the diversion sheave means 100.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first sound insulation material layer 11 may be a first sound absorption material tape made of a sound absorption material having a high sound absorption coefficient, and the first sound absorption material tape may be wound and wrapped around the pulley device 100.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the diversion sheave sound insulation device 11, 12 further includes a first sound insulation material housing 12, and the first sound insulation material layer 11 is housed in the first sound insulation material housing 12.

In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first sound-insulating material layer 11 may be directly molded on the inner wall of the first sound-insulating material housing 12 through a molding process, and thus may be mounted to the diverting pulley device 100 together with the first sound-insulating material housing 12.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the diverting pulley apparatus 100 includes a diverting pulley 120, a diverting pulley bracket 110, and a diverting pulley housing 130. The diverting pulley 120 is rotatably mounted on the diverting pulley bracket 110, and the diverting pulley 120 and the diverting pulley bracket 110 are accommodated in a diverting pulley housing 130. The first layer of sound-insulating material 11 is wrapped around the outer wall of the pulley shell 130.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment the diverting pulley bracket 110 of the diverting pulley apparatus 100 is fixed to the upper beam 200 of the elevator car. The sound insulation device for the elevator further comprises an upper beam sound insulation device 21, 22, and the upper beam sound insulation device 21, 22 is used for blocking the noise generated by the upper beam 200 of the elevator car so as to prevent the noise generated by the upper beam 200 of the elevator car from spreading to the hoistway and the car of the elevator.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the aforementioned upper beam sound insulator 21, 22 includes a second layer of sound insulator material 21 wrapped around an upper beam 200 of the elevator car.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the second sound-proof material layer 21 may be a second sound-absorbing material tape made of a sound-absorbing material having a high sound-absorbing coefficient, and the second sound-absorbing material tape may be wound and wrapped on the upper beam 200 of the elevator car.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the sound-proof device 21, 22 of the upper beam further includes a second sound-proof material casing 22, and the second sound-proof material layer 21 is housed in the second sound-proof material casing 22.

In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the aforementioned second sound-proof material layer 21 may be directly molded on the inner wall of the second sound-proof material housing 22 using a molding process, and thus may be mounted to the upper beam 200 of the elevator car together with the second sound-proof material housing 22.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the diverting sheave bracket 110 of the diverting sheave apparatus 100 is connected and fixed to the upper beam 200 of the elevator car by the bolt assembly 30. The sound insulation of the elevator also comprises elastic vibration damping means 31, 32, which elastic vibration damping means 31, 32 are used to reduce or eliminate the noise caused by vibrations between the pulley bracket 110 and the upper beam 200 of the elevator car.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment the aforementioned elastic damping means 31, 32 may comprise an elastic pad 31, which elastic pad 31 is arranged between the bottom surface of the diverting pulley bracket 110 and the upper beam 200 of the elevator car.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the aforementioned elastic vibration damping device 31, 32 further includes an elastic sleeve 32, the elastic sleeve 32 is disposed in a coupling hole on the pulley bracket 110 and the upper beam 200 of the elevator car, and the coupling bolt of the bolt assembly 30 passes through the elastic sleeve 32.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described above are exemplary and can be modified by those skilled in the art, and that the structures described in the various embodiments can be freely combined without conflict in structure or principle.

Although the present invention has been described in connection with the accompanying drawings, the embodiments disclosed in the drawings are intended to be illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
