5. The centrifugal impeller with stamping parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hub is centrally provided with a shaft hole for connecting a driving shaft, and the inner surface of the shaft hole is provided with a key groove.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of water pumps, and particularly relates to a stamping part centrifugal impeller.

Background

The impeller is a key part of the water pump, and the optimization design is mainly the impeller in the aspect of improving the efficiency of the water pump, wherein the blades are particularly key, and in all aspects of the blade shapes, a plurality of ancestors perform long-term exploration and obtain a plurality of excellent and effective effects. The water pump impeller in the prior art generally comprises a front cover, a rear cover and a plurality of blades which are arranged between the front cover and the rear cover and distributed along the circumferential direction, wherein the front cover, the blades and the rear cover are integrally formed through a casting process, so that a water flow channel is formed between any two adjacent impellers. Although the conventional water pump impeller can meet the requirement of actual production, the integral casting process is adopted, so that the product is inevitably provided with more or less sand holes, the strength of the blade is poor, and the blade is damaged after long-term use, which is one of the reasons for limiting the service life of the water pump impeller. In addition, because the surface accuracy of the blade surface and the inner surfaces of the front and rear covers is poor due to the integral casting, the resistance to the flow of water in the water flow channel is large, which not only reduces the efficiency of water flow pumping but also increases the load force of the water pump, thereby causing the actual water supply amount of the water pump with the same power to be obviously less than the theoretical value.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides a stamping centrifugal impeller, which aims to overcome the defects of uneven impeller surface, low strength, heavy weight, poor corrosion resistance and low working efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:

As a further improvement of the invention, the short blade is 2/3 which is the length of the long blade, and the centrifugal effect is the best in the state.

As a further improvement of the invention, the rear cover is welded to the hub by energy storage welding.

As a further improvement of the invention, the diameters of the front cover and the rear cover are 286mm respectively, the radius of the water inlet hole is larger than that of the central hole, the radius of the water inlet hole is 110.4mm, and the central hole is 66.7 mm.

As a further improvement of the invention, the center of the hub is provided with a shaft hole for connecting the driving shaft, and the inner surface of the shaft hole is provided with a key groove.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the impeller is manufactured by stamping a workpiece, so that the strength is higher, the impeller cannot be easily deformed, the impeller is more corrosion-resistant, the corrosion of impurities in liquid is effectively prevented, the surface of the workpiece is smoother, a short blade (the length of which is two thirds of that of the original blade) is added between every two adjacent original blades, the short blade performs secondary centrifugation on the liquid, the lift can be improved by 20 percent, the structure improves the working efficiency, the liquid supply capacity of a water pump is greatly improved, and the service life of the impeller is prolonged.
