Background

At present, a medical transfer bed is used for moving and transferring patients with inconvenient actions before and after a surgery, the patients are transferred to the transfer bed from a sickbed, and then transferred to an operating table or equipment needing examination/treatment from the transfer bed, or the patients are reversely transferred.

The medical transfer bed sold or used in the market at present mainly comprises two parts, wherein one part is a vehicle body used for moving, and the other part is a moving bed plate mechanism used for transversely moving and receiving patients; for example, the medical patient transport cart disclosed in chinese patent No. 98205338.X includes a cart body and a transport bed top (moving bed plate mechanism) which is composed of transport rollers, driven rollers, and transport cloth belts mounted on the transport rollers and the driven rollers, and the transport bed top can be horizontally translated back and forth under the action of a motor. Also, as disclosed in chinese patent 200610052776.3, "medical patient transfer cart", the moving bed plate mechanism employs a double-layer combination structure of an upper moving bed/upper moving cloth and a lower moving bed/lower moving cloth, and specifically includes a cloth winding shaft frame, a cloth winding shaft, an end joint seat body, a clutch gear, an upper moving bed/upper moving cloth, a lower moving bed/lower moving cloth, and the like.

However, these medical transfer beds have the following disadvantages:

1. problem of hygiene

The transmission strap or the upper and lower moving cloth is directly contacted with the body of a patient, the cloth cover is easy to be dirty and comprises stains such as blood stains, human body exudate, treatment medicine exudate and the like, because the transmission strap or the upper and lower moving cloth is the annular closed transmission cloth, the transmission cloth is hidden in a machine and is difficult to clean and replace, the disassembly and assembly workload of replacing the transmission cloth is not inferior to that of assembling a new machine, and therefore, the problem of the dirty cloth cover cannot be solved. Although the problem of cross infection can be solved by changing the upper and lower moving cloths once every time a patient is transported, the method is not practical, and after the medical equipment is disassembled, the professional is required to debug the equipment again, so that the time is long, and the method is not an optimal solution. In order to avoid cross infection between patients caused by the fact that different patients use the same transfer trolley, the transfer bed capable of automatically laying isolation cushions needs to be designed.

2. Structural problems

The transmission cloth belt (Chinese patent 98205338.X) or the upper moving cloth (Chinese patent 200610052776.3) is driven by the driving rubber roller to rotate, so that the transmission cloth belt or the upper moving cloth sleeved on the rubber roller is driven to transversely move back and forth to be close to or far away from an operating table/sickbed, and as the transmission of the cloth cover needs a certain tension force, the tension degree of the cloth cover needs to be adjusted after long-term use, the cloth cover needs to be replaced when being stretched to a certain degree, otherwise, the guardrails arranged at the two sides of the vehicle body cannot be closed; the cloth cover of the structure is easy to move left and right and needs to be debugged; in addition, the arrangement of the rubber roller can cause many problems, for example, the gap existing between the rubber roller 15 and the end connector seat body 16 in the specification of the medical patient transfer vehicle disclosed in the Chinese patent 200610052776.3, namely the figure 16, is easy to roll clothes into the rubber roller, and the clamp can be used for clamping during the process of transferring patients; and the problems that the rubber roller is aged, the rubber roller needs to be replaced, the running state of the equipment needs to be debugged again and the like exist.

For example, the transmission mechanism of the chinese patent 200610052776.3 adopts a clutch for transmission, and the clutch adopts a mechanical control structure in which two clutch gears are engaged and disengaged, and has the disadvantages of complicated design structure and easy occurrence of failure; particularly, when the clutch part needs to be combined, when the two teeth of the two clutch gears are not coordinated, the combination is not smooth, and when the clutch part needs to be separated, under the condition that the two teeth are meshed, the separation resistance exists, so that the difference of the moving and the positioning is large, and the patient can not be completely transferred.

In addition, the transmission cloth belt or the upper and lower moving cloth is annular closed transmission cloth which is in direct contact with the body of the patient and is a main part for directly receiving and delivering the patient; due to the requirement of medical sanitation, cloth interfaces crack easily caused by the disinfection of cloth surfaces of the transmission cloth belts or the up-and-down moving cloth, and the structural strength is not enough.

3. Safety problem

For example, in the medical patient transfer cart in chinese patent 200610052776.3, the driving mechanism drives the rubber roller to rotate, so that there is a problem that the transmission cloth sleeved on the rubber roller moves back and forth, which may cause a patient to collide with the end connector base 16 due to misoperation, or even fall to the frame of the transfer bed across the end connector base 16. Under the normal state, when a person lies on the transmission cloth, the driving mechanism stops driving the rubber roller to rotate, the transmission cloth is in a static state, and the person only needs to move the up-down moving plate to complete receiving and conveying to a required position. If a patient is on the transfer bed, the patient may hit the end connector base 16 by pressing a button inserted into the bed by mistake, or even fall to the bed frame of the transfer bed across the end connector base 16, resulting in a medical accident.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an infection-preventing medical transfer bed.
