Background

Currently, in the process of grade judgment of tobacco leaves, two-view images are often adopted as a judgment basis. Two-view images, namely a front view image and a rear view image. In the existing two-view image acquisition, a belt conveyor conveying method is often adopted to acquire two-view images of tobacco leaves, or a suspension conveying method is adopted to acquire two-view images of tobacco leaves. The color of the tobacco leaves can be well judged according to the two views, but the grouping judgment of the tobacco leaf parts is difficult, and particularly, the grouping judgment of the curled tobacco leaf parts cannot be realized.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a device and a method for acquiring three-view images of single tobacco leaves.

in the second step, when a group of image acquisition devices is provided with a back light source, the work of the group of image acquisition devices and the front light source thereof, and the work of the group of image acquisition devices and the back light source thereof are carried out in a time-sharing manner.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

1. the technical scheme provided by the invention can rapidly acquire the three-view image of the tobacco leaf, wherein the perspective image can acquire the pulse phase information of the tobacco leaf: the diameter of the main vein, the included angle of the main vein and the branch vein are combined with the two-view image, so that the tobacco leaf part grouping and grade grouping can be accurately judged, and even under the condition that the tobacco leaves are curled, the judgment can be accurately carried out.

2. The tobacco leaf conveying device has the advantages of conveying tobacco leaves from top to bottom, being simple in structure, low in energy consumption, small in occupied area and low in cost, and being beneficial to large-scale application.

3. The invention can accurately correspond the three-view images to the single tobacco leaves one by one.

4. The device and the method provided by the invention are not only suitable for tobacco leaf detection, but also suitable for three-view image acquisition of other crop leaves or sheet-shaped objects in the whole process link of tobacco leaf detection, so that the device and the method are widely applied to other process flows which need to detect the sheet-shaped objects (the sheet-shaped objects which can be used for acquiring perspective views through illumination of a back light source, and are usually thin and light-permeable) according to images.
