Background

The slurry pump achieves the purpose of conveying solid-liquid mixed media by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller. The main structure of the slurry pump comprises a transmission part and a pump head, wherein the pump head is a core component of the slurry pump, and the pump head is generally composed of a pump body, a pump cover, an impeller and a lining part.

Because the working medium of the slurry pump is a solid-liquid mixture, the internal parts of the pump head are greatly abraded in the high-speed rotation process, in order to ensure the working efficiency of the slurry pump, the pump head needs to be replaced by a new one after being abraded to a certain degree, and in the process of realizing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art: because the transmission part is connected with the impeller positioned in the pump head, the pump cover needs to be disassembled firstly when the pump head is replaced, then the pump body can be disassembled after the impeller is disassembled, and the disassembly work of the pump head is completed.

As a specific embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, a housing of a bearing assembly 2 is pressed and fixed on a bracket 1 through a pressing bolt 20, an adjusting screw 11 parallel to an axial direction of a transmission shaft 3 is arranged on the bracket 1 in a penetrating manner, and the adjusting screw 11 is fixedly connected with the bracket 1; be equipped with the engaging lug on bearing assembly 2's the shell, adjusting screw 11 passes the engaging lug, and threaded connection has two lock nut 12 that are located the engaging lug both sides respectively on adjusting screw 11, through two lock nut 12 locking engaging lugs to make bearing assembly 2's rigidity.

Because the transmission shaft 3 and the bearing assembly 2 are assembled into a whole, and the transmission shaft 3 is fixedly connected with the impeller 6, when the clearance between the impeller 6 and the front guard plate 7 or the rear guard plate 8 needs to be adjusted, only the axial position of the bearing assembly 2 on the bracket 1 along the transmission shaft 3 needs to be adjusted. When in adjustment, the compression bolt 20 is firstly loosened, then the bearing assembly 2 is moved along the axial direction of the transmission shaft 3 by rotating the two locking nuts 12, the two locking nuts 12 are locked after the adjustment is in place, and the compression bolt 20 is screwed to fix the bearing assembly 2.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, as an embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump according to the present invention, an accommodating groove 402 is formed on an inner side wall of the pump body 4 and recessed from an end surface thereof toward the bracket 1, the accommodating groove 402 is connected to an end surface of the pump cover 5, and a boss 90 for being fitted in the accommodating groove 402 is formed on an outer wall of the sheath 9.

The end face of the pump body 4 is provided with the accommodating groove 402, so that the connecting face of the pump body 4 and the pump cover 5 is of an asymmetric structure, referring to fig. 2, only the accommodating groove 402 needs to be processed on the pump body 4 during processing, and compared with the situation that the end faces of the pump body 4 and the pump cover 5 are both provided with the accommodating groove 402 structure in the prior art, the process of processing the accommodating groove 402 on the pump cover 5 is reduced, the processing technology of the pump cover 5 is simplified, and the overall processing efficiency is improved;

the boss 90 on the sheath 9 can be embedded in the accommodating groove 402, so that the connection position of the pump body 4 and the pump cover 5 is sealed, the embedded connection of the boss 90 and the accommodating groove 402 can also play a role in positioning the position of the sheath 9, and therefore the sheath 9 of the slurry pump is prevented from being dislocated in the axial direction of the transmission shaft 3.

As an embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 3 together, the sheath 9 includes a front sheath 91 and a rear sheath 92 with symmetrical shapes; the corresponding end surfaces of the front sheath 91 and the rear sheath 92 are mutually attached, the other end surface of the front sheath 91 is abutted against the front guard plate 7, and the other end surface of the rear sheath 92 is abutted against the rear guard plate 8. The sheath 9 sets up to two parts of mutual symmetry, can fix preceding sheath 91 on pump cover 5 earlier when the installation, and back sheath 92 is fixed on the pump body 4, then directly with pump cover 5 with pump body 4 align back fixed mounting can, make the installation more convenient.

As a specific embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 3 to 5, a first slot 401 recessed toward the direction of the bracket 1 is disposed on a radial slot wall of the accommodating slot 402; a second clamping groove 501 which is communicated with the accommodating groove 402 and is axially aligned with the first clamping groove 401 is formed in the pump cover 5; the boss 90 includes a first boss 901 on the rear jacket 92 and a second boss 902 on the front jacket 91; the first boss 901 is provided with a first clamping edge 903 which protrudes outwards along the axial direction, and the first clamping edge 903 is clamped with the first clamping groove 401; the second boss 902 is provided with a second clamping edge 904 protruding outwards along the axial direction, and the second clamping edge 904 is clamped with the second clamping groove 501.

The first clamping groove 401 and the accommodating groove 402 can be machined and formed together through a milling process, and the second clamping groove 501 can be machined and formed in parallel when the end face of the pump cover 5 is turned, so that the machining is convenient; through the joint of first draw-in groove 401 and first card limit 903, the joint of second draw-in groove 501 and second card limit 904, form fixed action to sheath 9, can prevent that sheath 9 from taking place radial shrinkage or deformation (sheath 9 is flexible material such as rubber, plastics and easily takes place to warp usually).

In this embodiment, the cross dimension of the first card slot 401 is larger than the cross dimension of the first card edge 903, and the cross dimension of the second card slot 501 is larger than the cross dimension of the second card edge 904. In order to enable the sheath 9 to form a good sealing effect on the connection between the pump body 4 and the pump cover 5, the cross section size of the boss 90 arranged on the sheath 9 is larger than that of the accommodating groove 402, so that after the pump cover 5 and the pump body 4 are jointed and fixed, the boss 90 is extruded and deformed, and the deformed part of the boss enters the first clamping groove 401 and the second clamping groove 501 through extrusion, so that the first clamping groove 401 and the second clamping groove 501 are filled, and the sealing effect of the sheath 9 on the connection position of the pump body 4 and the pump cover 5 is ensured.

Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of annular grooves 920 are formed on a joint surface of the rear sheath 92 and the front sheath 91 as a specific embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump according to the present invention. Because the mode that sheath 9 adopted the two parts laminating to constitute, it is good to require the sealing between the composition surface of preceding sheath 91 and back sheath 92, after pump cover 5 fixed mounting is on the pump body 4, pressurized deformation between the composition surface of preceding sheath 91 and back sheath 92 (including the composition surface of first boss 901 and second boss 902), consequently set up many annular 920 on the composition surface, reduce the area of contact of the composition surface of preceding sheath 91 and back sheath 92, and increase the deflection of composition surface, the connection gap between the composition surface of sheath 91 and back sheath 92 before the sealing that can be better, reach better sealed effect.

Referring to fig. 4 or 5, as an embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump of the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of the front protecting plate 7 and the outer peripheral surface of the rear protecting plate 8 are respectively provided with a corrugated structure 71. The corrugated structures 71 arranged on the peripheral surface of the front guard plate 7 and the peripheral surface of the rear guard plate 8 can form multi-layer annular sealing with the sheath 9, and the sealing effect is good; when the position of front guard plate 7, backplate 8 is adjusted, the relative position of front guard plate 7, backplate 8 and sheath 9 changes, nevertheless utilizes ripple structure 71 can guarantee to keep in close contact with between front guard plate 7 and sheath 9, backplate 8 and the sheath 9 all the time to avoid revealing.

As a specific embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, a first connecting piece 93 is embedded on a side wall of the front sheath 91, and the first connecting piece 93 is connected with a first fastening nut 94 through a screw thread after passing through the pump cover 5; the side wall of the rear sheath 92 is fitted with a second connector 95, and the second connector 95 is screwed with a second fastening nut 96 after passing through the pump body 4.

The front sheath 91 is fixedly connected with the pump cover 5 through the first connecting piece 93, and the rear sheath 92 is fixedly connected with the pump body 4 through the second connecting piece 95, so that the fixing stability of the sheath 9 is ensured, and the phenomenon that the front sheath 91 and the rear sheath 92 are sunken towards the impeller 6 is avoided; when the pump head is replaced, the first fastening nut 94 and the second fastening nut 96 need to be loosened appropriately to deform the front sheath 91 and the rear sheath 92 toward the impeller 6, so that the phenomenon that the front sheath 91 and the rear sheath 92 are damaged due to interference and abrasion caused by excessive movement amounts of the front guard plate 7 and the rear guard plate 8 is avoided.

In this embodiment, the side wall of the front sheath 91 and the side wall of the rear sheath 92 are respectively provided with a positioning table 905, the pump cover 5 and the pump body 4 are respectively provided with a positioning hole 403 corresponding to the positioning table 905, and each positioning table 905 is provided with a T-shaped hole 906 for embedding the first connecting piece 93 and the second connecting piece 95. When the front sheath 91 and the rear sheath 92 are installed, the positioning table 905 is embedded in the positioning hole 403, so that the installation and the fixation are convenient, and the sheath 9 can be prevented from being dislocated.

Referring to fig. 4 or 5, as a specific embodiment of the horizontal slurry pump provided by the present invention, the front protecting plate 7 is provided with a pressing flange 73 at the edge of the plate surface close to the pump cover 5, and the rear protecting plate 8 is provided with a pressing flange 73 at the edge of the plate surface close to the pump body 4. After the front guard plate 7 and the rear guard plate 8 are installed, the pressing ribs 73 can press the outer side surface of the sheath 9, so that the connection sealing performance between the front guard plate 7, the rear guard plate 8 and the sheath 9 is guaranteed.

In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the front fender 7 and the outer peripheral surface of the rear fender 8 are provided with buffer grooves 72, respectively. Since the front and rear protection plates 7 and 8 have the function of pressing the sheath 9 to deform the sheath, the sheath 9 is prevented from being damaged by pressure by providing the buffer groove 72 to accommodate the deformation of the sheath 9.
