Background

The existing work procedure linking process in the existing plate-type furniture customizing production process is complex, so that the occupied land area is large, the plates are disorderly temporarily stored among the work procedures, the plate conveying distance is long, the logistics devices are multiple, and the management is complex.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the process layout takes the plate library as a center, a cutting area, a sealing area, a drilling area and a packaging area are distributed around the plate library, the plate library is connected with the areas through logistics equipment such as a roller way, a buffer elevator and the like, and the process layout is favorable for efficiently producing the customized plates.
