Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a dish washer shelf for containing tableware sets.

Background

A dishwasher is a device that sprays cold or hot water to dishes to remove dirt adhered to the dishes and wash the dishes. Dishes and the like are placed in a rack inside a dish washing cabinet, and a general dish washing machine includes a pump and a spray head spraying washing water, a heater generating hot water, and the like. The dishes are washed by using steam in the existing dish washing machine, compared with the dish washing machine using heated water, the time for washing is shortened by using the steam, the washing effect is improved, a plurality of tableware are placed on two supporting ribs in the shelf, and the placing of a plurality of dishes with the same shape can be realized only on the existing shelf. At present, the racks for placing tableware in the dish washing machine are divided into two types, one type is the rack for placing small sets of small tableware (such as Chinese and Japanese tableware) aiming at a small dish washing machine; one is for large dish washing machines, specially used for placing multiple sets of small or large tableware (European and American tableware). The rack separates the dishware from each other without shielding, thereby realizing that the washing water flow impacts each dishware and realizing the cleaning effect.

The shelf of the existing small dish washer can not be used for placing large tableware; the rack of the large dish washer can be used for placing large tableware, but when the number of the tableware sets is small, space waste occurs, and meanwhile, water and power consumption are large. In addition, on current shelf, to different tableware, add the different brace rod of welding, lead to overall structure to complicate, can't put the great tableware of multiple difference in the finite space.

Chinese patent application No. CN200510016487.3 discloses a shelf structure of a dishwasher, comprising: at least one horizontal frame formed at a certain interval from top to bottom; the two ends of at least one vertical frame are connected with the horizontal frame and bent for a plurality of times to form a U shape; a movable shelf placed on the bottom surface of the vertical frame in a front-back direction or a left-right direction and including a movable pin extending upward by a certain length; and a pin clamp mounted on a side surface of the vertical frame for adjusting a rotation angle of the movable pin.

Chinese patent application No. CN201110395936.5 discloses a dishwasher, which comprises the following components: a washing tub formed with a space for washing dishes; a rack formed by combining a plurality of rack wires and arranged in the washing tank for accommodating the tableware; a movable shelf rotatably provided on the shelf wire so as to correspond to the shape of the tableware and support the tableware. The movable shelf of the invention is rotatably arranged on the shelf guide line, so that no matter how the shape of the tableware is, unnecessary space on the shelf can be reduced, and the tableware can be effectively stored on the shelf.

Although above-mentioned prior art provides a dish washer shelf for holding tableware, has solved the problem that certain tableware was placed, still exist when needing to hold the large-scale or more tableware of kind in Europe and America country, the wireless function of putting that realizes coping with various models and size tableware, its shelf structure is too complicated, and space utilization is lower, does not carry out corresponding arrangement to the tableware characteristics simultaneously to and the serious scheduling problem of the extravagant condition of water, electric energy source.

Therefore, there is a need to improve the defects of the prior art, and provide a dish washer shelf which can reasonably distribute large or various kinds of tableware used in countries in Europe and America, place different kinds of tableware in the same space, so as to achieve high utilization of the space and save water and electric energy, and can be arranged differently according to the characteristics of each tableware, so that each tableware can be thoroughly cleaned, and the structure is simple and compact.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem underlying the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a dishwasher rack for containing dishware sets which overcomes or at least partially solves the above mentioned problems.
