1. A filter cleaning apparatus for a vacuum system, comprising:
the device comprises a shell (100) which is provided with a pump body interface (101) used for being connected with a vacuum pump, a device interface (102) used for being connected with a device to be pumped and a filtered object discharge port (103);
a hollow filter element (200) disposed in the housing (100), the hollow filter element (200) having a first end and a second end disposed opposite to each other along a central axis thereof, the first end being closed, the second end being in communication with the pump body interface (101);
a purge assembly (300) comprising a gas purging element (310) disposed in the hollow filter cartridge (200) interior cavity.
2. The filtration cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing (100) is a cylindrical structure, the hollow filter element (200) is disposed coaxially with the housing (100), the pump body interface (101) is disposed at a bottom wall of the housing (100), and the device interface (102) and the filtrate discharge port (103) are disposed at a peripheral wall of the housing (100).
3. The filtering cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom wall of the casing (100) is provided with an annular groove (104) arranged around the pump body interface (101), the hollow filter cartridge (200) being arranged in the annular groove (104).
4. A filter cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein a first support frame (130) is arranged on the bottom wall of the housing (100), and the hollow filter element (200) is sleeved on the first support frame (130).
5. The filtration cleaning apparatus according to claim 4, wherein a second support frame (140) is provided on the first support frame (130), and the air blowing member (310) is fixed to the second support frame (140).

The filtration cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first support frame (130) comprises a plurality of support columns (131) and support blocks (132); the plurality of support columns (131) are arranged around the pump body interface (101); the supporting blocks (132) are arranged on the supporting columns (131) and form gaps with the pump body interface (101); the second support frame (140) is arranged on the support block (132).

The filtration cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the housing (100) comprises a cylinder (110) and a sealing cover (120), the pump body interface (101), the equipment interface (102) and the filtrate discharge port (103) are all arranged on the cylinder (110), one end of the cylinder (110) far away from the pump body interface (101) is provided with a mounting port, and the sealing cover (120) is covered on the mounting port.

The filtering cleaning device of claim 7, further comprising a plurality of seal locking assemblies (400), wherein each seal locking assembly (400) comprises two connecting pieces (410), a connecting rod (420), a screw rod (430) and a nut (440), the two connecting pieces (410) are oppositely arranged on the outer wall of the shell (100), the connecting rod (420) is arranged between the two connecting pieces (410) and is rotatably connected with the two connecting pieces (410), and the screw rod (430) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (420);
the periphery of the sealing cover (120) is provided with a plurality of U-shaped grooves which are used for accommodating the screw rods (430) and have outward openings, and the screw rods (430) can be driven by the connecting rods (420) to rotate into or out of the U-shaped grooves; when the screw rod (430) is accommodated in the U-shaped groove, the nut (440) is arranged at one end of the sealing cover (120) far away from the mounting opening.

The filtration cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the purge assembly (300) further comprises a connecting tube (320), one end of the connecting tube (320) is connected with the air blowing element (310), and the other end of the connecting tube (320) is connected with an air source through the pump body interface (101) or the filtrate discharge port (103).

The filtration cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a first solenoid valve, a second solenoid valve and a third solenoid valve, wherein the first solenoid valve, the second solenoid valve and the third solenoid valve are respectively connected with the equipment interface (102), the filtrate discharge port (103) and the air blowing element (310) for respectively controlling the opening and closing of the equipment interface (102), the filtrate discharge port (103) and the air blowing element (310).
11. A vacuum system comprising a filtration cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10 and a vacuum pump, the filtration cleaning apparatus being connected to the vacuum pump via the pump body interface (101).

In view of the above, there is a need for a filtration cleaning apparatus and vacuum system that saves personnel costs, reduces downtime, and improves work efficiency.
A filter cleaning device for a vacuum system, comprising:
the shell is provided with a pump body interface used for being connected with the vacuum pump, an equipment interface used for being connected with equipment to be pumped and a filtered object discharge port;
the hollow filter element is arranged in the shell and provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged along the central axis of the hollow filter element, the first end is closed, and the second end is communicated with the pump body interface; and
and the blowing component comprises a blowing element arranged in the inner cavity of the hollow filter element.
In one embodiment, the peripheral wall of the hollow filter element comprises a plurality of layers of superposed filter paper.
In one embodiment, the housing is a cylindrical structure, the hollow filter element is coaxially arranged with the housing, the pump body interface is arranged on the bottom wall of the housing, and the equipment interface and the filtrate discharge port are arranged on the peripheral wall of the housing.
In one embodiment, an annular groove is formed in the bottom wall of the housing and surrounds the pump body port, and the hollow filter element is disposed in the annular groove.
In one embodiment, a first support frame is arranged on the bottom wall of the shell, and the hollow filter element is sleeved on the first support frame.
In one embodiment, a second supporting frame is arranged on the first supporting frame, and the air blowing element is fixed on the second supporting frame.
In one embodiment, the first support frame comprises a plurality of support columns and support blocks; the plurality of support columns are arranged around the pump body interface; the supporting blocks are arranged on the supporting columns and form gaps with the pump body interface; the second support frame is arranged on the support block.
In one embodiment, the housing includes a cylinder and a sealing cover, the pump body interface, the equipment interface and the filtrate outlet are all disposed on the cylinder, an end of the cylinder away from the pump body interface has a mounting opening, and the sealing cover is disposed on the mounting opening.
In one embodiment, the filtering and cleaning device further comprises a plurality of sealing and locking assemblies, each sealing and locking assembly comprises two connecting pieces, a connecting rod, a screw rod and a nut, the two connecting pieces are oppositely arranged on the outer wall of the shell, the connecting rod is arranged between the two connecting pieces and is rotatably connected with the two connecting pieces, and the screw rod is fixedly connected with the connecting rod;
the periphery of the sealing cover is provided with a plurality of U-shaped grooves which are used for accommodating the screw rods and have outward openings, and the screw rods can be driven by the connecting rods to rotate into or out of the U-shaped grooves; when the screw rod is accommodated in the U-shaped groove, the nut is arranged at one end, far away from the mounting opening, of the sealing cover.
In one embodiment, the purging assembly further comprises a connecting pipe, one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the air blowing element, and the other end of the connecting pipe passes through the pump body interface or the filtrate discharge port to be connected with an air source.
In one embodiment, the air blowing element is an air knife, and the air source is an air compressor.
In one embodiment, the filtration cleaning device further comprises a first solenoid valve, a second solenoid valve and a third solenoid valve, wherein the first solenoid valve, the second solenoid valve and the third solenoid valve are respectively connected with the equipment interface, the filtrate outlet and the air blowing element and are respectively used for controlling the opening and closing of the equipment interface, the filtrate outlet and the air blowing element.
In one embodiment, the pump body interface and the filtrate discharge port are the same interface.
A vacuum system comprises the filtering and cleaning device and a vacuum pump, wherein the filtering and cleaning device is connected with the vacuum pump through the pump body interface.
In one embodiment, the vacuum system further comprises a controller connected to the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve, respectively.
