1. A floor slab structure is characterized by comprising a galvanized plate and at least one three-dimensional longitudinal assembly;

3. The floor slab structure of claim 1, wherein the mounting surface of the galvanized sheet is further fixedly provided with a connecting column between two adjacent three-dimensional longitudinal assemblies, and the connecting column is arranged perpendicular to the galvanized sheet.

4. The floor slab structure of claim 3, wherein an end of the attachment stud remote from the galvanized sheet has a cap.

5. A floor panel structure according to claim 1 wherein a plurality of said three-dimensional longitudinal modules are juxtaposed to overlie said mounting surface, the distance between adjacent two of said three-dimensional longitudinal modules being less than 10 cm.

6. The floor slab structure of claim 1, wherein the distance from the end of the top wing distal from the galvanized sheet to the galvanized sheet is greater than 15 cm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of building structures, in particular to a floor plate structure.

Background

At present, precast slabs are often adopted in floor slab construction, or a formwork is manufactured on site at a preset position, and a matrix for pouring concrete is provided through the formwork. The former saves time, but has great construction difficulty and heavier precast slab, which is not suitable for high-rise building construction. The latter can be customized according to the specific construction conditions of the building, but the construction period is long, resulting in a great increase in cost.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

a floor slab structure comprises a galvanized plate and at least one three-dimensional longitudinal assembly;

the three-dimensional longitudinal assembly comprises a plurality of three-dimensional splayed rib units and three longitudinal reinforcing ribs, wherein the three-dimensional splayed rib units and the three longitudinal reinforcing ribs are arranged in series;

the galvanized plate is provided with an installation surface, and the three-dimensional splayed rib unit is fixedly arranged on the installation surface;

the three-dimensional splayed rib unit is provided with a first side wing and a second side wing which are fixed with the galvanized plate, and a top wing which extends in the direction away from the galvanized plate;

all the first side wings of one stereoscopic longitudinal assembly are fixedly connected with one longitudinal reinforcing rib, and all the second side wings of one stereoscopic longitudinal assembly are fixedly connected with one longitudinal reinforcing rib; and all the top wings of one stereoscopic longitudinal assembly are fixedly connected with one longitudinal reinforcing rib.

In one embodiment of the invention, a reinforcement space for assembling additional steel bars is formed between the first side wing and the second side wing of the three-dimensional splayed reinforcement unit.

In one embodiment of the invention, a connecting column is further fixedly arranged between two adjacent three-dimensional longitudinal assemblies on the mounting surface of the galvanized plate, and the connecting column is arranged perpendicular to the galvanized plate.

In one embodiment of the invention, the end of the connecting column remote from the galvanized sheet is provided with a cap.

In one embodiment of the invention, a plurality of three-dimensional longitudinal assemblies are arranged in parallel to cover the mounting surface, and the distance between two adjacent three-dimensional longitudinal assemblies is less than 10 cm.

In one embodiment of the invention, the distance from the end of the top wing far away from the galvanized plate to the galvanized plate is more than 15 cm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the floor plate structure provided by the invention can be used for quickly laying a foundation structure of a floor plate, has good strength, can be directly poured with concrete slurry for maintenance, and has enough strength and moderate thickness after maintenance and molding, thereby meeting the building requirements. On the whole, the floor plate structure can reduce construction cycle, and reduce cost provides the floor board that enough thickness satisfied the strength requirement.
