As shown in the figure, the device comprises a bottom plate 1, a switch collision block 2, a micro switch 3, a button or toggle assembly 4, an electromagnet 5, a lever assembly, a pawl assembly, a supporting block 9, a return spring 8, a return plate 10, a fixing plate 11, a ratchet wheel and steel wire rope wheel disc assembly 12; a lever shaft 6-1, a central shaft 13 and a steel wire 14 are fixed on the bottom plate; the lever component comprises a lever shaft and a lever, the rear end of the lever shaft is provided with a flexible fixed end which is matched with the electromagnet armature and the button component, the front end of the lever shaft is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping groove at the front end of the lever is matched with the rear end bulge of the supporting block 9 in a lap joint (matching) mode when the lever is in a reset state, and the rear end bulge of the supporting block 9 is separated from the lever clamping groove when the lever acts; the pawl component is arranged on the reset plate 10, the supporting block, the pawl and the reset plate 10 are relatively fixed and can rotate around a rotating shaft 10-1, and the pawl (tooth) 7-1 at the upper end is arranged between the gear teeth of the ratchet wheel 7 in the reset state; after action, under the action of the right thrust of the pawl (tooth) 7-1 on the ratchet wheel 7, the whole ratchet wheel assembly moves clockwise around the shaft, and the overlapping joint of the pawl (tooth) 7-1 and the ratchet wheel fails; the rear end of the reset plate can contact a switch collision block of the micro switch when rotating; the ratchet wheel and steel wire rope wheel assembly 12 comprises a ratchet wheel, a steel wire rope wheel and a central shaft, wherein the ratchet wheel and the steel wire rope wheel which are coaxial rotate on the central shaft, and steel wires are fixed on the steel wire rope wheel and wound on the steel wire rope wheel in a parallel winding mode. The reset plate 10, the fixing plate 11, the ratchet wheel and steel wire wheel disc component 12, the switch collision block 2, the micro switch 3, the button component, the electromagnet 5, the lever component, the pawl component, the reset spring 8 and the supporting block 9 are all arranged on the bottom plate 1.

The button assembly comprises a button 4-1, a vertical inclined plate 4-3, a spring 4-2, a button mounting bracket 4 and a toggle connecting rod 4-4, wherein a slotted hole 4-5 is formed in the toggle connecting rod, and the vertical inclined plate 4-3 is inserted into the slotted hole. Button, vertical swash plate integration and install on button installing support, button spring housing is in the upper end of vertical swash plate, stirs the connecting rod and is the horizontal direction, stirs connecting rod and lever assembly interlock. Electromagnet 5 is an electromagnet that operates at DC 24V.

The lever component comprises a lever shaft 6-1, an integrated lever 6 and a clamping groove 6-2 at the front end of the lever, a supporting block (a bulge at the rear end) is clamped by the clamping groove in the same shape as the clamping groove, when the supporting block is prepared by a flat plate, the bulge at the rear end of the supporting block is a plate with a downward bent edge and is clamped in the clamping groove, when an electromagnet is attracted or a button is pressed down, the clamping groove moves leftwards, the supporting block (the bulge at the rear end) is separated from the clamping groove, the pawl component comprises pawls 7-1 which can passively rotate (clockwise or anticlockwise) around the shaft 10-1, and at the moment, the ratchet wheel is released, although the pawls are still; when the electromagnet or the button does not act, the front end of the lever resets rightwards; when the manual spanner rotates the ratchet wheel component clockwise, the pawl of the pawl component rotates anticlockwise around the rotating shaft 10-1 under the action of the friction force of the ratchet wheel and the torsion force of the supporting block resetting tension spring 10, and the bent part of the rear end bulge of the supporting block enters the clamping groove of the lever again and is in lap joint locking.

In FIG. 3, the pawl assembly comprises a pawl 7-1 and a vertically upturned rear stop plate 7 integrally prepared with the pawl, a long waist-shaped or long strip-shaped hole 7-2 is formed in the center of the rear stop plate, the rear end of the rear stop plate 7 is fixed with a return spring 8, the front end of the return spring 8 is fixedly arranged on a return plate 10, the pawl 7-1 and the rear stop plate 7 integrally prepared with the pawl are fixed below the return plate, a rotating shaft 10-1 is a supporting block 9, the pawl 7-1, the return plate and a mounting shaft of the pawl assembly (the supporting block 9, the return plate and the pawl assembly are sleeved on the mounting shaft), and the mounting shaft is inserted into the front end of the long strip-shaped hole 7-2 formed in the rear stop plate; when an inner hexagonal wrench is used for clockwise rotating the ratchet wheel and the wire rope wheel disc assembly 12 (related to the ratchet wheel tooth direction of the ratchet wheel, corresponding to the figure 1 of the invention), the ratchet teeth are continuously pushed away along the bevel edge of the ratchet wheel teeth and are embedded between ratchet teeth of one ratchet wheel and another ratchet wheel in a reciprocating motion under the action of the return spring 8, the pawl 7-1 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 7-2, the rotating shaft 10-1 penetrates through the strip-shaped hole 7-2, the pawl 7-1 is driven by the return spring 8 to do the reciprocating motion under the limitation of the strip-shaped hole 7-2 (when the counter-clockwise is performed, the bulge at the rear end of the supporting block is limited by the clamping groove, and the ratchet. Reference numeral 11 of the fixing plate, and a ratchet and wire rope wheel assembly 12. The rear end of the supporting block 9 is provided with a rear end bulge matched with the clamping groove, and the rear end bulge is in concave-convex fit with the clamping groove. The fixing plate 11 may be omitted, and the ratchet may be fixed firmly with the central shaft in the wire sheave disc assembly 12 by using a fixing frame.

When the lever is in a reset state, the electromagnet and the button are in normal positions, namely the electromagnet does not work, the button is not pressed down, when the lever is in the reset state, the clamping groove 6-2 at the front end of the lever and the rear end bulge of the supporting block 9 are in a matched position, the rear end bulge of the supporting block 9, the upper end pawl and the reset plate 10 are relatively fixed and cannot rotate, the pawl 7-1 is arranged between the teeth of the ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel can only rotate clockwise in one direction, in the figure, an inner hexagonal wrench can only be manually used for rotating clockwise, when the pawl rotates, the pawl rotates clockwise on the central shaft corresponding to the steel wire wheel disc, the steel wire drives the valve shaft to be tensioned; if the button is pressed or the electromagnet works to suck, the movable fixed end of the electromagnet armature or the button component drives the rear end lever to rotate anticlockwise, the clamping groove on the front end lever is disengaged from the rear end bulge of the supporting block 9, the supporting block (the rear end bulge) and the pawl component can rotate clockwise around the rotating shaft 10-1, the pawl is equivalent to a unhooking state, the tensioned valve shaft steel wire can drive the ratchet wheel to rotate anticlockwise, and the blades or the valve of the smoke exhaust fire-proof valve can enter an action state (opening or closing, set according to requirements). When the pawl can rotate around the rotating shaft 10-1, the right end of the supporting plate 9 is separated from the switch collision block 2 of the microswitch; a valve actuation signal is sent to the control end of the building through the microswitch. The valve actuating signal can determine the work or disconnection of the electromagnetic valve, and when the valve actuating signal is disconnected, the actuating device returns to the reset state. The pawl is also reset (the resetting process is described in the above paragraph), then the ratchet wheel and the wire rope wheel disc are manually rotated clockwise, then the wire is wound on the wire rope wheel, the wire drives the valve shaft to be tensioned, and the valve is in the resetting state. One end of the supporting block reset tension spring 9-1 is provided with a supporting block 9 which is used for pulling the supporting block to rotate and reset. And a torsion spring can be arranged on a rotating shaft such as a lever for resetting.

The working process of the ratchet wheel assembly is as follows: when the pawl is released, the pull force of the steel wire rope enables the ratchet wheel device to rotate anticlockwise, and when the pawl is reset, the steel wire rope is overcome by adopting the inner hexagonal wrench to rotate clockwise.

The elastic force of the supporting block reset tension spring 9-1 (a torsion spring can also be adopted) enables the supporting block to rotate anticlockwise to reset to a reset state, at the moment, the pawl is lapped into a groove of the ratchet wheel, and the ratchet wheel cannot rotate anticlockwise; at the moment, the supporting block 9 and the front end of the lever are provided with matching grooves and tenons, namely, notches and the supporting block are in matched lap joint with each other in a protruding mode.

The supporting block and the front end of the lever are provided with matching grooves and tenons, namely, bulges and gaps, the supporting block is arranged below the lever, the pawl is arranged in the middle of the supporting block, the reset plate is arranged on the pawl, the pawl slides along a hole in the middle of the pawl, and a vertical rotating shaft is arranged on the supporting block or the reset plate through drilling.

The main characteristic of the invention is that after the action, under the action of the reset tension spring 9-1 or the reset button spring arranged below the support plate, when the ratchet wheel is reset by the inner hexagonal wrench, the pawl device can automatically return to the initial state (the reset state (the state that the ratchet wheel is limited by the pawl teeth) at the same time, so that the ratchet wheel and the pawl teeth are effectively lapped again, and one group of output passive signals can be two groups.

The supporting block 9 and the front end of the lever are provided with matching grooves and tenons, namely notches and bulges, the supporting block 9 (with a shaped flat plate structure) is arranged below, the pawl is arranged in the middle, the reset plate is arranged above the pawl, the pawl can slide along a hole in the middle, and the supporting block and the reset plate are provided with holes for mounting a vertical rotating shaft 10-1.

Embodiment of the button assembly: the lever component is used for providing a force for shifting the lever at the rear end of the lever shaft, so that the button component can structurally be a shifting connecting rod for shifting the shifting button and fixing the pressing button, and the end part of the shifting connecting rod is in linkage contact with or fixed to the lever at the rear end of the lever shaft, namely, a left-right shifting rod is provided; if the installation position of the manual handle is the same as that of the existing smoke exhaust fire prevention valve, the button assembly is better in the following structure: the button subassembly includes the button, vertical swash plate, compression spring, button support 4 and stir the connecting rod, the tip of stirring the connecting rod is equipped with the interlock contact with lever shaft rear end lever or fixed, the button is fixed with vertical swash plate, or the cover has compression spring on the inside member of button, button support fixes on the bottom plate, expose on the button support and make the button in the hole that stretches out and draws back perpendicularly, the fixed vertical swash plate in lower part of button, vertical swash plate is in stirring a rectangular hole that the connecting rod was seted up on the surface, the tip of vertical swash plate is down, be equipped with on the lever with the loose stiff end of electromagnet armature and button subassembly, if stir the lever through a round pin axle and lever relatively fixed or through a couple. The external specification of the valve actuator is equivalent to that of the existing actuator, a rope wheel disc coaxial with a ratchet wheel can be manually rotated through a tool, a steel wire rope wound on the rope wheel disc through a manual handle (spanner) can be released under the action of elasticity or gravity to remotely control the valve, and the valve actuator can be controlled through a manual button or an electromagnet.
