Landfill, incineration, heat drying, fermentation composting and the like are the main measures for disposing the sludge in China at present, and the operation management technology is complex, the cost is higher, and the occupied area of the treatment process is large.

The traditional garden biomass treatment method mainly comprises incineration and landfill, and environmental problems such as air pollution, land occupation, water pollution and the like are caused generally. The anaerobic fermentation technology is used as a mature resource technology at present, the fermentation microorganisms can efficiently degrade lignocellulose in garden biomass, the energy consumption is low, and the water content of municipal sludge is high. Both are advantageous raw materials for preparing fuel gas by anaerobic fermentation. Most researches are based on anaerobic co-fermentation of garden biomass and other wastes such as kitchen waste, livestock and poultry manure and the like, but the garden biomass is various in types, and the research of independently using the garden biomass as an anaerobic fermentation substrate is less, and in addition, the research on the influence of the storage temperature of the garden biomass on the anaerobic fermentation gas production effect is not available.
