1. An angle adjustment member for a blade, comprising:

the body is provided with a fixed connection surface and a blade connection surface which are opposite to each other, the fixed connection surface is provided with at least one inclined part, the blade connection surface is connected with a blade, and the at least one inclined part enables the blade to form a windward adjustment angle or a raising and drooping adjustment angle.

2. The blade angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the fastening surface has a windward long side and a guide long side opposite to each other, the at least one inclined portion is inclined downward from the guide long side toward the windward long side, and the windward adjustment angle is formed between the at least one inclined portion and a horizontal plane.

3. The blade angle adjustment of claim 1, wherein the angle of windward adjustment is greater than or equal to 2 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees.

4. The blade angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the fixing surface has an inner short side and an outer short side opposite to each other, the at least one inclined portion is inclined downward or upward from the inner short side toward the outer short side, and the at least one inclined portion forms the angle of the droop with a horizontal plane.

5. The blade angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the angle of the raise and drop adjustment is greater than or equal to 2 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees.

6. The blade angle adjuster according to claim 1, further comprising a stop projection connected to and projecting from the blade connecting surface.

7. The blade angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the body has at least one through hole passing through the fastening surface and the blade attachment surface, and an axial direction of each through hole is perpendicular to the fastening surface.

8. A ceiling fan, comprising:

a motor;

the adapter plate is provided with a central plate combined with the motor and a plurality of locking strips connected to the periphery of the central plate;

a plurality of angle adjusting members as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, each angle adjusting member being connected to a corresponding locking strip by the fastening face; and

and each blade is connected with the corresponding blade connecting surface of the angle adjusting piece.

9. The ceiling fan of claim 8 wherein the body has at least one through hole passing through the fastening surface and the blade attachment surface, the through hole having an axis perpendicular to the fastening surface.

10. The ceiling fan of claim 9, wherein each locking bar has at least one locking hole, each blade has at least one through hole, and the corresponding locking hole of the locking bar, the through hole of the angle adjusting member and the through hole of the blade are penetratingly combined by a locking member.

11. The ceiling fan of claim 8 wherein the angle adjustment member further comprises a stop projection connected to and projecting from the blade connection surface, the stop projection having an inner surface adjacent the blade connection surface, the end surface of the blade abutting the inner surface.

12. The ceiling fan of claim 8 wherein the blade attachment surface is shaped to conform to the shape of the blade.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an angle adjusting piece of a blade and a ceiling fan thereof, in particular to the angle adjusting piece of the blade and the ceiling fan thereof, which can adjust the air volume and the blowing range.

Background

Ceiling fans are widely used by the public because they do not occupy the ground space and have good air disturbance effect. Existing ceiling fans have a stator, a rotor, and a plurality of fan blades. The stator is provided with a shaft lever, the rotor is rotatably combined on the periphery of the shaft lever and provided with a hub, and the fan blades are combined on the hub; the hub of the rotor rotates relative to the shaft lever of the stator to drive the fan blades to rotate synchronously, and therefore the fan blades expel wind to generate air flow. One embodiment of a ceiling fan similar to this prior art is disclosed in taiwan patent application No. I601920, "ceiling fan".

However, after the blades of the conventional ceiling fan are combined with the hub, the windward angle or the blowing range of the blades is fixed. Therefore, if a customer needs to purchase a fan with a larger or smaller air volume and a wider or more concentrated blowing range, in order to meet the customer's requirements, a manufacturer must open the mold to produce blades at different angles, which not only consumes the production operation time, but also greatly increases the manufacturing cost, thereby resulting in poor economic benefits.

In view of the above, there is a need for improvement of existing ceiling fans.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an angle adjusting member for a blade and a ceiling fan thereof, wherein the angle adjusting member can be combined with the blade of the ceiling fan, so that the blade can form a windward adjustment angle or a hanging adjustment angle with respect to a horizontal plane, thereby meeting the product requirements of customers.

In the following description of the present invention, the terms "front", "back", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "side", and the like are used mainly for reference to the directions of the drawings, and the terms are only used for the purpose of describing and understanding the embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention.

The blade angle adjusting member of the present invention comprises: the body is provided with a fixed connection surface and a blade connection surface which are opposite to each other, the fixed connection surface is provided with at least one inclined part, the blade connection surface is connected with a blade, and the at least one inclined part enables the blade to form a windward adjustment angle or a raising and drooping adjustment angle.

The ceiling fan of the invention comprises: a motor; the adapter plate is provided with a central plate combined with the motor and a plurality of locking strips connected to the periphery of the central plate; a plurality of angle adjusting pieces, wherein each angle adjusting piece is connected with a corresponding locking strip by the fixed connection surface; and each blade is connected with the corresponding blade connecting surface of the angle adjusting piece.

Therefore, the angle adjusting piece of the blade and the ceiling fan thereof have the advantages that the fixed connection surface of the angle adjusting piece is provided with at least one inclined part, and when the blade is connected to the blade connection surface of the angle adjusting piece, the blade can form the windward adjusting angle to adjust the air guiding quantity or form the hanging adjusting angle to adjust the blowing range; therefore, no matter the customers want to purchase fans with larger or smaller air volume and wider or more concentrated blowing range, manufacturers do not need to open the molds to produce blades with different required angles again, and the fan blade assembly has the effects of reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the economic benefit.

Wherein, this rigid coupling face has a relative windward side long limit and a water conservancy diversion side long limit, and this at least one rake is declined towards this windward side long limit by this water conservancy diversion side long limit, forms this windward adjustment angle between this at least one rake and the horizontal plane. Therefore, the structure is simple and convenient to manufacture, and the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost is achieved.

The body is provided with at least one through hole penetrating through the fixed connection surface and the blade connection surface, and the axial direction of each through hole is vertical to the fixed connection surface. Therefore, the assembly device has the effect of improving the assembly convenience.

Each locking bar is provided with at least one locking hole, each blade is provided with at least one through hole, and the corresponding locking hole of the locking bar, the through hole of the angle adjusting piece and the through hole of the blade are combined by a locking piece in a penetrating way. Therefore, the effect of improving the combination stability is achieved.

The angle adjusting piece is provided with a stopping lug, the stopping lug is connected with and protrudes out of the blade connecting surface, the stopping lug is provided with an inner surface adjacent to the blade connecting surface, and the end surface of the blade is abutted against the inner surface. Therefore, the blade has the effect of improving the convenience of assembling the blade.

Wherein the blade connecting surface is formed to conform to the shape of the blade. Therefore, the blade connecting surface and the blade are easy to combine.

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:

referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the blade angle adjusting member J of the present invention includes a main body 1 coupled between a hub 4 and a blade 5 of a ceiling fan.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the body 1 has a fixing surface 11 and a blade connecting surface 12 opposite to each other, the fixing surface 11 can be used to connect the adaptor plate 4, and the blade connecting surface 12 is used to connect the blade 5. The fixing surface 11 may have a windward long side 111 and a diversion long side 112 opposite to each other, and a part or all of the fixing surface 11 preferably is in a form of descending from the diversion long side 112 to the windward long side 111, so that an inclined portion 11a is formed on the fixing surface 11, and an windward adjustment angle θ 1 may be formed between the inclined portion 11a and a horizontal plane S. The windward adjustment angle θ 1 is preferably greater than or equal to 2 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees, so that the blade 5 can provide a larger air guiding amount. In addition, the body 1 may further have a plurality of through holes 13, the plurality of through holes 13 penetrate through the fixing surface 11 and the blade connecting surface 12, and an axial direction C of each through hole 13 is preferably perpendicular to the fixing surface 11.

The angle adjusting piece J of the blade can also comprise a stopping lug 2, and the stopping lug 2 is connected with and protrudes out of the blade connecting surface 12; in the present embodiment, the stopping protrusion 2 and the body 1 are preferably integrally formed, so as to enhance the structural strength of the angle adjusting member J. Wherein the stop lug 2 may have an inner surface 21, the inner surface 21 abutting the blade connection surface 12.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, according to the above structure, the angle adjusting member J can be used in a ceiling fan, the ceiling fan includes a motor 3, the above adapter plate 4 and a plurality of blades 5, the adapter plate 4 is combined with the motor 3, and the plurality of blades 5 are indirectly combined with the adapter plate 4 through the angle adjusting member J. In detail, the adaptor plate 4 may have a central plate 41 and a plurality of locking bars 42, and the adaptor plate 4 is coupled to the motor 3 by the central plate 41. The plurality of locking strips 42 are connected to the periphery of the central disc 41, and the plurality of locking strips 42 are connected with the fixing surfaces 11 of the angle adjusting pieces J; each locking bar 42 may have a plurality of locking holes 421, and the plurality of locking holes 421 correspond to the plurality of through holes 13 of the body 1.

Each blade 5 is connected to the blade connecting surface 12 of the corresponding angle adjusting member J, in this embodiment, the blade connecting surface 12 can form a curved surface, so that the blade connecting surface 12 can conform to the shape of the blade 5, and the body 1 and the blade 5 can be easily combined. Each blade 5 may have a plurality of through holes 51, and the plurality of through holes 51 correspond to the plurality of locking holes 421 of the adaptor disk 4 and the plurality of through holes 13 of the body 1; thus, the locking hole 421 of the locking bar 42, the through hole 13 of the angle adjuster J, and the through hole 51 of the blade 5 can be penetrated and combined by a locking member 6, so that the angle adjuster J can be stably connected between the locking bar 42 and the blade 5, thereby improving the stability of combination. In addition, the end surface of the blade 5 near the motor 3 preferably abuts against the inner surface 21 of the stop lug 2; therefore, when the blade 5 is assembled, the blade 5 can be easily positioned, and the effect of improving the assembling convenience is achieved.

Specifically, the fastening surface 11 of the angle adjustment member J may be connected to the lower surface of the locking bar 42 as shown in fig. 5, and the blade 5 is connected to the blade connecting surface 12 of the angle adjustment member J, so that the blade 5 is located below the adaptor plate 4; alternatively, the fastening surface 11 of the angle adjusting member J may be connected to the upper surface of the locking bar 42 as shown in fig. 6, and the blade 5 is connected to the blade connecting surface 12 of the angle adjusting member J, so that the blade 5 is located above the adaptor plate 4. Therefore, the horizontal height of the blade 5 can be adjusted according to the actual use requirement.

Therefore, the body 1 is connected between the locking bar 42 of the adapter plate 4 and the blade 5, and the inclined portion 11a of the fastening surface 11 makes the blade 5 form the windward adjustment angle θ 1 with respect to the horizontal plane S; when the ceiling fan rotates, the windward side of the blade 5 cuts air, the air is cut into an upper air flow and a lower air flow, and the windward adjustment angle theta 1 increases the air flow below the blade 5; therefore, the air guiding quantity of the ceiling fan during rotation can be improved. Even if the motor 3 is at a low rotation speed, the blades 5 can generate effective airflow to maintain a predetermined air volume, and at the same time, the energy saving effect can be achieved.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, which are second embodiments of the blade angle adjusting member J of the present invention, in the present embodiment, the fixing surface 11 may have an inner short side 113 and an outer short side 114 opposite to each other, and a part or all of the fixing surface 11 preferably has a shape of declining from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114, so that another inclined portion 11b is formed on the fixing surface 11, and a raising and dropping adjusting angle θ 2 is formed between the another inclined portion 11b and a horizontal plane S. Wherein, the raising and hanging adjustment angle theta 2 is preferably greater than or equal to 2 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees; so that the blade 5 can provide the effect of better adjusting the blowing range. Specifically, the angle adjusting member J may have the stopping protrusion 2 as shown in fig. 8; alternatively, the stop projection 2 may not be provided as shown in fig. 9.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, after the vane 5 is connected to the vane connecting surface 12 of the angle adjuster J, the other inclined portion 11b of the fixing surface 11 lifts the vane 5 from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114; when the ceiling fan rotates, the blades 5 which are raised can increase the blowing range to provide a large area of space for the driving fluid, thereby improving the air circulation and making the environment more comfortable.

Referring to fig. 12 and 13, which show a third embodiment of the angle adjusting member J of the blade of the present invention, in this embodiment, a part or the whole of the fixing surface 11 is preferably inclined upward from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114, so that another inclined portion 11c is formed on the fixing surface 11, and the flying angle θ 2 is formed between the another inclined portion 11c and a horizontal plane S. Therefore, after the vane 5 is connected to the vane connecting surface 12 of the angle adjuster J, the other inclined portion 11c of the fixed surface 11 makes the vane 5 hang from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114; when the ceiling fan rotates, the blades 5 formed to be drooped can make the blowing range more concentrated to provide a small area space for the driving fluid.

In summary, the angle adjusting member for blade and the ceiling fan thereof of the present invention have at least one inclined portion on the fixing surface of the angle adjusting member, so that the blade can form the windward adjusting angle to adjust the air guiding amount or the blowing range by forming the blowing adjusting angle after the blade is connected to the blade connecting surface of the angle adjusting member; therefore, no matter the customers want to purchase fans with larger or smaller air volume and wider or more concentrated blowing range, manufacturers do not need to open the molds to produce blades with different required angles again, and the fan blade assembly has the effects of reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the economic benefit.
