6. A method for rapidly testing the formaldehyde emission of an artificial board product by using the device for rapidly testing the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

measuring artificial board products with different sizes by a climatic chamber method to obtain the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board products with different sizes, and recording the formaldehyde emission data of each artificial board product;

taking artificial board products with the same size, placing the artificial board products in a ventilation environment with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 45-55% for at least 120h, then respectively placing the artificial board products in an experiment cabin for at least 12h, wherein the temperature in the experiment cabin is 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity is 45-55%, obtaining samples from a sampling port of the experiment cabin through an electronic nose, and respectively collecting and obtaining odor maps of the artificial board products with different sizes;

establishing a function model between the formaldehyde emission data of the artificial board product and the odor spectrum of the artificial board product with the corresponding size;

and placing the artificial board product to be tested in the experimental cabin, collecting the odor spectrum of the artificial board product, and obtaining the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product corresponding to the function model.

The method for rapidly testing the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product according to claim 6, wherein a function model is established between the formaldehyde emission data of the artificial board product and the odor spectrum of the artificial board product with the corresponding size by a partial least squares method.

8. The method for rapidly testing formaldehyde emission of artificial board products according to claim 6, wherein the sampling flow rate of the electronic nose is 300-500ml/min, and the sampling time is 40-80 s.

9. The method for rapidly testing the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product according to claim 8, wherein the sampling flow rate of the electronic nose is 400ml/min, and the sampling time is 60 s.

The method for rapidly testing formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the temperature of the ventilated environment is 23 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50%, and the temperature in the experimental chamber is 23 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50%.

Background

At present, the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board products is mainly measured by a climatic box method, a perforated extraction method and a dryer method. The climate box method is close to the actual use condition, and gradually becomes the most main test method, the pretreatment and test time of the climate box method is long, the equipment requirement is high, and the data is easy to deviate.

Therefore, a device and a method for rapidly testing the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product are needed, wherein the device and the method have the advantages of accurate test result, simple test and low requirement on equipment.

taking artificial board products with the same size, placing the artificial board products in a ventilation environment with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 45-55% for at least 120h, then respectively placing the artificial board products in an experiment cabin for at least 12h, wherein the temperature in the experiment cabin is 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity is 45-55%, obtaining samples from a sampling port of the experiment cabin through an electronic nose, and respectively collecting and obtaining odor maps of the artificial board products with different sizes;

establishing a function model between the formaldehyde emission data of the artificial board product and the odor spectrum of the artificial board product with the corresponding size;

and placing the artificial board product to be tested in the experimental cabin, collecting the odor spectrum of the artificial board product, and obtaining the formaldehyde emission of the artificial board product corresponding to the function model.

The test chamber 100 may be in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, it being understood that in other embodiments the structure and shape of the test chamber 100 is not limited to the above, but the structure and shape of the test chamber 100 may also be cylindrical, square tubular, etc.

The experimental chamber 100 comprises a test cavity, and a sample inlet and a sampling port which are communicated with the test cavity. And a cabin door is arranged at the sample inlet and used for closing or opening the sample inlet, and the sample inlet is used for placing the artificial board product to be tested into the test cavity or taking the artificial board product out of the test cavity.

The temperature control unit 200 and the humidity control unit 300 are both arranged in the test chamber to respectively control the temperature and the humidity in the test chamber.

The electronic nose 400 is located outside the experiment chamber 100 and is communicated with the sampling port, and the electronic nose 400 is used for collecting and obtaining the odor spectrum of the artificial board product to be tested. The electronic nose 400 may be a commercially available electronic nose 400.

Further, the temperature control unit 200 is an air conditioner.
