Based on the hardware framework, the embodiment of the brightness adjusting method of the display screen of the household appliance is provided.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a brightness adjusting method for a display screen of a household appliance according to the present invention, the brightness adjusting method for the display screen of the household appliance includes:

step S10, detecting a first brightness value of the external environment of the household appliance at regular time;

the home appliance in the present invention refers to an appliance having a display screen, such as an air conditioner, an induction cooker, an electric cooker, and the like. The display screen can be used as a user input interface and consists of a nixie tube, an FET screen (unipolar transistor), an LED lamp and other display devices. The household appliance comprises a brightness sensor, in particular a light-sensitive sensor, which detects a brightness value (first brightness value) for detecting an external environment of the household appliance; the household appliance further comprises a special brightness adjusting register, specifically a micro control unit (MUC), the photosensitive sensor converts the detected external environment brightness value into an electric signal, then transmits the electric signal to the MUC, and restores the electric signal into the external environment brightness value after the MUC receives the electric signal. The brightness adjustment of the display screen refers to the background brightness adjustment of the display screen.

Step S20, calculating a luminance difference between the currently detected first luminance value and the last detected first luminance value;

the household appliance detects the brightness value (first brightness value) of the external environment at intervals of a preset time length, wherein the preset time length can be any suitable value, such as 5 min.

Step S30, determining a first brightness correction value of the display screen according to the brightness difference value and the current brightness value of the display screen;

after the brightness difference value of the external environment is determined, the household appliance can obtain the brightness correction value of the display screen by taking the current brightness value of the display screen as a reference value. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of a process of determining a first brightness correction value of a display screen according to the brightness difference and a current brightness value of the display screen, where the step S30 includes:

step S31, acquiring a brightness interval corresponding to the current brightness value;

step S32, obtaining a first brightness correction value corresponding to the brightness difference value in the brightness interval;

in general, the luminance value at night is 0.001cd/m2-0.3cd/m2The brightness value in the cloudy room is 5cd/m2-50cd/m2The indoor brightness value in a sunny day is 100cd/m2-1000cd/m2In the present invention, an external environment brightness value of the home appliance is subdivided into a plurality of brightnessesIntervals, e.g. luminance value (lux) e 0, 20]For the first luminance interval, lux ∈ [20, 40 ]]The second brightness interval is defined, and so on, correspondingly, each brightness interval corresponds to a brightness value (second brightness value) of the display screen, and the first brightness interval [0, 20 ]]Brightness value of 10cd/m corresponding to display screen2Second brightness interval [20, 40 ]]The corresponding brightness value of the display screen is 15cd/m2The division of the brightness interval and the determination of the brightness value of the display screen corresponding to the brightness interval can be set according to the actual situation, and are not limited to the above description; it can be understood that the external environment brightness value, the brightness interval (referred to as the external environment brightness interval) and the brightness value of the display screen have a one-to-one correspondence relationship. The household appliance stores the mapping relation between the brightness interval and the brightness value of the display screen in the MUC, firstly determines the brightness interval of the brightness value of the external environment after the MUC restores the brightness value of the external environment according to the received electric signal, then obtains the brightness value of the display screen according to the mapping relation between the brightness interval and the brightness value of the display screen, and the obtained brightness correction value of the display screen is the first brightness correction value. It should be noted that the external environment brightness value is in a direct proportion to the display screen brightness value, that is, the higher the external environment brightness value is, the higher the display screen brightness value is.

Step S40, adjusting the brightness of the display screen according to the first brightness correction value;

the brightness of the display screen is adjusted by the magnitude of the driving current provided by the driving circuit, the brightness value (first brightness correction value) of each display screen has a corresponding driving current, the mapping relation between the first brightness correction value and the driving current is recorded in the MUC, after the MUC obtains the first brightness correction value, the driving current is obtained according to the mapping relation between the first brightness correction value and the driving current, and then the driving circuit is controlled to transmit the corresponding driving current to the display screen, so that the brightness of the display screen is adjusted.

It should be noted that, when the user operates the household electrical appliance, the display screen may display corresponding data, for example, when the household electrical appliance is an electric cooker, the user may set a soup cooking time of the electric cooker, and at this time, the set soup cooking time may be displayed on the display screen. When the user does not operate the household appliance for a long time (including remote control operation, key operation and the like), that is, when the display screen does not receive any operation instruction or display instruction, at this time, the MUC may control the display screen to display at a preset brightness value, a preset duration may be set for the "long time" in the above, the preset duration may be any suitable value, for example, 5min, and the preset brightness value may be any number of combination.

When the household appliance starts to operate, the display screen is displayed with a preset brightness value, the brightness value of the external environment of the household appliance is detected at the moment, then the brightness interval corresponding to the first brightness value is determined, the corresponding brightness value (third brightness value) of the display screen is obtained according to the brightness interval, and finally the brightness of the display screen is adjusted to be the third brightness value.

In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the household appliance adjusts the brightness of the display screen by detecting the brightness value of the external environment, then calculating the brightness difference value between the currently detected external brightness value and the last detected external brightness value, and then obtaining the brightness correction value according to the brightness difference value and the current brightness value of the display screen; because the brightness of the display screen is adjusted along with the brightness of the external environment, the user experience is improved.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a second embodiment of the brightness adjusting method for a display screen of a household appliance, and based on the above embodiment, after step S40, the method further includes:

step S50, when a brightness adjusting instruction of the display screen is received, acquiring a corresponding second brightness value according to the brightness adjusting instruction;

step S60, adjusting the brightness of the display screen according to the second brightness value;

the self-adjustment of the display screen by the household appliance does not necessarily meet the expectation of the user, and the user can adjust the brightness of the display screen by himself. In the present embodiment, the brightness adjustment instruction refers to a user operation for the brightness of the display screen of the home appliance. The household appliance is provided with a key which can be used for adjusting the brightness, and a user can adjust the brightness value of the display screen according to the key or adjust the brightness of the display screen according to a remote controller matched with the household appliance. In this embodiment, the MUC sets the brightness level of the display screen to a brightness level, each brightness level corresponds to a display screen brightness value (second brightness value), the brightness levels may be sorted according to a sequence number from small to large, and the higher the sorting is, the higher the second brightness value is. The following describes in detail a flow of receiving a brightness adjustment instruction of a user by a display screen with reference to a specific example:

if the current isocratic level of the display screen is 15, the user performs brightness up-regulation operation for the brightness of the display screen once, the brightness level of the display screen set by the user is 16, the MUC searches a corresponding second brightness value according to the brightness level of the display screen being 16, and finally, the brightness is regulated according to the searched brightness value.

Because the brightness interval is more, the corresponding brightness level is also more, in order to reasonably adjust the brightness of the display screen, the MUC may set a fixed number of brightness levels that a user adjusts up or down at the current brightness level of the display screen (the brightness level automatically adjusted by the household appliance), where the fixed number may be any suitable number, for example, 10 times. After the user inputs the brightness adjusting instruction once, the display screen can adjust the brightness value once correspondingly, if the user inputs the brightness adjusting instruction for many times, and the interval duration is very short, the display screen can not adjust one by one according to the input brightness adjusting instruction, and can record the adjusting times, finally obtain the adjusted brightness level, and then adjust, certainly, aiming at the brightness adjusting instruction which is input by the user rapidly and frequently, the household appliance can set the brightness adjusting instruction to take effect for protection, namely, only the brightness adjusting instruction of which the interval duration is greater than the preset duration can take effect, and the effective brightness adjusting instruction can be displayed on the display screen, so the service life of the key can be prolonged, and the service life of the household appliance can be ensured.

In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the brightness adjustment instruction of the display screen is received, the corresponding brightness value is obtained according to the brightness adjustment instruction, so that the brightness of the display screen is adjusted, a user can adjust the brightness of the display screen according to own preference, and the user experience is improved.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a third embodiment of the brightness adjusting method for a display screen of a household appliance according to the present invention, and based on the second embodiment, after the step S40, the method further includes:

step S70, when receiving the brightness adjusting instruction of the display screen, obtaining the times of receiving the brightness adjusting instruction;

step S80, when the number of times of the received brightness adjusting instruction is larger than or equal to the preset number of times, the current brightness value is corrected according to each brightness adjusting instruction, and the brightness of the display screen is adjusted according to the corrected current brightness value;

step S90, when the number of times of the received brightness adjusting instruction is less than the preset number of times, executing the step of obtaining a corresponding second brightness value according to the brightness adjusting instruction;

the self-adjustment of the household appliance to the display screen does not necessarily accord with the expectation of a user, when the user is not satisfied with the brightness of the current display screen, a brightness adjustment instruction is input to adjust the brightness of the display screen, when the user adjusts a certain second brightness value for multiple times, the second brightness value can be considered not to accord with the habit of the user, and at the moment, the second brightness value can be corrected according to the brightness adjustment instruction of the user. Based on this, the household appliance sets that the MUC can record each user brightness adjusting instruction aiming at the brightness value of the display screen, when the brightness adjusting instruction input by a user is received, the number of times of the brightness adjusting instruction aiming at the current brightness value of the display screen (including the current brightness adjusting instruction) is firstly obtained, when the number of times of the user brightness adjusting instruction aiming at the current brightness value of the display screen is larger than or equal to the preset number, the current brightness value of the display screen is corrected, then the brightness of the display screen is adjusted according to the corrected current brightness value of the display screen, and the preset number can be any appropriate number, such as 5 times; if the number of times of the user brightness adjustment instruction for the current brightness value of the display screen is less than the preset number of times, the brightness value of the display screen corresponding to the brightness adjustment instruction is obtained to adjust the brightness of the display screen (i.e., step S50 is executed). It should be noted that the current brightness value of the modified display screen is recorded by the MUC, and the current brightness value of the display screen is recorded by the MUC at the next timeWhen the brightness value is displayed, the modified current brightness value is used as a default value, for example, the current brightness value of the display screen is 60cd/m2The brightness level is 17, and the corrected current brightness value is 65cd/m2Then the luminance value of the display screen is 65cd/m when the display screen is displayed at the luminance level 17 next time2

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a process of modifying the current luminance value according to each luminance adjustment command, where the step S80 includes:

step S81, acquiring a second brightness value corresponding to each brightness adjusting instruction;

step S82, calculating an average brightness value according to each second brightness value, and obtaining a second brightness correction value according to the average brightness value;

step S83, correcting the current brightness value according to the second brightness correction value;

when the current brightness value of the display screen needs to be corrected, the MUC acquires the brightness value (second brightness value) corresponding to the user brightness adjustment instruction of the current brightness value of the display screen, calculates the average brightness value according to each second brightness value, and then determines the brightness correction value (second brightness correction value) of the current brightness value of the display screen according to the average brightness value. For example, the brightness levels 15, 16 of the display screen correspond to a brightness value of 50cd/m2、55cd/m2And an average luminance value of 54cd/m2At this time, 55cd/m can be selected2As the second luminance correction value.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating another detailed flow of modifying the current luminance value according to each luminance adjusting instruction, wherein the step S80 includes:

step S84, acquiring a second brightness value corresponding to each brightness adjusting instruction;

step S85, determining a luminance interval corresponding to each of the second luminance values;

step S86, when there is a luminance interval corresponding to the plurality of second luminance values, obtaining a third luminance correction value according to the luminance interval corresponding to the plurality of second luminance values;

step S87, correcting the current brightness value according to the third brightness correction value;

when the current brightness value of the display screen is determined to need to be corrected, the MUC acquires a brightness value (a second brightness value) corresponding to a user brightness adjusting instruction of the current brightness value of the display screen, then, according to a mapping relation between the brightness value of the display screen stored by the MUC and an external environment brightness interval, a brightness interval corresponding to the second brightness value is found, a plurality of second brightness values corresponding to some brightness intervals are found, and the brightness of the display screen corresponding to the brightness interval containing the maximum second brightness value is used as a third brightness correction value. When the brightness intervals with the same number of second brightness values exist, one brightness interval is randomly selected from the parallel brightness intervals; if each brightness interval only contains one second brightness value, the brightness value corresponding to the current brightness adjusting instruction is directly used as a third brightness correction value.

In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when a brightness adjustment instruction of the display screen is received, the number of times of the user brightness adjustment instruction for a self-adjusted brightness value of the display screen is obtained first, when the number of times of the brightness adjustment instruction is greater than or equal to a preset number, a current brightness value of the display screen is corrected, the brightness of the display screen is adjusted by the corrected brightness value, and if the number of times of the brightness adjustment instruction is less than the preset number, the brightness of the display screen is adjusted by a brightness value corresponding to the brightness adjustment instruction; therefore, the brightness of the display screen of the household appliance is adjusted more intelligently, the brightness of the display screen of the household appliance is more in line with the expectation of a user, and the user experience is improved.

The invention also provides a household appliance, which comprises a display screen, a brightness sensor, a brightness adjusting register, a memory and a brightness adjusting program of the display screen of the household appliance, wherein the brightness adjusting program of the display screen of the household appliance is stored in the memory and can be operated on the brightness adjusting register, and when being executed by the brightness adjusting register, the brightness adjusting program of the display screen of the household appliance realizes the steps of the brightness adjusting method of the display screen of the household appliance.

The household appliance also comprises a brightness driving circuit, the brightness driving circuit is connected with a brightness adjusting register, and the brightness adjusting register adjusts the driving current of the brightness driving circuit according to the signal transmitted by the brightness sensor or the brightness adjusting instruction input by the display screen so as to adjust the brightness of the display screen.
