1. The lip adhesion preventing water-based varnish for the tipping paper for the cigarettes is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-15 parts of resin binder, 0.05-0.5 part of wax powder, 75-90 parts of water and 0.1-10 parts of anti-sticking auxiliary agent;

Background

In recent years, consumers often receive feedback on the sticking condition of the cigarette lips. The cigarette consists of a filter tip, a tobacco rod and cigarette tipping paper, wherein the tobacco rod and the filter tip are tipped by the cigarette tipping paper. When a smoker article smokes cigarettes, the cigarette tipping paper is in direct contact with the surface of the lips, and along with the prolonging of the contact time, the adhesive layer and the saliva on the lips of the smoker can penetrate through the gap of the coating and generate an adhesive effect with paper fibers, so that the phenomenon of lip adhesion is caused, and poor article smoking experience is brought to the consumer. The cigarette filter tip paper has a slight plot, the surface of the cigarette filter tip paper can be polluted, and the appearance and the smoking experience of cigarettes are influenced; in severe situations, the lips of consumers are stuck by cigarettes, which causes the lips to break skin, bleed and the like. Therefore, improvement of such a situation is urgently required.

In the step (2), the viscosity value of the final water-based gloss oil is controlled to be 13-20 seconds, and an British 2# cup test is adopted.

The lip adhesion preventing water-based varnish for the cigarette tipping paper has excellent printing adaptability, has excellent water resistance after being dried into a film, and can effectively avoid the occurrence of lip adhesion of the cigarette tipping paper. The preparation method is simple and environment-friendly.
